The
Pit
Gym
JQ
is
an
incredibly
well
thought
out
concept.
A
fired
of
mine
had
recently
completed
a
12
week
transformation,
and
not
only
did
she
look
incredible
and
strong,
she
was
more
confident
in
herself
+
knowledgable
around
nutrition
and
her
workouts.
You
have
a
mix
of
cardio
/
weight
sessions
but
what
I
love
is
that
each
week
you
will
incorporate
legs
/
push
+
pull.
The
classes
are
a
good
mix
to
create
energy
but
each
group
will
have
a
trainer
which
is
fantastic
as
there
is
someone
to
guide,
push
and
encourage
you
in
each
session.
The
trainers
are
exceptional,
all
professional,
encouraging
and
able
to
support
you
with
questions
around
form
+
nutrition
to
help
you
set
attainable
goals.
The
vibe
in
the
gym
is
high
energy,
fun
and
non
intimidating,
everyone
is
aware
that
people
have
unique
goals
and
genuinely
want
to
support
others
to
achieve
them,
you
won't
find
greater
cheerleaders
elsewhere!
I
have
recently
completed
the
6
week
challenge
with
the
objective
to
get
stronger,
learn
new
exercises
+
have
better
form
and
confidence.
Watching
others
achieve
their
weight
loss
/
gain
goals
was
also
a
great
journey
to
be
a
part
of
and
I
feel
10x
more
confident
with
nutritional
choices
and
understanding
what
my
body
needs
for
fuel
as
opposed
to
just
being
hungry
all
the
time
to
achieve
an
aesthetic.

next
chapter
at
The
Pit,
I
could
genuinely
talk
about
it
all
day.
