Ordered a drill via buildingsuppliestoyou.co.uk on Saturday 20th Feb and it arrived on Tuesday 23rd Feb at 09:20hrs. Good product which was a bargain price compared to local suppliers of the exact same drill. It was also very well packaged. Called to ask if they had forklift gas in stock, answer was "yes mate we have plenty" Go down there with 4 empty bottles to swap over only to be told they have no stock. Waste of my time! Stock control is terrible, won't be going back ever again. Sort it out Ashley!

Spot on. Went to loads of places to get some decking posts, rails n spindles. Everywhere else no stock. Plenty there with great service n Covid measures in place

At the tills good that’s more than can de said for out side on entering the yard FLT working with no beacon no seat belt being worn by any of the drivers no Signage to say FLT Working in the area. FLT and loading shovel not adhering to the one way system that is in place making me reverse all the way back with no thank you. All in all the publics safety does not look has if that matters.

Ordered some slabs and concrete sand for a shed project. The people who we dealt with were very pleasant and extremely helpful as I am a total novice at this kind of thing, so their advice and expertise was very much welcomed. Had a small problem with the delivery date but this turned out to be no issue at all, as the driver apologised for the delay and helped to carry the delivery into the back garden to help me out, so a huge thanks for going the extra to help me. Will definitely use again.

The staff here are great. We spoke to George.. told him what project we were doing and what we needed.. He quoted us and sorted out delivery. Picked up plenty of useful bits too, zip ties, wd40, silicone, padlock... And we stopped for a breakfast sandwich from the on-site 'peas in a pod' cafe. Best sandwich I've had in years. Absolutely beautiful. Everyone happy :)

Fantastic service everytime - very knowledgeable and will source /deliver items that are not in stock. I've brought alot from these guys over the years. Very large tool range and all timber seems to be such higher quality than the rest of the merchants I've been to. If I could give them 100 stars I would.
