Beautiful store, very well cleaned and organized! All the staff it’s helpful and friendly, they helped me finding my size and the perfect fit I needed! Hope to came back soon!

My eldest daughter is obsessed with this store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is a lovely size and has a quick turn around of stock, which can be a blessing and a curse! The Pink range is a great addition to the VS family and it's so comfy.

Lovely ladies always get a great customer service helping me find the correct sizes for me and tge perfect fitt bras. I love the quality and the material of the lingerie. Always getting all my things from there.

Was recently in this shop( sat 13th May) with the only other customers being a mother and a daughter. The two customers were testing the fragrances, where the daughter accidentally sprayed the fragrance into her eyes, at which one worker ( not sure of her name, but had very long, dark hair) burst out laughing extremely loudly, and went off into the corner while laughing and taker about the other customer. The young girl was clearly embarrassed and struggling to ensure her eyes were ok, and it took around 5 minutes for the worker to calm down and eventually ask her if she was ok. I was disgusted by this poor customer service, and felt sorry for the young girl. Will not be returning to this pink shop, was extremely let down as the staff in these shops are so nice.

Went in to get fitted for a bra and was helped by Emily. Not only was she incredibly sweet and friendly, but she gave me loads of different styles to try to see what I liked best and helped me very kindly.

I only popped in because the people I was away with. The prices were reasonable and there's sales on. Lovely displays and the draft were welcoming and very friendly.
