I ordered some garden furniture from Garden4Less - about £1700 worth. The ordering process was simple and without problem. The furniture was delivered on time, but one item was missing and one damaged. A quick call to customer services and they immediately arranged for the missing/damaged item to be replaced with no questions asked. The replacements also arrived on time. Some weeks later, one of the chairs began to split - I reported this as a claim under warranty and yet again, this was dealt with swiftly and without question, with an exchange done within a few days. Sometimes things go wrong when you buy online and I guess I’ve been unfortunate. However, This is one of the best companies I’ve ever had to deal with in respect to when things go wrong. All issues dealt with quickly, politely and efficiently without question. I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys to anybody for their customer service alone.

I’ve waited patiently for this item to come back into stock and it was certainly worth the wait. It sits perfectly on top of my Outback BBQ and cooks the perfect pizza in 7-8 minutes. Love it!

Ordered my storage box for the garden and it arrived safely and well packaged - and before I expected it too! Easy to assemble and really does look the part. Managed to store all 20 furniture cushions in one place. No sight of any water ingress so pleased that it will be suitable for winter store without any damp. Would certainly use them again - great value and superb service. Thank you

Ordered the Alexander Rose set pictured. Unfortunately the set arrived damaged. Matt @ G4L organised a replacement and within a week the set had been swapped out and the new one is looking great in the garden. Very comfortable and stylish and fits in brilliantly with the style of the garden. Great service and would definitely recommend.

Really lovely furniture, easy to assemble and very comfortable to sit on. Great website which easy to navigate and Customer Service is also really good. We received a damaged cushion and the wrong table top for out set but both issues were dealt with really quickly and replacements sent.

Very pleased with the customer service with my first ever purchase. Unfortunately I missed the courier and the parcel was returned. No problem at all with this company and they sent another out the same day. Have now made second purchase. Very pleased with the competitive prices.

Arrived quickly, very well packed and Peter is gorgeous, only downside I had to buy a plinth to put him on as he was disappearing in the boarder.

Service was great easy to order and arrived quickly. However, the cover although good quality it keeps riding up the chair legs when its windy so we now have to put bricks around the bottom of the cover to hold it in place. Cant recommend this product for this reason

Looked at garden furniture for what seemed an eternity. Settled on a couple stunning pieces from Gardens4less. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. Lovely customer service from a family business. I love this box! I just bought a second. Easy to put together. So useful as I don't have a shed. I store all my outdoor cushions with absolutely no worry about musty smell (although I do hang a small dehumidifier bag in the box, which I would recommend). Extremely sturdy. Highly recommended.

The reel itself is very light weight and flimsy and does not easily wind/unwind as the base moves around. If buying would suggest no trying to put maximum length of hose on as it's too fiddly to wind in the last few metres. Next time I will buy a wheeled version that is more substantial. No problems with Garden4Less. Prompt delivery and goods as described.

Not a great experience. Gardens 4 Less delivered a damaged storage box before Christmas. Despite this now being collected and sent back I am still awaiting a refund and am currently out of pocket by over £400!!! In addition they did not send the entire order and we had to chase this up. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards - avoid at all costs!!!

The sofa arrived with in 2 days. Very quick delivery. It is very comfortable and fits perfectly into the covered outside space.

Delighted with my hanging egg chair. Well made and nicely designed. The fabric cushions are great quality too. The assembly instructions about which screws to use where could have been a bit clearer, as the screws we're not really drawn with the right proportions, so some looked similar although very different lengths. Think I did it correctly !

Service and delivery was quick. Product arrived it good condition. The product itself... the small garden water feature cover is actually quite big. My water feature isn't small but still lost inside cover. Not a problem. I pulled the cord up as tight as I could and tucked the edges under it to hopefully give more protection from the cold in the slabs. Just bare in mind the measurements if you have a smal small water feature. The cover is strong and I'm pleased with it overall.

Absolutely love this set, have purchased extras to extend it, which is a great option to have. It looks great on our decking, it’s lightweight to move and the cushions are very comfy and quick to dry after rain. My only issue, is the table, please be very wary of what you put on it! We left a glass tumbler on it from breakfast and by the evening the sun had burnt through it leaving a bleached cloudy mark on the tabletop, really disappointed after the money this set cost! There’s no (that I can see) guidance about anything like this on the items details. Very disappointed the top isn’t more tolerant, I think it’s powder coated, so would have expected it to be more robust.

First Class customer service and very trustworthy company. We ordered our Vienna dining set online and all arrived very quickly. A couple of issues as one chair arrived damaged and the parasol was faulty however without any problem replacements were sent immediately. The set is great. Special thanks to Megan for her excellent assistance!

This Hartman set did not disappoint. It was more expensive than the cheaper imitations but the Hartman wins on quality and it was worth the extra money without a doubt .I am really pleased with it. Looks great on my balcony. I was a little concerned that the sofas sag a tiny bit when the cushions are in store as recommended in winter, but I have been assured by customer services that we can sit on the sofas without the cushions. I can recommend.
