I
ordered
some
garden
furniture
from
Garden4Less
-
about
£1700
worth.
The
ordering
process
was
simple
and
without
problem.
The
furniture
was
delivered
on
time,
but
one
item
was
missing
and
one
damaged.
A
quick
call
to
customer
services
and
they
immediately
arranged
for
the
missing/damaged
item
to
be
replaced
with
no
questions
asked.
The
replacements
also
arrived
on
time.
Some
weeks
later,
one
of
the
chairs
began
to
split
-
I
reported
this
as
a
claim
under
warranty
and
yet
again,
this
was
dealt
with
swiftly
and
without
question,
with
an
exchange
done
within
a
few
days.
Sometimes
things
go
wrong
when
you
buy
online
and
I
guess
I’ve
been
unfortunate.
However,
This
is
one
of
the
best
companies
I’ve
ever
had
to
deal
with
in
respect
to
when
things
go
wrong.
All
issues
dealt
with
quickly,
politely
and
efficiently
without
question.
I
would
wholeheartedly
recommend
these
guys
to
anybody
for
their
customer
service
alone.
