An amazing experience. I have been shopping around for several months now for a peice of jewellery but I found online most prices where expensive for what you got in regards of weight of the gold. I stumbled across Britannia Jewellery a week ago and was shocked to see how low their prices where. I was also a little skeptical but after reading the reviews I went for it and ordered a vary expensive peice. The order arrived the next day and I am absolutely blown away with the quality of my peice and the quality of the presentation box, certificate and service. I'd say I got the peice from them for two thirds of the cost I could have anywhere else and even though the peice is pre owned it is immaculate and polished to perfection! I'm totally in love with it and already back on their website looking for something else for my birthday next year! Hopefully I'll go to the story next time so I can see more of their extensive range and say thank you in person. It's a hell of a risk and investment buying gold but these guys mad it so stress and worry free for me.

I ordered a 9ct gold chain necklace for my infant daughter from Britannia Jewellery. It was my first time ordering from this company and the experience was fantastic. Firstly the customer communication via telephone was great, secondly ordering online was simple and straightforward. The price of the necklace was probably the cheapest anywhere online, but the quality was not compromised. My daughter had broken two gold necklaces already but this one is extra strong being a marina chain and the clasp is equally as strong. I received the necklace the next day via special delivery and was delighted with the excellent packaging and certificate of authenticity. Will be ordering from this company again.

Horrible service! Cannot keep their word. I came in to sell an engagement ring, and after carful looking they gave me a price of 2500£ and we verbally agreed and I was halfway filling the form to sell the ring. The person I was dealing with came back and said he can’t pay me 2500£ anymore and cancelled the payment and instead offered me 2100£, because apparently they made mistake. When the deal is done it is done! and as business people they should stand by their word and over 400£ they cancelled the deal instead keeping their word as a buyer and be stand on. These people are not stand on and have no principles. Disappointed!

Great service. Was served by Amy who was very friendly and helpful. Very simple way to sell my scrap gold and sovereigns. Got a good price and was all done within about 30 minutes, including getting the money transferred to my account which they asked me to check before I left. Very professional operation. It also has parking at the rear of the store, which is a bonus.

Having seen a secondhand (sorry, 'pre-owned') gold curb chain on another firm's website, I investigated what else was for sale to the same, or similar spec. Britannia had a 'rollerball' chain which is more interesting, much less common than curb and so more desirable. Moreover, their price per gram of weight was significantly less than other firms selling pre-owned gold items. I experienced some difficulty making the payment on-line and so telephoned. I was informed that for security reasons Britannia did not take credit card details over the phone, however, within 5 minutes I received an email with a payment link which worked immediately. Within another hour I was emailed to say my chain had been dispatched and that I would receive it by 13.00 the following day - which I did. The packing was top notch and very stylish. I am very pleased with my purchase and I would unhesitatingly recommend Britannia, to anyone wishing to purchase pre-owned jewellery, without reservation.

I had some old broken jewellery so i decided to scrap it in and get some money back. I spoke to a lovely lady called Amy who explained everything and after giving her 3 seperate bags with items in and wanting a price for each one and then deciding what to do, i scrapped it all in and walked away with a nice amount.
