I no longer train at The works gym but i would say this is a cracking gym with great staff with pretty much anything you would need available and at a great price. I recommend to anybody of any discipline. I enjoyed my time there. Id still be there except for a kit change (for the better i may add) but i just didn't get on with the very modern new eqpt. Thanks to the staff during the time i had there.🏃🏽👍

Firstly I’d like to start by saying if you haven’t joined already then hurry up and do so. I’ve always been very sceptical about mixed gyms in the past but since joining The Works spa and fitness I have never felt more comfortable in my surroundings. Staff are always very helpful and personal trainers are ever so caring. After a health scare this was just the place I needed to be to get myself back up and motivated specially with this hideous pandemic. I want to thank my gorgeous personal trainer Emily who doesn’t just train me but educates me about which muscle group I work with each exercise, which is the best of both worlds! What’s greater than having a gym and a nail technician within the same building! I’d also like to thank Tiegan for not only giving me the best set of nails but for the company. A great listener and always feel new and motivated after booking in! Overall I love this place!

Fantastic gym! Equipment is is always nice and clean and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly too! Highly recommend!

Fabulous Gym, I really love training here, I now come daily. Staff are all so friendly and accommodating. Equipment is up to date and clean and they always have new equipment coming in. Spa facilities Fabulous. A great experience!

Great relaxing environment. They offer so much under one roof. The sports massage here has helped my leg cramps and I had knots I never even new were so bad. Really has helped my leg day, walking, cycling and my physical job. The staff are really nice, friendly and professional. From the opening night they held today I think there's even more to come in the near future. Looking forward to seeing this place grow

My own personal thoughts to what I liked about the massage I received from of Emily are she was courteous, and very professional in giving me the massage as she found knots in my body which I didn't think I had and yes I will re visit her and would recommend her to friends and family

What an outstanding place. Friendly, professional and informative staff. Beautiful and relaxing reception ares and treatment rooms. I have had my nails cut and massaged, and an unbelievable Thai Massage & Reiki session. Can't wait for the next one.! I would recommend The Works to anyone (You'd be mad not to give it a go'!)

Great variety of equipment, friendly staff, no queuing compared to JD GYM ,it's best decision I have made choosing a gym.

Joined the gym over 2 months ago and I love it! The staff are lovely and help when you ask for it. I love the classes too! Not that expensive for a membership either. Definitely recommend ❤️

I'm so glad I moved my membership to The Works. A nice atmosphere and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, with everything you need under one roof why go anywhere else. The new equipment and layout are superb, Rachel and Em have improved what was already a great place to workout. With their help I've lost weight, gained strength and haven't been in as good shape since my teens.

Great place! Staff are lovely and helpful. My PT sessions have really paid off. The Bikini challenge is also worth giving a go - targeted sessions, meal plans etc. I'm so glad I moved my gym membership to The Works!! I would recommend giving it a go to see what they can do for you.

Overall a decent gym, with a good selection of equipment and machines. However, if there is more than 5 people in the gym it feels very cramped. Parking is also very tight, with no clear lines for the spaces.

This is my new gym and it's great and the owner and staff are great always there for you and the equipment is great
