I’m
in
the
process
of
doing
some
upgrades
to
my
house
and
property.
I
needed
a
new
porch
post
and
a
couple
of
young
men
Kyle
and
Manny
helped
me
when
I
couldn’t
find
the
post
I
needed.
They
found
my
post
that
I
needed
was
right
in
front
of
me
but
was
incorrectly
labeled.
So
they
took
the
time
and
measured
the
post
using
the
dimensions
I
gave
them
and
it
was
just
what
I
needed.
Awesome
customer
service
and
now
I’m
back
to
having
Home
Depot
my
first
choice
when
I
need
anything
from
a
hardware
store.
Thank
you
both
for
doing
your
job
and
helping
me
with
what
I
needed
and
made
sure
that
I
had
the
right
product.
Next
I
had
to
go
to
Home
Depot
Thursday
to
complete
the
details
on
ordering
my
new
fence
and
assign
a
contractor.
It
didn’t
go
well
but
a
young
woman
named
Sabrina
did
everything
and
took
the
time
to
make
sure
that
everything
was
done
correctly.
She
took
the
time
to
resolve
all
the
issues
and
get
my
order
done.
Today
I
had
to
go
back
to
Home
Depot
because
the
online
ordering
didn’t
put
my
Veterans
discount
on
my
order.
I
went
to
the
customer
service
desk
and
Amber
redid
my
order
and
made
sure
that
I
received
my
Veterans
discount.
I
was
so
impressed
by
her
tendency
and
her
sense
of
urgency
to
correct
the
issue
and
made
sure
that
I
was
not
delayed
any
longer
than
necessary.
