After growing up in Brooklyn, and having had the best ices anywhere, either Ices Queen or a local pizza store, I was rarely disappointed. In Orange County, My go to ices became Ice cups from the supermarket, and I only liked the bottom. Colleen is the sweetest and so pretty, and what a wonderful Dad, but that all aside, after all these years, we finally have real Italian ices...I'm in Love. Check it out, you will not be disappointed, you will probably become addicted...

We booked Ice Capps gelato truck to provide dessert at our wedding. We can't say enough amazing things about Colleen and her staff! The gelato was incredible and the boozy ices were a big hit. Colleen went above a beyond and also provided chocolate covered pretzels, brownies, cupcakes, coffee and tea. She even brought a extra pint of one of the ices for a guest of ours who has a lot of food allergies. Would highly recommend booking them for any events! They were so great to work with!

Artisan Gelato. Lovely! Lots of gelato and shave-ice selection. Some have booze. Great family-run business! My kids love it here!

I have had ice caps at multiple events, and they have been nothing short, but amazing. Not only is the gelato off the hook, but the owners and personalities are a joy to work with.

We stopped by here during our LEGOLAND trip. We are tired of the resort kids meals, so came to explore the little town. My son loves their lemon gelato and Italian ice. Came three days in a row. The owner is very personable and gave us good restaurants recommendations.
