Went to Primos last weekend and to be honest there was just a poor attitude all around, by all the employees. However, the most disappointing thing is seeing someone in the food service industry not wearing a MASK. (There not even one on or around)! Oh and I never received my receipt and the gentleman working in the back who handed me my two sandwiches couldn’t find the receipt either. So much for your policy! It wasn’t worth bringing it up seeing I wanted to get out...

Disgusting food safety violation witnessed, do not eat here unless you want to roll the dice and get hepatitis or some other disease. Employee preparing food ate food with gloves on, hand to mouth and did not change gloves or wash hands, then continued preparing food. Ewwww. I got a refund and left promptly.

Stopped at primo one day because my wife has never been. The place was clean, the staff was quick and proficient with their orders, especially on a game day! Italian Diablo was on point and we will be back in the future!

These guys are top-notch. We ordered a tray for a lunch event. The tray was done early. The service was phenomenal. Nothing but compliments from the 25 plus that we served for this event. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Best hogie outside of South Philly.

great food but most importantly wonderful service. Went today with my disabled husband. We had a $5 promo card that was expired but did not know as we cant get out often. The manager honored it for us and helped us out so much. We ordered the Turkey Swarts and Chicken Park along with the sides. good specials

I was pleased, as I always am, with the quality of Primo Hoagies. ( $2 off on Wednesdays doesn’t hurt, either!). The inside of the restaurant is clean and well kept, however, the outside, not so much. Someone should seriously consider painting. Also, may someone should also remove the broken down Grand Cherokee from the parking lot; it makes the place look like a dump. Great service and very pleasant staff, but not the most appealing looking place.

I love a good a hoagie and cant say no to a primos but this location is by far my guilty pleasure the food is always fresh and fast but so filling worth every dollar

Horrible staff and experience. We order from Primos by our home often and love it. But we went to the West Chester location to bring sandwiches over to a friends house. Never again! The cashier was beyond rude and was wearing dirty gloves he had used to make sandwiches all while touching the computer screen, phones, orders, and his face. He couldn’t even say hello as I approached the counter. When I asked for my online order he placed it on the counter and walked away without a word. When I asked for bag for our sandwiches, he rudely said “80 cents”. 80 cents for a bag?! I didn’t bring money with me as I had already paid for the order online. He stood and watched as I struggled to carry our sandwiches out to the car. The place also seemed dirty and unsanitary to say the least.
