I will say that the repairs on my jewelry seemed to take a lot longer then expected. With that being said, when I picked up the three rings that I left to be apprised and one foxes they looked better then when they were purchased. The shine was absolutely amazing and I have never seen them shine like that. Everyone was extremely helpful and the end result was we’ll worth the wait. I definitely will be coming back.

Warwick was recommended to me by a friend. I went on a Saturday, however just because they are open, doesn’t mean they can help you with services. I was told to come back when a gemologist or the buyer/seller was onsite. I wasted the drive and will not be back.

Our wedding rings and my engagement ring were in desperate need of attention (30 years old) and repair. When we picked up our rings, we felt like newlyweds! The rings looked brand new, shiny and the diamonds so brillant. We cannot be happier. The repairs and ring design prices were affordable, honest and we did not feel taken advantage of. I was incredibly disappointed with Warwick, this was a shop that my family and I had used for years. I brought several watches in for repair, cleaning ect….They A) never called me and took over 3 weeks to complete everything B) Didn’t really do anything. One of my watches fell apart as I left the facility. Then to add insult to injury the employee sat on his phone and seemed annoyed when I came back in for help, I’ll never walk in that store again.

A truly fantastic store. I wished I could give them more stars. I brought a necklace in for repair. Not only did they fix the necklace within hours, there was no charge since it was considered a simple repair. The employees were all wonderful too. I highly recommend this place!

We just had my wife's engagement ring reset as well as redoing her wedding band. Both pieces turned out stunning. I have been a customer for 20 years and I find the quality and honesty of Warwick unparalleled to others in the surrounding area. I highly recommend this jeweler.

My husband brought his watch to have his band replaced. A male employee told him he will need to keep the watch overnight to replace and would call the next day when the work is done. Nothing happened on the next day. On the third day after still not hearing anything my husband drove back to ask about his watch. A female employee found it lying in a drawer with the old band still on. The male employee was still there and told my husband he never choose which band he wanted so he couldn't do the work. When my husband asked why nobody bothered to call him the guy just said "it happens" and then he made a rude comment toward my husband so he took the watch and left. We will never go back to that store again!
