The best, the tastiest, and the healthiest breakfast around town. We have gotten accustomed to being disappointed by all the breakfast and brunch joints in downtown West Chester, and we just found our regular weekly brunch/breakfast spot now with Rolling Stars. The omelets and egg Benedict (nova) were delicious and did not feel gross or bloated as we usually do with the other not to be named restaurants on gay/high st.

Was in the area & my sister-in-law mentioned this gem. My niece & I totally enjoyed our brunch. I love their pumpernickel bagel & took a few rainbow & plain bagels home. An ice coffee for her and an expresso for me were also very good! The lox platter was delicious! Chloe was very pleasant & attentive. Will definitely swing by whenever I am in a West Chester

World-best brunch menu and bagles! My group had Nova salmon platter, Bul-go-gi quesadilla, Berry salad, freshly squeezed orange juice and cappuccino. I already want to go back for high-quality health food. Oh, you must try cream cheese with fresh green onion and jalapeño! Yum 😋

1st time here. It took a while for anyone to approach us. I almost walked out. Manager was talking to someone and the other workers were walking past us. Finally someone came out of the back and took our order. He was wonderful. Very friendly and helped us select sandwiches to eat for lunch. My mom and I loved our sandwiches. She got the Manhattan wrap and I got the new ham sandwich. I would go back and try breakfast next time.

Great bagels, the rainbow look awesome and very fluffy tasty bagels (they don't fit into most toasters). Interior is nice inside, good place to catch up with friends, try the french toast bagel too!

I’m normally not one to leave reviews, but I absolutely have to talk about these bagels. I grew up in the NY area, where boiling bagels is a standard. This process seems rare in this area of Pennsylvania and it makes the difference between a good bagel and a great bagel. The outside of the bagel was shiny and had the perfect crisp and the inside had the right ‘pull’ to it. This may have been the lightest bagel I have ever had. My bagel search is officially complete and I have found my spot. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!❤️

Fantastic bagel place. Very large bagels, great spreads and additions (lox etc. ). Bagels are done just right. Reasonably priced .

Had an everything bagel with Lox cream cheese. Excellent bagel, fresh and tasty! Also, had the breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were okay, didn’t measure up to the bagel quality. Great coffee & fresh squeezed orange juice squeezed on premises. Modern atmosphere and great service. Would definitely come again!!!
