I drive for Uber every evening. I took a passenger and her children to these apartment buildings. The area looks pretty nice and pretty safe everything is maintained nicely even the landscape. Looks like a decent place to live five stars all the way keep up the good work

The bathroom ceiling collapsed and metal hit me in the head. The answering service told me maintenance does not consider me getting hit in the head and a collapsed ceiling an emergency so they hung up on me and said they would come Monday. It’s Friday evening and a collapsed ceiling that could collapse more is not an emergency.

It is a very nice and clam place to live and specially office and maintenance staff is very cooperative and supportive.

I messaged the office and requested a maintenance call about a leaking pipe in my bathroom. They responded in less than an hour and fixed the problem...great job men.

The property is beautiful. The balcony's are huge! I love putting my plants out there. It's my first year here and I can not wait for the pool to open. I love the gardens and how nice and grown the tree are. The staff is great and help when things break. The maintenance men are always nice and nice to talk too! Neighbors are great. It's a quiet place as well. I love how I can see kids having fun with their parents too. It's a great place to live.

My request related to resolving an issue experienced with a thermostat malfunction was addressed promptly and a repair was effected immediately allowing continued comfort to be enjoyed in my residence unit. Thank you!

This is where we were planning on moving into. I am so happy we didn't. I checked out the reviews here and on the BBB. There have been a lot of complaints about mold, rodents, injuries, drunk workers, cars getting damaged and residents being told that it is not their problem etc. Definitely glad we steered clear. Hoping others will too. EDIT-they wrote a rude reply and then changed it. I screenshotted the rude reply. "Hi, Alyssa! While we appreciate all feedback, it is unusual to receive it from someone who hasn't lived here. I did check out the reviews you mentioned on BBB and noticed that many of them do not actually belong to Blackhawk." Just accept the review and lose the sass. Just because I never lived here it doesn't meant that I don't know anyone who has before because I do have a cousin who used to. They dealt with squirrels in the laundry room and mosquitos biting them up all day inside.
