Never really had an issue with the doctors but trying to get a true form done or appointments it's a joke I've been calling almost every day for 3 for weeks to try to see about appointments to see about true form was actually supposed to get a call back and do it over the phone and that never happened so now I have to go in person to see if I can get this straightened out this is ridiculous ...... So update finally got appointments straightened out have never had an issue going to this office in the years before so to conclude I had an office visit they make you pay your co-pay before you even go back so now I've been fighting on the phone I don't know how many calls either no one answers or they don't return a call because now they claim I owe them $50 for a copay I really don't know what's going on with this office and billing but this is ridiculous... I mean they gave me a receipt so I am very confused...

From the beginning of my visit to the end I was very impressed with how quickly I was checked in. I didn’t sit in the waiting room long before I was called to the exam room. My LPN Mia who took me to my room was very nice and professional when completing my assignment. When PA Carylor Johnson came in she was very thorough and very understanding in explaining my concerns. Melissa is great. She listens and genuinely seems concerned about what the patient states. On time and efficient during appointment. The only challenge was initially getting the appointment. The calendar for this provider was not available (and it was only to look at the next month).

Dr. Sum is amazing! She is knowledgeable, personable, thorough, professional, attentive and kind. She followed up with me after routine appointments and bloodwork over the phone and in-person. She listens to her patients and helps make decisions and provide information to keep them healthy, informed, and cared for. Highly recommend!

Doctors I've had are great, and procedures have all gone well so no complaints with quality of service. The complaint, which has been previously stated, is in trying to schedule an appointment or receiving appointment reminders. They can never schedule my next appointment when I'm there (I go yearly) since their calendar doesn't go out that far. When I called today to make an appointment since I never heard from them (I tried doing it online but never received a call-back) they said I was overdue from June. I had never received an appointment notice or reminder about a June appointment. So doctors are good, scheduling department needs some work.

I have been a gastroenterology patient for a considerable part of my adult life in more than one state and health care systems.This has been clearly the best practice for me providing the best possible care. Starting with a pleasant office environment and great staff. They were all very considerate, made me feel comfortable and took me in early. Dr Baichi was very thorough and thoughtful from taking all the appropriate vitals to documenting my detailed and comprehensive medical history. He was a good listener and answered all my questions and explained the best diagnostic and treatment plan. I am happy to be in the care of this practice and highly recommend them to all prospective patients. Thank you to all! Laura Beeghley
