Best motel I ever checked in. The owners are amazing friendly. The place is equipped with 5 star facilities. Very nice and super clean. Glad found the place for our trip.

Great hotel, we booked 3 rooms and all very specious one room with 6 beds was huge and had everything in it, owner looked after all of us well, a bit pricy but worth the convenience and location.

This accomodation is faultless. Cleanest & most welcoming! Roger & Carol have a 4 star rating that might as well be 5.... Totally recommend Alpine Rose.

Stayed for one night at the Alpine Rose, the owners were very helpful and friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. Good access from the highway and handy to shops and eatery. I totally recommend this motel.

Carol and Roger are very welcoming, the room was large, very clean and warm. There's also a spa pool in the room. Easy to find a few minutes from town. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Lovely room with everything we needed. The room was very clean and well set-out. Great location and a friendly welcome. We look forward to returning.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to Roger and Carol. Our trip did not go to plan as we got hit with Covid so we called Roger and Carol and explained we had to isolate. They were amazing about the whole thing so that when we did arrive, it was a relief. Our room was super spacious and light-filled, and we were able to do laundry staight way. Right from the moment we got the key the service from Carol and Roger was amazing. So helpful and friendly. The room was so clean and tidy, everything we needed for the kids and close to town. The hospitality made us want to extend our stay. Would recommend staying here and we will definitely be back again.

Alpine Rose exceeded our expectations - we had a 2 bedroom unit which was spacious, tastefully furnished, had quality linens and towels and was spotlessly clean. Carol and Roger were great hots. They were friendly and professional, shared so much knowledge with us to help us get the best from our stay and this motel stood out from the rest because of the attention to detail and high standards of Carol and Roger. I could not recommend The Alpine Rose Motel more highly.

This is a very comfortable and clean motel. Beds were so nice to sleep in. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good for our purpose. We would definitely return to this motel when we are next in Greymouth.

Super friendly owners who absolutely accommodated our needs, as we had an oversized vehicle who made additional space for us. Its these small gestures that make it an A+++++++. Highly recommended this place.

Lovely host, Very warm and welcoming. We Stayed in the family apartment and it was the perfect size. Warm and lovely amenities.

We had travelled on the Tranz Alpine scenic train and were really pleased that we had booked here. We were met by the owner, Roger who was already at the train station when we arrived who took us to the motel. Our room was nice and spacious and spotlessly clean, with TV's in both the main area and bedroom. It also had a nice compact kitchenette area. It was only a short walk into Greymouth Town Centre. We would gladly stay here again if in the area.

5 golfing ladies shared the refurbished family 2 x 2 bedrooms plus queen in the loungeroom. This unit was well appointed, very clean, warm and spacious and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay.

My best motel experience this trip. Am really glad I chose this. Everything is new and super clean. Very thoughtfully designed.. i appreciate all the helpful small details like non slip.bathrooms, wall clock, chopsticks! Highly recommend

This was one of the better motels I have stayed at. Our room was very spacious, very clean, warm and cozy. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The motel was very handy to town. I would definitely stay again and recommend!

A lovely motel, very clean and quiet although it's on the main road. The owners could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I would happily stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone heading over to Greymouth.

A group of us stayed here for several days on business from Christchurch. The stay was faultless. Great hosts and excellent friendly and attentive staff. An excellent standard of cleanliness and attention to detail, the rooms were spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending this facility to others, neither would my colleagues.

The Tesla chargers brought us here and saved us 20 minutes at the local rapid charger which is hugely appreciated. Well maintained, clean, comfortable with freiendly staff. The rooms were large and quiet. Really pleased and would be back in a heartbeat.
