Jeff was the first tech i worked with both at work and my home and he is still there but is a manager now so Shannon is my new tech and he was amazing as well. These guys know what they are doing!

Ac was acting up, called and got a tech scheduled the same day. Tech came out and diagnosed the issues and got our ac back up and running and gave us a lot of options based on our budget. The following day the installers came back out and made the repair. Everyone was very professional and polite. Everything was cleaned up and could not have been happier.

Daniel from Classic Air Conditioning & Heating came out to my home in early August. After having a motor replaced by another company only a week earlier, my HVAC system condensation line was now clogged. Daniel arrived on time, assessed the problem and was able to clear the clog quickly. I really appreciated the prompt response during a very busy time of the year. The service provided by Daniel and Classic Air Conditioning was excellent and reasonably priced. I will utilize the services of this company for all of my future HVAC maintenance and repair needs.

The technician was on time and very professional. Classic’s job assessment and tiered classification for work performance left no question about what they would do and how much it would cost. I know I can trust Classic to assess and make repairs so I will not need to worry.

I contacted Classic Services AC and Heating to set up a maintenance plan for our AC system. The technician that assessed our system was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He identified a few issues with our system and went over the recommendations for repairs. I appreciated the technician reviewing the options for repairs and identifying which repairs were the most pertinent. He additionally reviewed the costs for each repair and provided excellent explanation of what each repair included and why or why not he recommended the repair. If you are in need of AC services or maintenance I highly recommend the company!

Joseph at Classic A/C Services was incredible. Probably the nicest, best most knowledgeable A/C service technician I've ever had. He's completely professional, courteous ,friendly guy. Classic A/C calls ahead of time, arrives when they say they do, and Joseph literally cleaned the entire unit and then showed me (not told me..showed me) how to reset my thermostat, by walking me through it. WOW! I cannot give this guy enough praise.

Joey's always professional and courteous. What I like most is Classic is not like the big companies where you get a different tech each visit. I have service on two units done twice annually and have been able to establish a rapport with the tech Joey. First Class!

Classic AC & heating are top notch!! John and his team have wonderful customer service and make sure their customers are satisfied. We needed a new HVAC system installed along with some duct work and added return air vents. They did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves when done. The job was scheduled and completed in a timely manner as well.

Very professional and understood what I needed in cleaning and replacement unit. We prefer paying cash so this will all get done in about 3 months.

I cannot say how please I am with Classic services, man it’s in their name simply classic good ol’ service. They came to diagnose my HVAC, which was getting previously serviced by Element AC services in San Antonio (DO NOT RECOMMEND), and in a matter of hours they served me with a full diagnostic, pictures, and estimate. These guys are professionals at their craft, please continue to provide that amazing service and look out for the lil guy.

About 3 hours from first phone call (and a little $$) house is cool again. What great company to deal with and Joshua was very professional. Had the AC blower motor in the truck, so that saved tons of time. Took advantage of their maintenance plan as this is our go to HVAC company from now on. Thank you!!!

Mitch knows everything there is to know about installation and repairs and had gone the extra mile to ensure that we as customers understand and are comfortable with any proposed services, and works with us to make decisions on how we can save the most money. I love this company. Their technician Mitchell is super knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed issues with our heater that everyone else missed. We noticed a huge difference this year when it got really cold.

We had been with our previous AC company for over 6 years with maintenance contracts. They had quoted us an unrealistic price for installing some UV lights. We went in search of another quote. My husband called around to three different companies. Classic responded with a great telephone conversation and seemed to really want our business. They had a representative come within 3 days . The technician was very honest about what he found. He had quotes to us that very afternoon. The technician installed the equipment and we now have new maintenance contracts in place. We also love that they are local in New Braunfels. The old company never inquired as to why we were leaving them. Very satisfied.

They did an absolute amazing job! My mum and I own an AirBnb in Gruene, TX. We had guests staying while the AC went out! I called in at 6:08 PM for an emergency visit and they were able to show up before 9AM the next day with no time to waste. The fix was super fast & they rescued the guests from the heat! So amazing! I had an experience with another HVAC company and it was horrible. I called classic to see if they could help….they came out the next day and did everything they possibly could to work with me and my budget and still get the project done! Their technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, when they came to perform the service they were on time and polite. I would absolutely call classic again for any of my HVAC needs!

Excellent experience with Classic. I had another company the day before who could not fix it immediately, and then came back with a higher quote. I called Classic for a second opinion and they showed up promptly, and were able to fix it on the spot for a lower price. Will definitely be using them for all of our future HVAC needs.
