We had the best stay at the Brava House. Nick was welcoming and great to be around. He was always helpful, friendly, and with a smile. His breakfasts were fresh and delicious every time. What a great way to start the day! We enjoyed our morning walks around the neighborhood to view all the Victorian homes. We also enjoyed coffee on the front porch to plan the day. It's a great location close to all that Austin has to offer and with off street parking. The Brava decor was inviting and relaxing. Our room was very clean, had natural sunlight, and a very comfortable bed. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

We've been staying at Brava House in the Clarksville neighborhood of Austin for eight years and highly recommend it. It's in a great location and within walking distance to several restaurants, a pharmacy, retail stores and parks. Best of all is Nick, the host at Brava House. Not only does he provide a fabulous breakfast and a comfortable home away from home atmosphere, he is also knowledgeable about all things Austin. His easy rapport with guests and conscientious concern for his guests comfort make staying at Brava House a delight. We always look forward to staying with Nick and hope to continue our patronage for many years to come.

Excellent location, great breakfast, and amazing host. While providing a clean and extremely comfortable stay, Nick was also a wealth of information about the area. He had lots of suggestions ranging from places to visit, things to do, and places to eat, tailored to each guests interests. We would definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again should we return to the Austin area.

Brava house is clean, comfortable, quiet and charming . The breakfasts are good. It is in a nice location and within walking distance of a great restaurant, bakery, grocery store and more. Nick, the host, makes the stay even better with his relaxed, friendly and helpful ways. We,ve stayed there several times and would go again.

Brava house was a charming b&b located in a beautiful historic neighborhood close to downtown. We stayed 2 days and walked around quite a lot (caveat - we live in a big city and are used to walking everywhere). We walked to downtown and the capitol and congress street bridge both days. There were also a few restaurants and bars within a couple blocks that we checked out. It was a quiet neighborhood and had a tranquil garden outside with a little fish pond and porch swing. The room itself (Casablanca) was amazing. It was like a little studio - tons of space with a sofa and a very comfortable bed. The host, Nicholas, was very helpful and the room had a binder full of recommendations. Breakfast was great and we chatted a little with Nicholas about our road trip plans. He provided lots of insights on what he would do and his favorite spots around hill country. Parking was in the back and very easily accessible. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend it. I really wouldn't consider staying anywhere else considering the proximity of the neighborhood to downtown, free parking, large and comfortable room (with lots of style), friendly host, breakfast and charming neighborhood - Brava house exceeded my expectations.

Robin and Mary were great hosts. I chose the Brava House based on reviews and everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. They shared some of their favorite spots in Austin and give me some helpful hints on dealing with the F1 craziness of race weekend at COTA. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I stayed in the Garbo Suite and learned about the rich history of the house and my room specifically over my daily breakfast chats with Robin. They really make you feel at home there. The Brava House is a perfect place for a quiet stay in Austin.

We couldn't have been happier with this place. Its in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Having Nick as a host was awesome; being able to talk with a local and get some great recommendations and learn the lay of the land was a huge plus. This will definitely be our go to place whenever we visit Austin. Oh, breakfast each morning was very tasty as well. Thanks, Nick!

Nick and the Brava house made for a welcoming, cozy first time experience in Austin. The rooms are charming, the house is beautiful, and the neighborhood is both walkable and interesting. Nothing beats talking to the owner about his knowledge of the entire area over fresh OJ and homemade pancakes (which were amazing).

Perfect for us. We stayed here 3 years ago and again this week for a UT event. It's close enough to the campus to walk but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Ticks all the boxes for us - clean, comfortable, dog-friendly, attentive host, and the outdoor seating area is a big bonus. The place just has great character. This is without a doubt our go to place in Austin.

Absolutely wonderful! Nick is a wonderful host. Our stay was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was great each morning. The victorian house/rooms mixed with modern amenities created the perfect ambiance we were looking for. The B&B is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and it is within walking distance to some great restaurants and sights. We will definitely be making another trip to Austin and staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet. We got to see a lot in our short stay and Bryan was a fantastic host for us. There are plenty of places to eat just walking distance!
