They require clothes to be laid out flat, but when you go to pick up the items they don't want... they jam them in a bag. When I explained to the manager that it would be appreciated if they put them back as they found them she said "well this is just how we do it so we can go fast" I then said "so you have lazy and careless workers?" ShE responded with "no ma'am. This is the fastest way to do it" If you expect clothes and other items to be taken care of- they won't be. Once upon a child is so much better.

Decent for shopping but not good for selling. Better off just reselling privately or donating items. I got ripped off. Once you turn in items cannot get them back, even if you don’t agree with the price given. My loss but now I know better. Adding: each time I’ve came to drop off items I call ahead & they say they aren’t busy, then when you show up they’re busy and can’t accommodate drop off. Two stars for purchasing second hand items here however I’ve had poor experience with this too - I double check clothing for stains and tears but have still found issues after coming home. Unfortunately at that point it isn’t worth or able to be returned so I throw out the damaged items.

Selling to them is a waste of time ! Literally brand new clothes , never worn was givin back to me ! A toy worth 35 dollars plus a huge bag of clothes was quoted 14 dollars ! So the whole we pay a third of what we can sell it is bs . I had to stand & lay everything flat ...which means they are looking & going through my items flat . When I came to pick up it's balled up in a bag . Yall owe me money for doing work for you ! The only good thing bout this store is it is very clean & organized & doesn't smell bad .

This place is amazing I loved it! Never been and I love it and they have maternity clothes like what?! Clothes has very very reasonable prices, shoes are organized everything is clean and can I say the staff was very kind and shout out to Nicky (I hope I spelled that correctly ) as soon as she saw me she was very sweet and complemented my babies and gave me a quick run down and understanding how the store works. Had a great first time experience, beyond any doubt I will be returning.

Customer service is lacking. They don't even greet you or explain what you need to do when selling. Literally had me standing there, waiting. They denied a majority of the clothes that I brought in, even brand name and good condition. They give you an unreasonable amount for each item they do decide to take. Definitely don't recommend selling here. You would do better selling on Facebook Marketplace.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I checked the website and made sure I knew what buying hours etc were . It says they process buys until an hour before close. So I get here at 3:45 with less than a laundry basket of clothes for them to tell me their buying counter is already closed? And the young girl was acting like I was putting her out. First of all I realize dealing with the public is no picnic but if you don't like your job and will close early or act like the customer is ridiculous for trying to use the services you offer, find you a job where you can sit and do nothing. Don't be rude to the people that help fund your paycheck.

I absolutely LOVED this store! The staff welcomed you as soon as you walked through the door, and they remained polite and helpful throughout the entire process. The store is very clean and well organized. They carried a large selection of all size clothing and each section was clearly marked. The aisles are wide enough for parents with a stroller to easily get up and down. I took 6 bins of my Granddaughter's clothing in to sell and they took the majority of it, so I left very satisfied and with some $$. The entire process was a breeze! Whether you're shopping or selling, I highly recommend

I came in the other day and overherd customers complaining about their clothes being "donated " but in reality I'm led to believe there being sold or asleast that's what the customers are saying do keep a eye out.but customer service is great I love the employees they keep the store full of positive vibes😃

I enjoy shopping here and finding great deals! I’m just sad my little one is not so little anymore and is almost out grown the store ,other than a few size 14 shirts 😁

The employees are always nice and helpful when I come here, have been coming here for a couple years and my mother in law too. Have never had a problem. Everyone knows you have to wait when donating items, time depending on how much clothes and customers. I always drop off and leave when donating so I don’t have to wait in the store with my child. I think some of these women with bad reviews must be entitled and think the world revolves around them. Take your clothes to the donation box if you don’t want to wait then.

Today I went in Kids to Kids Atascocita to get a pair of rain boots for my toddler and I had an amazing shopping experience. Serena was busy training, but she stopped as usual to help me. She then sent Trayon and Elicya over to assist me (they needed a ladder to get some items off the shelves) with my selections. I had my very busy 2 year old with me, but I was able to focus and get some other things that I did not know that needed 😅! About 30 minutes and $$$$ later I was walking out the door, a very happy customer. These 3 young ladies did an excellent job and their customer service was above and beyond.

Phenomenal store. Found lots of goodies for my toddler at amazing prices! The girl that checked me out was also very nice and friendly. Will keep coming back. 😊

I went in to sell clothes, but to also participate in the dollar days sale. I appreciated that Even though they didn't buy all of my clothes, she explained to me in detail why some of the clothes were not able to be sold. She also gave me the option to donate the clothes that I was not able to sell and this made me feel happy that the clothes were still going to go to a child in need. Even though the lines were long because of the awesome sale that was happening, I was able to have great conversations with very nice ladies in line. This was a great experience and another reason why I keep going to this location. I was able to use the money from the sale at store credit to purchase some items for my sons. Thanks Kid to kid Atascocita for being quick, kind, and efficient.

I went into this location today looking for a couple of things, and while I was shopping one of the workers told me all the Halloween stuff was 50% Off today. So I said okay sounds good! I went over and found a costume for my daughter and checked out. When they told me the total I thought that sounded off but didn’t want to be rude and ask her to check her work so I checked the receipt when I got to my car. The costume I got wasn’t 50% Off and nothing was taken off of my total. I went back in and confirmed if there was a discount on the Halloween stuff and another girl told me only if it has a certain stamp mark on it. I wasn’t told of a stamp mark so I asked if I could return it. I didn’t need it I just got it because it was on sale. She said no because all the costume sales are final. I ALSO was not told that at checkout. I asked her if they could please return it since I wasn’t told either of those things are she said they could buy it back from me but I’m not going to get anything near what I bought it for. I said okay so there’s nothing you can do even though I wasn’t aware of any of that and It wasn’t my job to know it. And she said no. I understand the no returns policy on costumes because they’re not wanting parents to buy them, use them, and return them. However I literally just walked to my car, (I didn’t even have my daughter with me at the time), and walked back in. So ridiculous.

03/23/2022 I just had the most unpleasant experience at this store. I went shopping there and spent $71. My daughter wanted a toy so I bought it for her. Went to the car and opened it only to find out it was DRY AND OLD putty. We turned around and not even 5 minutes later went back to the store to get a refund on a NEW DAMAGED TOY. I was told no refunds. BUT YOU SOLD ME A DAMAGED NEW TOY. She said no refunds. I said give me my $5 dollars back and we'll be fine. I told her to call her supervisor, who said do not give her her money back. I walked out. I cannot believe this HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in this day in age. Businesses are trying to keep customers and KID to KID is basically telling customers to screw themselves. I did not buy something and changed my mind. I was trying to return a DAMAGED NEW TOY. I'll never, EVER, give them my business again.

The staff was very friendly. Don't go in there expecting to leave with loads of cash. I was going to donate or throw away stuff so I was glad to get any amount of cash. You get more if you take store credit instead. There is a great variety of quality kid items. I will definitely be back.

I always love going there. I have 3 kids an it’s the only place I can get them everything they need with my small income. It’s all lightly used and a lot of items are as if you got them from the original store.

I like coming to shop for clothes and shoes for my kiddos, but when it comes to selling stuff, they literally RIP you OFF! I had a bunch of toys and we’re in very good condition and their offer was absolutely ridiculous!!!! So I declined their offer and as I am unloading everything, I realize they took all the batteries out!!!!!! They should have returned it to me like I initially brought it in with batteries so that they can see it works!

Cute clothes but the staff is very rude. The way they speak and treat customers it’s like they’re forced to be there, serving mandatory community service or something. I recommend them for buying but not selling your items. Management: I would suggest customer service training for your staff that worked Saturday, 10/15.

My first time entering this establishment, I was in complete awwww. I had no idea this place was located in Humble, TX. The staff were so friendly, especially Mrs. Patricia! I was sitting waiting on my items to be sold and she walked up to me and was just the most friendliest, humble person I've ever met. I came back a second time and I was just so happy to see her friendly face and she was just as pleasant as the first time I met her. I will definitely be a returning customer from this point forward.

I found this place with an online search for children’s resale shops. There were several to chose from but decided on this one. I’m glad I did. It was a pleasant experience all the way around. From the clothes I sold to them to the stuff I bought also. Go and check them out . Why buy retail they have everything in very good condition with great prices. My daughter and I will be back .

Great place to buy kids clothes! It’s all easily organized by size and type of clothing. They also have sports wear. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely be buying here from now on.

EDIT: Now she’s lying to my response saying they called me 8 straight days and i didn’t get a single call from them nor did i EVER cuss in the store. The owner had an attitude on the phone with me and was extremely unprofessional. It’s sad she’s lying on her responses to flip everything and make her seem like this sweet person when she’s the complete opposite. Owner is completely unprofessional. Didn’t get a call for my sell till 6 days after. They said i had 3 days to pick up and when i went to pick up found out they got rid of my clothes not even 24 hours after calling me. She sat there and blamed me, didnt get no type of apology just got blamed because her staff didn’t do their job.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My mother-in-law had an emergency surgery in New York and we missed the event for which we bought my child an outfit for because of an actual emergency situation, and they still would not take the item back. Then I tried to give them a second chance- and sent my CHilDrEN’s nanny to the store who bought brand new tap shoes there- they we were not only almost double the price as Target, but then they refused to return them. I wish they would shut down and “once up a child” would open in that same spot. I hate this store.

By far the BEST kids re-sale store for kids. They even have MATERNITY clothes that are really nice and comfy, to gently new and used toys, learning games, and clothes for kids who attend things like tap dance shoes, and all kids of things kids! Shop here, reasonable prices, and very clean and organized.

Absolutely love this store!! I found some really cool Halloween costumes and Uggs for my granddaughters today and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg!! Kid to kid always has great prices and we will definitely be coming back!!
