5 times. 5 times in a row now, I've ordered BBQ AND honey mustard for nuggets. 5 times in a row, they've been incorrect. I know it's only .40 cents or even free with enough nuggets, but cmon. I've gotten to the point where I don't want to say anything bc I want to set a record for most continuous incorrect orders in a row. McDonald's is the place to do it, apparently.

Went through the drive through around 10:45 pm. The wait was long. Before I left the window I checked to make sure the order was right. It was for the most part. I didn't check that the fries were not cooked completely at all. They took them out over a minute too early. They are oily and limp. That's what I said. It sucks getting home just to find out the most important component of my meal was not cooked properly. I don't know why they took them out of the fryer early. The car in from of us waited at least 10 minutes for their order. I didn't want to go back as it was late and we were already in our hotel room after a long drive. Justin T was very kind and friendly.

The place is so cold feeling, they must seem to wanna refused to help people out front. The minimal staff, the place to force you to only use drive-through that even courtesy to check to see if people are upfront so several people leave because no one would help them. I finally gave up waiting in a minute a refund and left.

We were stuck in the drive-thru for 25 minutes - from arrival to getting our food. Our order was wrong and we were given a look like we were the ones at fault and how dare we make them do their jobs to correct it. We were late to the event we were vending. We weren't the only ones stuck there, either. 7 other cars were lined up in front of and behind us.

This place is pathetic. The roof is dripping water on the floors and tables. The staff is shorthanded. They struggle to complete a basic otder. We won't be back.

Got my adult happy meal! If you want to feel like a kid again, get the adult happy meal while you can. Nuggets, fries, a drink, and a very campy looking plastic toy are all in this box, which reminds you exactly of being a kid again. The restaurant itself is very nice, even though sometimes they run out of items, they will always communicate clearly and offer alternatives.

Atmosphere was a 5 but rating it as a 1 due to the lack of customer service and common decency of whoever runs the night shift. Shout out to you, you just made your overall review go down. I understand getting flustered during an insane lunch or dinner rush, but we came when there were 0 cars in the drive thru and 1 family in the lobby. If you hate your job, quit.

The self-service kiosks inside the building are constantly out of receipt paper. So unless you see your order number in the 1-2 seconds after you finish paying, there's no way to know which order is yours when they call it out.
