Please take your time in delivering an accurate product (our takeout order was incorrect) and have pride in what you do. You will not gain customers by throwing it all together. You have systems and templates, I encourage you to use them.

My fugi apple salad was awesome. Didn't get my baguette with my salad or cookies I ordered. Went back in for the cookies and was all the way home before I realized there was no baguette. Dang it. My favorite part of the meal was missing. Next time I know to look before leaving. They have the best salads.

This is the chicken cordon blue hot sandwich. So good. I went back a few days later and had it again. Yum

We ordered creamy tomato soup in a sourdough bread bowl. I just loved their tomato soup. It was thick, creamy, and flavorful. I liked it so much that I ordered it again. One MUST try it. We also ordered Broccoli Mac & Cheese. It was so yummy. In addition, we ordered Classic grilled cheese and Mediterranean veggie sandwiches. Both the sandwiches were okay. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try it. Overall, one must try tomato soup. The quantity of the food is less, but prices are a little on the higher side.

Went drive tru. Had to return twice. First they put a wrong salad, second they forgot to put fork. While eating salad in a car found few artifacts in a salad, like rotten apple skin and not edible parts of an apple. Even though i like panera, i do not recommend this place.

Came here and my soup had a hair in it and asked for another one and it was watered down or liquified or sum tbh it sucked customer service was good but the soup was not great at all made me not wanna come back for a while.

It would be very beneficial if you all could start adding a spoon to the bag for people ordering soup...two times in a row I order from Doordash and as I receive my food im unable to eat it. It's just careless.

Ordered soup from the drive through with no one else is in line. Took 15 minutes (after paying at the window) for someone to ask us, what we were waiting on. Wow...how about our food?? No apology, no sorry, just a complete disregard for our sitting there waiting for nothing. After retelling someone new what our order was, waited another few minutes and finally got our food.

Very fast and efficient. It is expected to be. It is very clean and well-run and everyone that was working there had a good smile on their face. If you get the soup you got to get a bread bowl it makes it so much better and then you can eat the bowl.

Very hard working staff. Accuracy is limited to 8 of 10 orders. Expect to have some wrong items or bagels not cut when ordered that way. At times delivery is missing cream cheese, and the store asks you to come pick it up.

I want to personally thank the assistant manager today for explaining and putting together a meal for me in which I could eat. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I suffer with polygenic hypercholesterolemia which is genetic disorder of high cholesterol and being allergic to statins which I can’t take… my food intake is limited! They helped tremendously and I can’t thank them enough for the delicious meal I was served! Especially being away from home over 3 hours away. So finding something this delicious to eat nearly had me in tears considering most places serve fried food! From Christine! Highly recommend this place!!

Friendly greeting the minute I walked through the door. The young man was so pleasant and helpful without any hesitation. The kitchen staff was equally pleasant. Refreshing to go into a place and have good food and delightful staff. Win-win.

Our order was a bit pricey.. over $30 for a sandwich, chips and drink and the pick 2 .. that was soup and a salad. The soup was the best part of the meal. The salad was bland and no other dressing options. There were pickled onions on both the sandwich and salad. The bread was good. This was our first time .. not sure this will be a repeat. The server was not friendly or helpful.

It's a good but crazy expensive place to get a small sandwich and bowl of soup. The service was prompt, the food was good, but just know it is rather pricey for no more than you get.

the grilled cheese is not of any quality no butter on the bread and the sandwhich came untoasted like it was microwaved .....Quick trip literally has the same type of machine and there quality is better overall

Check your to go order before you leave. Otherwise you’re driving back. Got chicken chili instead on French onion soup, and chips and baguette when ticket clearly shows 2 baguettes. Tried to call but option to speak to someone disabled. Not the first time this has happened but it is the last.

Great food though prices are a bit high. I really enjoy the grilled cheese with sourdough bread, white cheddar and gouda cheese, horseradish sauce, sliced tomato and basil. To get it you have to modify the sandwich. The squash soup is really tasty too!

Justin, Rocks. His smile and greeting were welcomed after a long day of travel from KC. MO to Des Moines. The food was speedily and accurately prepared with a happy air in the kitchen as I watched as our meal was being brought together. The employees seemed easy going with each other and worked as a team to accomplish their work of feeding us hungry and sometimes Hangery customers. Thanks for a tasty and accurate meal with smiles galore, 9-14-22. We were here in 2019 and liked it then also.

Best bagels I have had so far. Ordered take out online, fast service. Workers could be a little more positive and not so negative. Atmosphere was clean, restroom was clean. Greeted when walked in the door. Will always be back for bagels and other food items.

This is my favorite location. Abby, the young lady that was cashier, was very attentive, told us about the new items on the menu & gave us suggestions and repeated our order back to us. The rest of the staff was also very friendly & accommodating. Everything was prepared exactly as it should be & tasted awesome. We had the grilled mac & cheese and tomato soup. The restaurant & restrooms were very clean. I will definitely keep coming back to this one.

Panera on Fleur Dr in Des Moines. Ordered at counter quickly and efficiently. Short wait to get my to go order. Very pleasant staff.

Fresh and ready in minutes. Stopped for a quick breakfast. Masks required to order, but you can eat in if you choose. Every other table open. Had the bacon, egg, tomato, arugula wrap which was delicious. Paired with OJ for a sort of healthy breakfast. $8.

This location has struggled with good employees since Covid has ended. I eat here a lot and they got 3 of 4 orders wrong on my last visits. Check your orders carefully when going through drive thru.

Had bowl of soup and yogurt w granola delivered to where I was working. Delivery was fast that's 5 stars. Sound had great flavor, again 5 stars but only got 5 bits of actual food, the rest was broth and didn't send the bread that was supposed to come with or any crackers of any kind. The granola was good but the yourgurt was spoiled

Always good food, and good food choices. Atmosphere is low key, families and plenty of regulars. All during Covid restrictions they continued to work hard to provide for the community. They have provided a safe place to go and hopefully a safe place to work. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.
