So far I love it! Everyone was friendly, they have a lot of offers going on before the official opening which I believe is on June 3rd. Since I signed up for the newsletter and I joined a waiting list to get a massage I become a message with the offer of a free Massage! I'm very exited to get it done this week and I will be updating more information and hopefully some pictures about my visit/experience. I had my massage and I can say I feel like new. I got asked where I wanted to be focus on(full body or specific parts). Also how I would like the pressure to be. I felted definitely so good after. It was worth and I can't wait to get another one.

The massage was very nice but the technician difficulties with making appointments and not finding gift card in their system has let me frustrated and will never use the store again. . After my first appointment I made an appointment for 3 weeks later but when I showed up I was told I wasn’t on the books. After emailing the manager and making my last appointment I was told after the appointment that my gift card use not valid. I will not be using Hand and Sone anymore

Don't book a massage with them as they don't value ur time. 30 mins before my appointment they called me and told me that my appointment was canceled, the reason they gave was that the customer before me was late to her appointment and the male therapist wanted to give her the complete session so they canceled mine...I MEAN OTHER CUSTOMERS DELAY IS NOT MY PROBLEM. According to their own policy they should have rescheduled that lady or given her massage for the remaining time but their experienced management thought it's better to cancel my appointment. DONT JUST LEARN HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING, TRY TO EVEN LEARN HOW TO HOLD A BOOKING. I am canceling my membership. Thanks for such a great experience.

Liz, my esthetician, is AMAZING!! I love how she is very professional and has the perfect touch! I recommend her if you’re looking for a great facial experience.

My usual location is south elgin but they were booked until February, so this location found a time that was perfect for me! The staff was very kind to me and my boyfriend from the receptionists to the massage therapists! They give you warm neck pillows while you wait to go in the room! Celeste was my therapist and she did a great job working out the knots and tightness in my upper back, I felt so relaxed and was falling asleep! I will definitely come back to this location, thank you guys!

I met with Mike today and he is AMAZING. He was very precise with his motions. He talked me through the entire process of the why's and the science behind it. I have physical limitations and he was VERY conscious of my concerns. Our body HOLDS emotions and Mike is a key to RELEASE. I truly believe that trapped emotions if not addressed turn into physical ailments. Keep doing divine work!

I absolutely adore the staff at this location!!! The lady at front desk is so sweet when you walk in and I always appreciate when you watch the employees interact and they truly get along / respect one another. Massage felt AMAZING! Great variety of services, can't wait to try the cryoslimming.

Got a goft card for 130 got one facial and couldn't tip on the gift card. Then manager said I have 40 left on it and can use it for products with member discount which the sign said 20 percent off. I got 10 percent instead and for a 45 dollar bottle I ended up spending 15 more with a discount? Staff at the desk has no idea what they are doing. Not worth fighting for 10 bucks. But not worth going back either

Erica did my facial and was patient and very knowledgeable. She recommended some products to assist after my treatment. The facial itself was very relaxing and definitely recommend.

Very relaxing facial. Much needed “Me” time. The customer service from the Young girl that returned my call (I had left a vm after I left for a call back) was a horrible experience. Poor customer service on her part. Very argumentative and accused me of racism. I did put in a call for corporate and also asked if they can connect me to a manager.

I recently had the best experience at this Hand & Stone location. First, this location is beautiful and clean. Secondly, I had a Wellbeing facial With an LED upgrade for my birthday. My esthetician, Sarina, was sweet and informative; hands down, she was the best esthetician I've ever had. Very relaxing! I Highly Recommend getting yourself a facial at this Hand and Stone. I signed up for a membership and will be back for sure. Ask FOR SARINA.

Had the best massage today! The girl was an expert and I would definitely come back again: the only thing that lacked was my massage was not 60 min I was taken it at 11:11 and my massage ended at 12:01. 10 minutes is a huge difference. Otherwise great!

Terrible experience for me! My wife wanted to give me a massage for my birthday. Went in there right at 9:00 am when they opened. Did a little paper work then by 9:05 am the massage lady already telling me I have to cut your appointment short as I'm booked all day. That made me feel uncomfortable and felt like she did not want to do it. Never will go back. Thanks for a great start to my birthday.

10/10 had the absolute best massage and facial I’ve ever had here on Saturday night. I recommend Tia as a massage therapist SHES PHENOMENAL. They gave me flavored water and a heated weighted neck cushion as I was early to my appointment. It was overall very lovely. I didn’t catch the girls name who did my facial but she was also great. Will be returning in the future, going to be bringing my partner.

Daniella did an absolute phenomenal job on the massage I received from her. She listens to your needs on what is bothering you the most and will concentrate on that for a good amount of time during the session. I will definitely be back to see her! <3

Completely unprofessional. Drove an hour for a 90-minute massage, that was confirmed days ahead. Jenny called me 14 minutes before my appointment, as I’m pulling into the parking lot and told me she had to cancel my appointment and they could do a facial, that I would pay for, in 3 hours. Jenny just kept talking over the top of me, telling me emergencies come up, and that she was just trying to offer something. I called Massage Envy nearby and they were SO KIND and more apologetic than Hand and Stone. Was referred to Hand and Stone by a friend and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
