I ordered a sweatshirt in November for Christmas and never received it. I contacted customer service (which an actual person never got back to me) and an automated response told me to file a claim with usps. I filed with them and have never heard back from either and still can’t get an actual person with the rally house customer service line. I hate leaving bad reviews but This is my attempt to actually get someone to contact me back.

i came in the store looking for a present for a family member and ended up buying things for myself as well. Thomas was really helpful and knowledgeable. he guided me throughout the store to find the best items and was very patient with me, didn’t feel rushed at all.

Nice store but too much bears stuff. Not enough other NFL teams. I guarantee the entire rally house staff could beat the bears in a football game.

I'm sorry that I did not get the name of the young lady that helped us when we were in, bc she did an outstanding job and made it fun to shop. This coming from someone who really only shops online and hates going into brick and mortar shops. She was helpful, pleasant, informative, and she worked with my daughter to find several appealing items which we purchased even though we only stopped by to browse. Well done! In an age where finding good employees is nearly impossible, Rally House has picked themselves a real gem. Thank you.

I love the selection of this place and that I was able to find a "discontinued" (because the player left the team) shirt in the sales section when I otherwise could never find such a thing anywhere else! Jackson was amazingly helpful. He was patient while I babbled on about my frustration with Fanatics.com and finding a jacket for my mom's birthday. But he was able to narrow down on what exactly I was looking for - and even though I wasn't willing to drop $100+ on it today, he was just happy to help. Amazing guest service!

Lots of Chicago sports stuff. Anything you can ask for. Amazingly kind employees that care and are willing to help. Highly recommend going to this place over other sports stores. Awesome location for food as well.

Rally House has an incredible collection of merchandise for all Chicago area sports team (pro and college). Very helpful staff and a selection of the newest shirts, hats, jerseys, etc. Extremely impressive.

Words can’t express how much I love this store!! Very unique sports gear and good brands! The staff that works at South Barrington is amazing!! Sonny and Zain have both made my experience so wonderful I always come back!! Had to get a last second birthday gift Zain put a beautiful gift bag set together! SONNY is my favorite!! If I ever have any questions he is the man I go to always knows what sizes they have, when they will get more stuff in (if sold out) when I’m looking for a specific item doesn’t just point and tell me where to go but walks with me and personalizes my entire shopping trip. Very knowledgeable to what exactly it is I’m looking for. I always end up leaving with more than planned the store is perfect! Love that the store is pet friendly bring my dogs in!

I called Rally House looking for a Loyola item that I could not find anywhere else. The employee I spoke with (Sonny) informed me they were unfortuantely sold out, but he took down my information in case they were to get some back in. I appreciated the gesture, but did not expect anything to come from it. Only a few hours later, I received a call back that there had been some returned, so I ended up getting to purchase the product I had been searching all over for. That kind of customer service is VERY rare these days and I'm extremely grateful for the extra effort. I will definitely remember this and Rally House for my future sports related purchases!

I needed some help from a previous purchase but I no longer had my receipt.Monica was able to quickly resolve the situation for me. I look forward to continue to shop at this store. It's like a candy store for sports fans.
