Stopped at the drive thru 5 mins before the posted closing time and lights were off, not a single car was there, nor was anyone inside working. They closed up shop before closing and posted a sign outside for technical difficulties. I feel like this Taco Bell is always full of issues. I got my entire order messed up once and not a single employee would answer the phone when I tried calling to explain my order mishap. I wish this wasn’t the closest Taco Bell to where I live because this specific place is so so unreliable.

Slow. 4 tacos took forever to get, I stood at the front for over 7 minutes before anyone even came to check if I would like to order. This isn’t the first time, one time I literally waited over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me standing there at the register to order and when they finally did I told them, I no longer wish to order but I wanted someone to know that they left a customer standing there for 15 minutes when they were NOT busy. The staff laughed and just walked away from me. Poor food quality poor staff and corporate failed to contact me back or respond. Don’t waste your money. The inside is gross as well, I would question the food quality.

I ordered 4 soft tacos ask for no cheese and she repeated again said no cheese? And, I said yes. Came home with tacos with cheese but no lettuce 😡 Also order chicken quesadillas but no chickens...all of them are also cold as fxxx. Not going back for sure. This is not the first time either. We always give them a chance but no more...we had enough.

Order online showed up an they didn't even know they had an order. Waiting 15 mins which tbh isn't a big deal but the manager was pretty rude an when I got home my Order was just thrown together in the box there was cheese an sour cream everywhere. If I could give no stars I would

They have one employee that actually cares and they close whenever they please. Stick to your hours and run a productive business. Who closes before 9 on a Friday night? Whoever is managing this place clearly doesn’t know what they are doing.

Tried the double steak grilled cheese burrito. . It was good except for the "sour cream ". That had a strange flavor to me. Will get this again, but without the "sour cream ".

I like the staff very much though I don't know anyone there. I like several of the entrees, like the taco supreme and the beef burrito,. But I wish there would be less bread and more filling in a lot of them.

Orders are mostly accurate, though the drive-through wait time and employees leave something to be desired.

Food is usually fresh and the staff are nice.

I guess it was just a few minutes after noon. Went to Jewel first, then I was deciding between Subway and Taco Bell, knowing that I have diabetes I went to the Taco Bell instead. I ordered by that little computer thing then I paid at the counter which there were quite a few people behind the counter but they did not get to me right away and there are only four people total in the restaurant. The waiting for my order was very upsetting of course knowing that I had diabetes and I thought I was going to pass out, and I did make that verbally clear

Dirty inside don't Acknowledge you when you walk in... Waited 10 minutes before somebody actually said. Oh, yeah, do you need help? I said I was here to pick app an order. And she said let 15 minutes later. The order just finally came out ridiculous. They were more intuned of attacking to each other than they did customer service.

Almost every item was either not what I’d ordered or incorrect. Asked for 4 cheesy toasted breakfast burritos and got 4 grande breakfast burritos and were charged for those instead of the cheesy ones (which were WAY more expensive and had tomatoes which we didn’t want). Ordered a steak breakfast Crunchwrap and got a sausage one (was also charged extra for steak). $39 and only one thing was correct.

Order the $5 crave meal chalupa very good The burrito needed more meat but it was good Taco is good drink was good Cinnamon twists were good can't beat it for 5 bucks not these days things cost a lot of money and when you're on a budget five bucks is a good deal thank you guys keep up the good work

Came to pick up food after work and Mary was the absolute sweetest soul! Best costumer service I have ever received ANYWHERE. She really takes care of her clients.

We arrived at at 12:01am on a Wednesday and they told us they were closed when the website states they are open until 1:00am. The sign was lit up that drive-thru was open. This is the second time we’ve had a not great experience.

Norma D is amazingly respectful and a great cook. She is also very friendly even though she cooks and takes orders and works night shift. She is one of a kind and I trust her.

Stopped coming this location a while back due to frequent order mistakes, but tried it out again recently and they have really stepped it up. No mistakes for the last couple orders and each item is full and well made!

Every time I go to this location things order is wrong, foods slopped in a mess, and/or cold. I live close and would go often if the quality wasn't so horrible

Ordered through mobile app, showed up and was told they didn’t have any of the food and I have to request a refund through the app. I have yet to receive contact back from anyone on the app and the store apparently can’t do anything to help. I enjoy a good scratch off every now and again, but I don’t enjoy playing the lottery with food I pay for and never really knowing if I’m actually going to get it.

we ordered a pretty simple order, got a small root beer, medium mango fiesta, and large root beer, ended up getting all mango fiestas. We ordered tacos and burritos as well but none had edits but a beefy five layer, where we added rice and removed sour cream, ended up getting it with rice AND sour cream 😐, and they’ve repeatedly messed up our orders in the past

Ordered 3 soft tacos. Made it back to work with the order completely wrong. How hard is it to make 3 soft tacos. I go here because it’s close to work and I love Taco Bell but I will not be going back as my order is often wrong.

Missing items out of my order, the soft shell tacos were soggy and I never asked for tomato. I think the lady at the drive tru was drunk.

Love this location. Food is consistent and I prefer it over Cilantro grill next door. I literally get heartburn from Cilantro’s food but never at this Taco Bell. Also the woman taking my order “Victoria” is so nice! Omg she really makes me feel I’m at a sit down restaurant just going through the drive through. You are a nice person thank you for making sure my order is always on point even when it’s 10pm and I’m being picky with my meal lol thanks!!

We've ordered chicken quesadillas with extra cheese on multiple occasions and find that we barely get enough cheese to keep the flour tortilla together. Don't waste your money on this item. I also think their is little management there as multiple times the crew has been very loud and chatty vs working. On a positive note we've found the Taco Supremes to be very good at times. Clearly more training is needed.
