    So we got a large pan pizza for curbside pickup and when we were halfway home, I opened the box to take a bite and I noticed the crust was completely different. It wasn’t the original (legendary) Pizza Hut pan pizza crust they’re know for. So my fiancé and I drive all the way back to the Pizza Hut since their phone NEVER WORKS. I told my fiancé to take the pizza box in to show them that the crust isn’t the same. We are completely aware that due to COVID restaurants don’t take touched food back, however the guy who runs this place took the box back with his bare hands; in addition to this he said the original pan crust flavor doesn’t exist anymore which makes no sense because we ordered a flavorless crust. Again, we had no intentions on getting another box of pizza, I mainly love Pizza Hut for the crust, so we just wanted a replacement. Overall I’m concerned that the place doesn’t follow certain precautions especially when Covid cases are so high. He and another guy were the only ones running the Pizza Hut so obviously he was helping in the process of making the pizzas. My fiancé used their bathroom as well and for someone who is not high maintenance like me, he said the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There were bugs and fungus growing on the left corner of the bathroom and toilet brush was thrown in the middle. Very disappointed. If that’s the bathroom, imagine how unsanitary our food is. 1 star since the pizza looked good though- still not the same pan crust even after the remake.

    (Latest review 06/03/23): Had to write all my reviews in the same post since there's no option to add a new one. Anyways, I can see why the 20 min. drive to the location on Randall is worth it or just going to Pizza Hut Express, not only do they seasoned their breadsticks well but they make sure the food is cooked properly. However this location it's absolutely disgusting. My pizza tasted like dirty dishwasher which makes me think they dropped some of the toppings somewhere dirty & they still went ahead & used them or they didn't wash their hands. That was the final straw with this location, you can really tell they don't care by their copy & paste replies they do on here when someone reviews them. ------------------------------------------------ (Review from different day): I only go to this location since it's the nearest one, but it just doesn't improve. Received burnt breadsticks & the pizza had some kind of red peppers (not even on menu) we did not requested! Quality is just not the same. & of course they don't include the survey on the receipt. They never answer the phone & they take an hour or more to deliver which by that time food arrives cold.

    Horrible I am writing this review real time , i wish i could give less then one star. first time ordering from this location. Let me start by saying i ordered an edge pizza but half without a couple toppings, as well as BBQ boneless wings and a MARINARA pasta (which includes breadsticks)We ordered at 9:50 , and received our order delivered at 11:45. I immediately called corporate after receiving this.... at 10:30 when the order was still in the oven I started to get concerned as no one contacted me to let me know it was out for delivery. I kept going downstairs to check if was maybe left at my door and nothing. At 10:45 i called this Elgin Store location and they literally hang up as soon as they answered and at 11 they closed so there was no way to contact them. So as mentioned urgent matters corporate number was called. I Was connected to the very patient and respectful man named aaron, which i explained to him -Wrong Pasta / Burnt and hard breadsticks -A completely wrong pizza -Wings with barely any sauce Oh and the worst part because it took almost two hours everything was cold. I should have trusted the reviews and not ordered from here. I am Glad AAron from corporate could take down a report and help me, hopefully i get my $60 back. Do not eat here !

    Horrible place. It's not a good place to order. Rather order to any other pop and mom shop or some other pizza hut location, if looking for pizza hut only. Trust me they always mess with orders. Don't even feel sorry for the mess. Importantly they will serve you cold pizza, not sliced, you could feel the toppings are not even fully baked, too hard pizza seems prepared and kept for long time without putting in oven. Request everyone - please don't get fooled from this location atleast and give them what they deserve. Respect your hard earned money and health. Owner has written in reply that his team helped. But I never visited this location after. And request all to be safe than sorry.

    Worst fast food experience of my entire LIFE. Pizza came two hours late, cold, wings were cold and barely had any sauce, and pasta was the wrong one. As someone who worked in fast food, NOBODY CARES AT THIS LOCATION. Called corporate already. Absolutely pathetic. Schaumburg location is your friend.

    Been coming here for 20+ years and sometimes I want to rate it as a one star but everyone makes mistakes. Today the service was exceptional and the pizza was hot and tasteful.

    Idk why they call this fast food. They send a doordasher instead of a delivery man an the food came in a hour an a half. I refuse to pay for food from a fast food place that's 1.5 hours late after I Waz told 30 min. Will not be ordering from them again.

    I don't go to Pizza Hut very often, never really had a good experience there and this one was no different. The pizza wasn't cooked, I asked for extra onions, there were none, we ordered a cookie pan and what they gave us was stale not warmed. Not sure how long it had been sitting around. Not very happy with the services as well. I had paid for the order online and when we get there they said that it wasn't paid. The employee was rude and accused me of not paying when in fact i did, a few minutes later she she said, "oh I guess it was paid". Fun fact is, You can't even place on online order without paying for it first. Disappointed.

    The Fiancee' and I split a pizza- she got half with her choice of ingredients, I got half with mine. Pizza Hut is consistently good. No surprises here. The service was good, the timing was good. We'll come back.

    They don’t answer the phone when you call. And when the phone is answered it’s by someone who is not even in that location. So that person has to transfer you (I was connected to an Indian lady when I selected “1” for placing an order). The phone rang and rang until I got a busy tone and then it hung up on me. Mediocre service when you order for delivery and pay a delivery fee + tip. My wings were all shaken up when they arrived.

    Worst pizza location. It’s not the company, it’s the people and customer service. Please, by all means someone tell me what WELL DONE means. It’s deff not WHITE pizza. Please see picture attached and let me know. Cuz I must be blind. Manager deff doesn’t know how to offer customer service. This is the second time. Terrible.

    Very friendly service. I also like that this is a Pizza Hut that offers indoor seating, which is increasingly getting harder to find. I would like to sit inside and eat my delicious pizza.

    Terrible time management and management all together. The "manager" shouldn't be a manager with the lack of care and respect for customers. Find somewhere that'll accept that unprofessional attitude. Never received my order and when expressed frustration was hung up on.

    We ordered the pizza box on Friday and we're expecting it to be delivered in 35 minutes as projected on the app. Over an hour later, we tried to call the store several times and no one picked up. Over 90 minutes later, we decided to order something else. Finally the delivery man came almost 2 hours later and we denied the delivery. No apology. No explanation, he just left. We will vever order from this location again and will tell our family and friends the same. Shut this location down, they do not care for customers at all.

    Multiple orders ignored when placed online and its sad when the excuse is always "sorry for the inconvenience ". No one answers the phone and then when a refund is in order, there's an excuse and struggle to convince the employees the wrongs in which they try justifying as rights. You shouldn't allow online orders if the establishment doesn't acknowledge them. Unprofessional

    Wish I can give a no star. Terrible Store, they stole 60$ worth of food. Destiny who works there said she gave our order to DoorDash even though we didn’t place the order in DoorDash and when door dash contact her because food wasn’t delivered she said lied and told them that it was the wrong store and she wasn’t aware of anything. Don’t waste money in this store with employee that are thieves.

    I ordered the new pizza melts last night and was very very disappointed it them first off all I ordered a Buffalo chicken one and they was no Buffalo sauce and it had a ton of onions. They were NOT AT ALL what they advertised. I used to love Pizza Hut but for some reason this location is slacking in quality of product. Not returning again

    Good service and staff. I wish they had given more marinara sauce for the cheese stick. The small cup is not enough for the 5 cheese sticks.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! We ordered 2 stuffed crust pizza with cheesy bread sticks and soda.Pizza dough did not taste fresh and looked pretty old. We also tried calling this store but nobody answers the call. The driver forgot the drinks as well. Worst experience with pizza hut

    Unfortunately, I received a cold pizza twice. Although it was the only drawback, it is very significant when it comes to pizzas. In addition, the atmosphere in the place is very nice, the service is polite and efficient.
