It's my 1st time being here. It was great! The entire place is very clean, the cafe area & the play area. I didn't go to the bathroom. It's very spacious. There's an area for babies, toddlers & big kids. We ate a chicken salad sandwich with chips, hot dog with chips, Sprite & coke. It's a bit pricey for me but the food was good. There's a fee to get in.

This was our first time here. There are slides and great things for kids. However, I'm not sure if it was the manager or owner but lady with glasses but I saw her scold a kid and his mom over a minor incident. The kid who was about 2 years old seemed rattled and the manager was awful. The toddler (again about 2 years old) saw wallpaper by the snack stand peeling (it was already peeling) and peeled it a little bit more. The manager came up to them while they were eating and asked if he did it, honestly no one even noticed. She asked very rudely for the mom, who had a newborn with her as well and her son to come over to the snack stand while she proceeded to scold them. The mom apologized and they sat back down. The kid looked very rattled. I understand the importance of a learning lesson but this whole situation could have been handled very differently. I think that changed the whole vibe of the place for me because it was definitely either a manager or the owner. Then proceeded to spend the next 30 minutes taping it up and looking for a small piece of wallpaper that may have fallen off. They actually asked the mom to look in her stroller for it.

This is a great place for little ones. Lots of room to run, clean, fun engaging play things and age appropriate rooms. The cafe is reasonable and a kid friendly menu. We brought my 22 month old grandson there and he had a blast.

I took my 2 year old son there to spend the morning playing. A section of wallpaper in the cafe area was coming off and my son grabbed it and tore off a small piece while I paid for the food. I asked him not to, and he stopped. He slipped the piece of wallpaper into the bottom of the stroller without me realizing. An employee (an older woman with glasses and long hair) came over to the stroller and took out the wallpaper. She scolded my son and I and made us go look at what he had done. She then came back to my stroller (with my three month old in it) and searched it for another missing piece of wallpaper (that we did not have). She searched the stroller without permission and scolded my two year old. My son shouldn’t tear wall paper. However, he is 2 and made a mistake and the wallpaper was already torn before he got there. It is a childrens place, you must be more forgiving. Her scolding and yelling and searching of my stroller was completely inappropriate. The other employees were friendly and hospitable but this lady was disgusting in her handling of the situation.

I did my daughter's birthday party here. The place is very clean including the bathrooms. Everyone had an amazing time. Staff is very friendly not exactly organized. However, the price you pay for a party here is expensive. My complaint is the host. You pay to have someone help host the event. Opening up a party room door is not helping host the event. The host does not do anything except open up the door to your room and putting the food on the table. The parents do everything else. Meaning you have to serve , you have to tell your guests were to put the shoes, presents, cake. You have to decorate. You have to gather the kids when it is time for eating. You have to ask for plastic gloves to serve the food that you order, you have to ask for a cart for the presents. You have to make sure there is enough plastic plates and silverware. I only recommend having a birthday party here if you are going to do everything. Coming to play is great. However, you will be doing every thing ; having no time to enjoy it and take pictures.

Great place for little ones at a reasonable price. Not crazy busy during a normal weekday. Hand sanitizers are at every corner and I see staff coming in and tidying up (without getting in the way of play) multiple times which makes it a welcoming and clean environment for kids to play. The Cafe is great too with lots of snack options and even some fresh fruit. They have cute chalk board walls and seasonal backdrops for photos. We usually spend at least 2-3 hours there when we come during yhe week which makes the entrance fee well worth it.

Excellent place to bring little ones. Clean and tons to do! My two year old loved it. People complaining about kids getting sick...duh...that's what happens when you're around people, especially kids. The place was super clean, I'm not sure what people are talking about in that regard. Bigger kids in the toddler area, ya...that happens everywhere, so watch and guide your toddler.

This place is great during the winter days when you need a change of scenery and teaches your child social interaction. It's great for younger children. It gives them the ability to use they're creativity and imagination. And it relatively good price range.

Kids absolutely love this place. It is unique and exciting for the kids to climb thru and slide down so many different things. There is a little town and big jumping sack too.The kids dont want to leave, so plan accordingly and give them more time there. The kids will sleep great too. Prices are very good.

I had my kids birthday party here. The service was excellent. Easy to book. Less work for the parents by supplying all the essentials. Food was good. The environment was clean. The age group of the kids was 2-7 and there was something fun for everyone. Not your typical play place with pieces all over the place and missing. Wasnt over crowded on a Saturday. Brought back some leaps and bounds feels. Productive play! Thanks for such a great time!

We visit my family back home in Elgin, and our autistic son loves indoor play areas. A lot of them are either overwhelming or geared toward smaller children. I emailed Bumblebee before our trip so I would be prepared when bringing him, and the staff was so gracious and professional. For a special needs mom, it can be anxious taking your child to a new place, but we were so impressed by how large the play rooms were, the safe environments that were setup, and how understanding the employees were. And we LOVED the fact that we could return throughout the day, which meant I could run after him for a couple of hours in the morning, and then switch and let my husband return with him in the afternoon if more energy needed to be burned off! We only wish we could have a place as perfect as this in Atlanta! Thank you to the owners of BPC!

I love bringing my family here to play at the bumblebee cafe. The staff are so nice, especially Beth. I have a special needs daughter and Beth was very accommodating to her! This place is clean and there's so much to do! I love the little town they have here.

Great place kinda hidden and newer business. My 5 year old didn't want to leave after about 5 hours of playing, variety of things for kids to do. I didn't eat but the food looked like it was priced pretty decent and it wasn't to expensive to get in. I liked the atmosphere and plenty of places to sit for parents. No lockers I don't think. But i felt comfortable with open locker. It seems more family, less big business. They had a good coffee selection for coffee people. I end up going here at least once a week now because my son loves this place!!

We had our first visit yesterday! This place is super cute and a great way to blow off steam. The price is reasonable if you stay for a couple hours. The only reason it gets only three stars for me, is we were there for several hours and didnt see one thing get cleaned or sanitized. That leaves me to believe they only clean before they open and after they close. It would feel better as a parent to see them clean in between the waves of people. No one wants there kid playing on dirty sticky mats and toys.

Our family loves Bumblebee Cafe! We have an 8 year old and a toddler and they both always have fun at Bumblebee. There's two separate areas. One for babies and toddlers with a smaller indoor jungle gym and play housed. And one for over 5 with a huge climbing area and slides and a big trampoline pillow. Lots of space to run around. And they have a climbing wall. Thr staff is always great and the place is always clean. Price is also affordable and adults get in free which most places you have to pay for the adults even if they aren't jumping.

Just had an AMAZING experience here today!!! 😄 The front desk woman was so kind, warm, helpful, and welcoming! The play areas are so clean and cute and they have both fine motor and gross motor toys/ activities! We also had lunch at the cafe and the cafe worker was sooo sweet and bubbly! The cafe had great options for kids of all ages and we enjoyed the mac n cheese :) The workers here definitely make you want to come back again and again and the activities and play areas are top notch! I will be returning frequently!

Cleanest kids play place I’ve ever seen. My four year old had a great time. Definitely recommend, especially if you can go on a weekday when it’s mostly empty.

Safety near the jumping area is an issue. My son fell and there was no padding so he hit the hard ground. Thick padding is really needed all around. The windows are there and a definite hazard. The rock climbing wall area has something posted in order to HIDE a hole in the wall. My son climbed around it and the hard acrylic sign fell 10 feet off onto the ground. Had another child been on the mat underneath, they could have gotten cut and seriously injured. Please take down that sharp acrylic with velcro, add padding all around, and move the jumping pillow farther from the window. Otherwise a very fun place with friendly staff.

We love Bumblee Play Cafe. My little always has a blast. The food at the Cafe is great and facility has always been clean. Unfortunately, I have to thing hard about coming here again. Several times, our fun is ruined by children who are clearly too old for the 4 and under section. Examples include, blocking pathways to the slide, throwing objects aggressively in the play area in the slide,, pushing younger children (MY OWN CHILD) down the slide when they were not ready, climbing up the steps when a little was trying to go up and running over them (again MY CHILD). We love this place, but I'm over my child being trambled by these older kids who are not being watched and employees did not seem to care.

Updated review 1/22: the price increase to 16 dollars is unnecessary and makes no sense for what is offered- for big kids it is just one play room. The playroom had a noticeable odor this time and many people walking around with shoes on…. And the benches for parents are still terrible. If you’re going to increase the price, atleast add some needed upgrades. Nice place to play and never too crowded. If I could change one thing would be the benches for adults to sit. They are terribly uncomfortable and extremely hard to sit on for hours while the kids play. Something soft with a back would be amazing.

Our first time here and we had a great time! My son is 1 year old and he loved it. They have small toys for toddlers and babies unfortunately the sanitation basket is extremely small barely even noticeable for us parents to put the used small toys. Besides this over all a great experience !

We brought my 3 year old here for his birthday and he really enjoyed it. The receptionist was super friendly and explained everything to us as it was our first time here. There was plenty to keep my son entertained for hours. We came on a Wednesday and there were people there but it wasn't too crowded which was perfect for us. We went soon after they opened and everything seemed clean. They even had a bin to put toys to be sanitized which I thought was a great idea especially for my daughter who likes to eat everything in sight.

We've always loved this place! It's always so clean and my son has a wonderful time everytime we go. The staff has always been so nice so when we were invited to a bday party, I was excited to see how it went (to consider for our son's party). It was an amazing party! They set up and cleaned up everything! The pizza and lemonade/water was provided and they ordered a fruit tray with strawberries, cheese cubes, chocolate pretzels, etc. It was a really pretty spread! There was even a surprise visit by the bumblebee character! Our family thought it was such a wonderful party! We'll definitely be booking our own!

I feel like the pictures online don't do this place justice. There's SO much to do. My adventurous toddler had such a blast that we booked his birthday party here! And there was a separate baby area for my littlest to play.

Fun place for the kids to play. With that said there is no comfortable chairs for the adults to sit…only hard wooden benches. Also the drinking fountain was broken, so with the kids thirsty from playing the only option is to buy their way overpriced drinks.

The facility and the staff are THE BEST. I literally go every other day with my 2 yr old. She walks in and it's like Norm on Cheers. She's a celebrity there because of how genuinely nice the staff is. Love. It.

Son had a great time. Almost to much, had to drag him out when it was time to leave lol. Place was clean and very open for the kids to run around. I was hopping the Cafe would have more of a selection as I'm not a coffee drinker.

We've been here 2 times. The best time to go here is during a weekday when they open. Preferably not spring break it is very busy that week. Play areas are not kept up with any cleaning. One day we stayed 4 hours with my family and never saw anyone touch anything to clean. The entry price is very reasonable. They have a good variety of slides for kids over 5 yrs.
