I had placed a mobile order for delivery and I waited about 40 minutes before calling to request a cancellation, as I had to leave, I would’ve placed pick up order if I had known it would’ve taken so long. I had called and explained my concerns, I should’ve known to speak to a manager in the beginning, I didn’t. I try to express my concerns to shift manager ‘Xavier, he had cut me off mid sentence to let me know he was already told.. I explained to him how rudely it was to cut a paying customer off being a manager, he should’ve let me voice my concern and then responded, didn’t work like that. I then again began to speak and he cut me off again saying “she already told me this, I don’t know why you are telling me again…” very very unprofessionally rude being as he is a shift manager. Excuse was they were short staffed, I ordered the day prior as well, as he wouldn’t let me explain and it was the same thing just about 25 minutes before leaving the store with my order.. long delivery times. If I didn’t have newborn twins at home I would’ve just swung by and grabbed lunch. Very disappointed as I order from jimmy johns all of the time.. twice at this location and NEVER AGAIN! This manager in this store belittling paying customers and taking his authority as manager to the extreme and believes he can speak to anyone in any manner he chooses, incredibly embarrassing as he is the face to your store during shifts. Inappropriate I don't know who trained you XAVIER, but you sound like a 19yo with no direction in life. Hope Jimmy Johns isn't your future but the way you speak to others, seems like this is the fit for you! NEVER AGAIN! Save your time and money in this area, check out Jersey Mikes or any other sandwich restaurant near.

Its not freaky fast. It seems like a turtle on a unicycle is delivering my sandwich. It has been 45 minutes since I ordered my sandwich and it still hasn't arrived at my house. They need to speed it up if they want to be freaky fast.

Hit or miss location. I work relatively close to this location, less that .2 miles and it has taken them over 35 minutes to get me a sandwich. Then other days I get my sandwich in under 7 minutes. At least the sandwiches are always delicious.

Sandwiches are subpar; meat used is overly processed and not many options available to customize sandwich. Boring chips in a bag only option for "sides." Go to Pot Bellies- much better sandwiches made with more quality meats and cheeses with delicious soups, malts and homemade cookies. *For those who care about animals and our planet, the owner of Jimmy John's, Jimmy John Liautaid, murders endangered animals for "sport." He's despicable.

Food is good... It's the same at every JJ's and I can't complain. The reason for 2 stars is that the staff literally shook dirty rugs while we were eating and close to the open food counter... Disgusting!!!!

Order the Vito with hot peppers. One of my favorites. It's crazy how quickly they get the food out.

Waited over 45 minutes for my order to arrive.. actually its 45 minutes and STILL counting. I called the store in case this was a mistake. I was told, they are really backed up. All their Drivers are out with multiple orders and they’re still backed up at the store. That’s the only answer I received. So much for Freaky Fast.... Edit: this is NOT the delivery drivers fault. He is a sweet kid and is only allowed to drive so fast. More drivers are needed maybe.. Edit again: my sandwich had a taste of another meat... not turkey. I can deal with that, but someone with allergies might not. Also, why does my sandwich look like someone took a bite (or rip) off the bottom corner?

Duno what the issue is..but be careful when you get delivery..it's a hit or miss with the quality of the food ...I've gotten drinks with nothing but mostly ice .. multiple sandwiches with hard bread and sometimes they miss putting some of the things you ask for on the sandwich... I really want to drive over there and just throw the sandwich on the floor .

This manager is working his butt off! I came in for lunch and saw a sign for a new potato salad and asked if he knew whether it was gluten free. He said he wasn’t sure, and I told him not to worry about it since I know they’re freaky fast and I didn’t want to slow them down. I placed my order and then he pulled out the container so I could look at the ingredients and determine if I could eat it (I could). Then he asked what I look for in the ingredients so he could answer the question for customers about other products in the future (yes, GF ally! 😆). So I get my food and sit down and a few minutes later, he brings me a side of the potato salad to try! And it was delicious! He checked with me on the way out to see if I tried and liked it. This JJs felt much more like a small town place where the people really wanted you to come back than a chain. Really brightened my day! 😊

As far as sandwich chains go, Jimmy John's is one of the best. A healthy alternative to fast food.

Not as freaky fast as i had hoped, but reasonably quick.(one time, my sandwich was already ready while my card was being processed!). Still good though!

They charge $8 for veggie sandwich and can’t even put proper amount of avocado spread or vegetables. There are barely 4 vegetables and u can’t even put sufficient amount for $8. Shame on you. Seems like they add avocado spread then wiped it down with just so they can say they added avocado

Ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes because I’m allergic and I got it and it had tomatoes.

Absoulty terrible order my food at 9:13 and they didnt show up till almost a hour later ill be calling to speak to management in the morning if they were still even open I would have called to cancel come on even pizza takes 45 min to get here you and u have to cook that so much for freaky fast

Usually here within 15 minutes but definitely hit or miss if they make the sandwich properly. About 1 in 4/5 times they mess it up.

Training needed on taking orders from customers. Can't get two sandwiches correctly ordered! No receipts given when making a purchase, you get them afterwards when the order is finished. A little to late to find out your order was input in system wrong!

Horrible delivery service! Were about a mile away and it took over 45 minutes to get our order I could've just made my own sandwich and they couldn't even give a proper reason why it was so late so unprofessional never again at this jimmy johns!

Took 45 min to deliver 2 sandwiches and we live 5min away! When I called and asked where our food was she said “oh well we’re short on drivers” 1) You couldn’t tell me the from the start and 2) How are you JJ and short on drivers?! Very frustrating

Absolutely the worst delivery time. Everytime we order from jimmy johns (maybe at least 2 times a month) it takes over 30 minutes. I live 5 minutes down the foad. When i call and ask they always say they just got really busy and or the driver is on the way. Which i could understand but not when its 100 percent of the time i order

This store is the only one in the area open until 10p, whereas all the others close at 9p. Staff is friendly, super fast, and even tho I showed up 1 minute before closing they still let me order, treated me kindly and didn't try rushing me out of the store. Will definitely come here again for a JJ craving later in the evening!

I have ordered from this store many time and had many orders screwed up or delivered to the wrong address. Tonight I ordered again, spending 31.00 with tip and delivery charge. I ordered a Beach Club, there was not turkey on it. I called right away and was told they would bring another, this was 7:30pm. At 8:15 I finally get the sandwich. I was very nice when I called. I understand mistakes happen but this is crazy. Stay away from this place.

I call to get delivery and am told my home is outside their delivery zone yet I’ve had this specific location deliver a handful of times before..After I ask to speak to a manager I am out on “hold” (even though I can hear everything) and over hear them saying they have too many deliveries and it’s not worth coming to Lake In The Hills right now. Never eating at this JJ again!!

Waited over 10min for my food. I walked in and gave them my name for the online order the girl kept asking me if I was all these other names and i said no its under Jamie. Not sure who made my sandwiches as im waiting a worker asked me if I was waiting and I said yes I've been waiting. There was a bag set aside by the register that nobody said anything about and come to find out its my food. The girl that took my name must have made my food and just left them there and didn't even give it to me. Horrible customer service. Definitely not subs so fast you freak. Never going back. First and last time going to this location

So we order two sandwiches for delivery. The delivery was not exactly "freaky fast," but whatever. The delivery dude gets there - he's nice, hands us our food, goes on his way. So I'm minding my own business and tell me why half way through my sandwich, I find A HAIR. That's right! A long stringy HAIR in the middle of my delicious #4 sandwich. So naturally I call up Jimmy John's and tell them what happened. They say okay we'll bring you a new sandwich (no offense, but I've kind of lost my appetite by now).. But I agree anyways. Within minutes, they call me back and ask for my half eaten sandwich. What???????? So they bring me a new sandwich and I give them my half eaten one. I ask him why they need it back and he tells me.... so they can throw it away. W.O.W. Anyways, may the odds of a hair free sandwich be in your favor.

I was charged for an order I did not receive. 2 weeks later, still no refund or sandwich! Been in there multiple times and talked to management and nothing done! Poor service!
