Only thing open after 11pm when I got in. Ordered online and pre paid. Showed up and had the bright idea it would be faster if I went in and avoided the long drive thru line. It took over 30minutes to get my order (crave box which is 2 tacos, 2 burrito things). I asked multiple times if they were even working on my order, had to keep giving my name again and was told they're doing the best they can. They would not start anyone's orders from the lobby until the drive through was completely empty. All employees except the woman taking orders were rude. Honestly worst taco bell experience I've ever had. I travel for a living and have had them in probably 25+ states, been a patron over 20 years total now, way to go Woodstock Illinois Taco Bell, yall honestly deserve a reward made of crushed dreams and lost patience.

Fast service. You can order from the two kiosks. I ordered the deluxe cravings box plus 1 beefy melt burrito. Deluxe cravings box comes with nacho fries, chalupa chicken supreme, beefy 5 layer burrito, nacho cheese doritos, and fountain drink. Everything was good. Chicken in chalupa could have been cooked a little bit longer.

We've been here a lot as it's a convenient location for us. There is literally one employee there that's nice. The rest are rude. And service is so slow for being "fast food" today we placed an order online and they couldn't find it. We literally had to give them our phone so they could find our order. And after the long wait and all the bs, this what my Crunchwrap looks like?!? We keep trying this location again but they are just so slow. There was no line. No cats in the drive thru. I ordered in the app and went inside and literally waited 30 minutes for 2 burritos, 2 tacos, and nachos.

I've been coming here for years but lately I find myself trying to avoid this Taco Bell due to the long wait times. Doesn't matter whether you order inside or drive thru...you're gonna have to wait 20+ minutes for you fast food. Lots of similar reviews...

Lately with my job, getting off work at 11pm, I either have to to go home and make myself something to eat or stop here because nothing else is open. I'll say first that I feel for the people working there as they are probably understaffed and over worked and sometimes that place is just packed with cars wrapping around the whole parking lot and extending out of it for the drive thru, while also having a decent number of people inside. I would never fault anyone for not performing their job 100% under these conditions. The only complaint I have, is that when I place a mobile order from work 20 minutes before getting there, my order isn't even noticed or started even if I show up at a very slow time to find an empty restaurant. I sit down by the counter with my phone, and wait about five minutes until a worker asks me who I am. I tell them I have a mobile order under my name, and he looks over at his screens and then 5 to 10 minutes later they start my order. I usually end up waiting about 20 minutes at the restaurant, making it about 40 minutes total since I've ordered. Again, even when I catch them at the slowest of times. I thought the whole point of ordering ahead was to have your food ready to pickup when you get there. And the app even changes status from "order received" to "working on your order" a minute or two later. So why is it everytime I get there 20 minutes later, my order has not even been seen yet? They always find it without me having to tell them what I ordered after they ask me. So why are they waiting for me to come in?

Got rid of all the good menu items. And getting tired of being jewd on suaces. 3 sauces for 2 burritos? Really? 3 sauces a burrito

Consistently always forgetting items from our orders, or getting the order wrong, and workers are always rude about it. I don’t usually leave bad reviews for fast food because I really don’t expect much for this kind of food, but it’s really miserable ordering from here.

That's just not right. They were also OUT of Baja Blast and the cashier, Daniel G, was not very friendly about it. The night manager at this location needs to be replaced is they can't even handle running a simple drive through and restocking their products. I'm disappointed and still hungry. One of few times we've had no issues. We don't eat cheese and usually a stray strand or two enters, but no cross contamination or wrong orders here. There was also a changing table. Decor was great too. Clean.

Worst customer service I've ever seen from a manager. Taco Bell should be ashamed of this manager and fire her. Going through the drive-thru they forget four of my tacos. I get out in the freezing cold and snow go up to the door. The door is locked, call the manager and she tells me she's short-handed and not coming out and hangs up and then takes the phone off the hook. So literally I paid for a product the taco Bell would not give me. Shame on her shame on taco Bell there's too many people out of work to be dealing with this kind of customer service get somebody else in there.

Every item I was given was wrong except for the drink. This was after a 20 min wait in the drive through with only one car ahead of me. Taco Bell prices have been going up gradually and that's a bummer. Also I long to have the Baja Chalupa come back. This location can get crazy busy and their parking lot does not really accommodate for the long drive thru line very well.

Ordered 3 Mexican pizzas. When I got them home you could smell something was off as soon as I opened the box. The round tostada chip had gone rancid. I've tried contacting the restaurant but haven't heard back from them.

Arrived at this location around 1:15AM. Ordered a chicken quesidilla w/ no jalapeño sauce & extra chicken. Also ordered steak quesidilla the exact same way with a medium mountain dew and some fire sauce. No ice was in my drink, my steak quesidilla was improperly made, no fire sauce was included, and both quesidillas were not cut which I've never seen before. I understand taco bell is not a place anyone truly wants to work but this location's staff is seriously lacking in performance

The night crew at this location is phenomenal. They are so kind and always patient. I'm never rushed if I need a second at the order screen, they're always accommodating to any requests or questions I have. One time I accidentally ordered the wrong combo and despite the fact it was my fault, they told me not to worry about it and made me the right combo for free. The gentleman at the window is always so kind and goes out of his way to make sure you have anything you requested like sauce, silverware, napkins. Piping hot food every time. It does get very busy in the evenings but from 12-6 PM, the lines go very quick. I order through the app the food is always done right. Weekday/weeknight staff is much better than weekend, but that's what you get with fast food.

Taco Bell has been screwing up our orders lately. Asking the drive thru attendant for salsa doesn’t seem to work, ever. I work down the street. By the time I drive back to work the food is cold. Lately this hasn’t been my favorite Taco Bell location. I do like that they take Apple Pay. The kiosks work great too.

Used to like going to Taco Bell for abundant food at low prices. Last time I was here the Taco's were not even luke warm. Very disappointing. Too many fast food places are getting away from their core offerings in order to serve everything to everyone. They are all starting to fail at it.
