I love this Culver’s the people there are very friendly and nice their custard is always very good and all the food is good the only thing I can complain about is it sometimes takes awhile to get your food

I will never step foot into another Culvers nor should any catholic for that matter. This establishments owner supports the Dundee Lodge Freemasonry with a plaque that hangs as you walk in thanking the owner for his contributions to their masonic lodge. The freemasons are one of the christianities greatest enemies as they strive to destroy christianity by infiltrating and destroying from the inside. Pope Leon VIII called freemasonry and its members as helpers of satan, and for good reason too! Im appalled that these owners choose to support such a demonic organisation that hides its true demonic and destructive nature keept in strict secrecy under guise of doing good for other people!!!

Culvers is fantastic! The food here is delicious and the staff are amazing. You can't go wrong with a burger or chicken strips. Let's not forget about the frozen custard, it tips the scale. This ranks a A+++++ on my list.

Slow service during a not so busy time of the day. Out of ice where you get your own drinks. Needed to wipe down the beverage area, it was a mess. Ketchup was empty. Not what you'd expect from a Culver's

We love Culver’s and the Crystal Lake location is probably the best we have been to. Huntley is not too bad (but they never have any Marinara sauce and cheese curds are terrible without marinara sauce) but the Carpentersville location seems to have the absolute smallest food portions, almost no fries, and food is often cold. I would definitely recommend the Crystal Lake location instead.

My wife and I both ordered a 6 piece shrimp meal. Food was very tasty. My wife actually had 6 pieces of shrimp in her meal. My serving only had 5 shrimp. Evidently someone in the kitchen was unable to count to six. Upon refilling our ice tea, the sweetened ice tea was empty and the non-sweetened ice tea ran out before our cups were full. Definitely not the best Culver experience.

Food has always been great here however we just left after ordering curds and a drink and they had already cleaned out the custard machines so we couldn't get custard even though there was still 15 minutes before closing. Then they forgot the dipping sauce with the curds.

Usually I love this location but lately they have been giving such little food. This was my north Atlantic cod dinner and there is usually way more food but when i saw what I got it wasn't much

What can I say about this location, I came in on an evening of 11/4/23. The employees here should offer at the drive through if they want the number tag on the car, before they can scratch it when they put this on the door handle. After my vehicle had been polish a couple days before it was so shiny and now damage. I will like for the manager to address this matter.

I ordered value basket. The hamburger was obviously sitting for awhile. Cold,dry not made fresh. Been eating at Culver's for a long time. Not only this location but many have been the same. Cold food not fresh like you advertise. Will not be back. This was the last chance.

Simple drive-thru order, deluxe double cheese burger and a simple bacon cheeseburger. When I got home I had two crispy chicken sandwiches and fries in the bag. How many people does it take to work the drive-thru window…?? 4/10/23 UPDATE: Received vouchers plus a 25% off any order in the mail today. The store manager reached out to find out what happened, apologized for the order mix up, and offered to rectify the situation. Thank you!!

Chicken tenders and Atlantic cod fish sandwich came burned (also took a while to come.) There was no ketchup for cup lids available and was messy and sticky floor by the counters. Carpet was not cleaned in a while.

The staff is what you expect from a culvers and are friendly. The orders I've gotten from the drive-thru have been quick and correct.

Bought one double chesse burger no fries ate it there,bought double chesse burger to go and they charged me 25 cents more ....I asked the manager he said for a tomato and I said were does it say it on big menu it dosnt.....never going here again ripoffs...

The line was kind of slow but I think that's because I probably was part of the dinner rush. Their precautions against covid were great! I didn't have to wait very long for my food. Everything tasted pretty good.

I order a order of fish and it was extremely greasy. I eve got sick. The last several visits the quality has being terrible including the service.

My favorite are the bagels. Tried the spinach souffle it was pretty good. Have also tried the breakfast sandwiches. They were okay. Coffee is a Dark Roast blend. Which I am not fond of. Also have good soup.

The mushroom Swiss burger is absolutely delicious! I will be getting it again in the very near future!

Seem to mess up your food or not cook burgers so the way, then say they will send you coupons that never come. If they get it right it's good!

Good food served with pride and customer service first. I have been to several other Culver's since coming to Illinois and have found all of the locations to have the same customer service focus. The food is always hot and delicious. The frozen custard is top notch as well. The best Concrete Mixer is a vanilla one with peanut butter sauce and salted caramel mixed in. It is heaven.

It used to be good but nowadays, I don't like the price they charge for those mini chicken tenders.

Usually very very happy with this Culver's... Quality and service is usually very good But...picked up a 4 pack of pints tonight..... This was a real disappointment.... Only 1/2 to 3/4 full... Really? 10-23-2021 Sent my daughter to get some custard. Asked her to get a 4 pack party pack... And 2 extra ( I had a coupon from the last issue for 2 free pints)... They messed it up again and only gave us 1 free pint. She ended up being charged for 5 pints. Service is going down hill at this location

The kids meals are the best deal ever! They recently raised the prices on the kids meals and although they are still a good deal, I don’t believe they are the best deal ever anymore :( I do still love Culvers and if I’m honest, I’ll never stop going there haha!!

Burger quality is not what it used to be. How hard is it to put together a burger and not mash it!? Plus, they don't take Android Pay.

Waited for 20 minutes after I paid for a cheeseburger and a fry. I could have went in there and made it myself quicker I literally watched 11 people behind me get their food. All the girl tells me is I don't know what happened. Just go to the one on route 47 in Huntly it is way better.

We came here via the drive through and had a larger order (3 kids meals , a value basket and a dinner). We ended up waiting for close to 15 minutes, which was ok, I understand it getting busy. But then they forgot our custard, asked me what custard I ordered(?) when it was on the ticket, so we waited for that as well. They apologized but that was all. When I got home however, I received 3 pieces of Cod with no fries, and I ordered a 2 piece cod dinner with fries and coleslaw. I appreciate the gesture in giving me an extra piece of cod…but they forgot the fries that I ordered. After waiting 15+ mins I guess I expected that at the very least I would get what I paid for. A bit disappointed by this experience as we love Culver’s and normally have no issues.

Fast efficient service. Good food. Better than most fast food. I do think they need a better system than having people run food out in inclement weather. Best turtle sundaes Went to Carpentersville Culver's today and it was not clean. I literally had to tell them twice that the floor was so sticky that my shoe stuck to it. Then the table my husband sat at he didn't notice that it was also sticky. They need to do a better job cleaning.

We always have great experiences at Culver’s, but this time around it was a disappointment!!! We went in for some Custard with the family and the quality of the waffle cone was so poor. It broke half way thru dripping all over…

I was so looking forward to a fresh delicious cod sandwich. What I got was a twice fried and super greasy. I went at 3 so I guess too late for fresh lunch and too early for fresh dinner. I guess I expected too much for 7.00$

Great place for a cheese curd craving. The burgers are made fresh, and there is a different specialty flavor of custard each day. During the summer, there are car club gatherings during certain evenings for those interested in seeing something different.

If I could leave zero, I would. This culvers in Carpentersville off Randall Road smells so bad it is nauseating. The grease traps need to be cleaned. The food was cold. The tables were dirty. The kids didn’t even want to eat. We gave the food away and will never be back. Honestly it is not hard to keep a place clean and smelling decent, and oh hot food???

Really clean. Dining room opened yesterday at 25% capacity I was told. Hardly anyone in there so it wasn't a big deal. Saw the team cleaning handles consistently!

So sick of this Culver's when it's empty either inside or drive threw they still seem too find a way to mess your order up give you the wrong thing and up charge your for it I could understand when it's busy but completely empty? Multiple times in a row? And then to hire a bunch of immature teenagers not one over 18 at the location is just ridiculous I'm done I rather drive 20 minutes down the road to a busy Culver's that could get a order right show a little bit more customer service and actually get what I paid for without having to argue my order

How absolutely unprofessional is this Culvers location. My husband sat and waited an hour to be interviewed! The manager Kevin took someone who walked in late and offered him a drink and He did not receive the same treatment. We will be calling corporate!😡😡Not an apology or even an acknowledgment how very rude and unprofessional they are here!

Awesome food. Great burgers, fish ,fries & onion rings. Wonderful milkshakes, sundaes & frozen custard. Best for fast food you'll find around. If you have never tried Culver's you need to try them. My favorite in great food, fast friendly service.

Probably one of the worst Culver’s restaurants I have EVER been to. I ordered a STRAWBERRY concrete mixer with hot fudge added and I received a watery mess. I told them I didn’t order chocolate I ordered strawberry and the team member LAUGHED and told me “we don’t have strawberry” when I have ordered it EVERYTIME PRIOR. I spent over 50$ at this time ordering and our food was incorrect as well due to the drive thru attendant not repeating the order back to us or adding any of the sauces we asked for. I look forward to speaking to the GM or whoever supposedly ran this shift this evening. I’ve been in the restarting industry a long time and this is unacceptable.

This is, in my opinion, one of the better run Culver's in the area. They do get very busy from time to time as they are pretty remote from other Culver's. So, for good fast food burgers and such at a good price they are pretty much the only game in a pretty big town. That said, they handle a surge pretty well. Their Covid protocols seem to be very on target, and they handle it with grace. My only wish is that Culver's as a whole had a good online ordering system; That is not the fault of this particular restaurant, but the responsibility of the corporation. In terms of quality and consistency, they nail the Culver's mission very well with good food and good service. And again, their adherence to Covid guidelines, to my observation, is very good so I have no hesitation from ordering from them.

Always good food. We love their Concrete Mixers and onion rings. Onion rings are real onion rings, not minced onions. Also love the cheese curds and pretzel nuggets. Lemon ice is my favorite.

Had our best Culver’s experience last night at this location. And that’s saying a lot because we visit somewhat frequently, but never this location until yesterday. Considering the lobby is closed due to the corona situation, our wait was actually pleasantly approved of. Employee Joshua was very polite and friendly. Food was so good we went through a second time for more curds!

Mixed up our order, wasn't that bad but there is only a few seats outside. There was a couple who was sitting in one of the tables that had not purchased a single item from Culver's and was allowed to sit there for hours while we who just bought food and wanted to sit and enjoy our lunch could not sit in the area. I thought that the restaurant should have asked them to leave, especially with how rude they were. They were not customers, they were there for hours and they were cussing at people about bathroom issues. Terrible experience.
