What you see in the picture is the intermediate level warming up before testing for the next belt. This has been a wonderful experience for my six year old son. Master Lee, Instructor Tony, instructor Joseph and the whole gang are just amazing. They have a passion for teaching and the patience of Angel's. Master Koo who comes to conduct testing is such a wonderful soul as well. My son is now doing sparring and can't wait for each class.

I cannot fully articulate what an amazing place this is. The instructors are incredible, the training is thorough, and has shaped my child into what she is today. Master Lee and every instructor he has had has gone above and beyond in training body and mind.

My child has been attending Tiger Koo's for a few months and she loves it! Master Lee and the instructors are very kind, and welcoming. They are also very talented at taekwondo and you can tell they really want to see every student succeed! My daughter learns skills she can use while at the academy and in the real world. It's such a positive atmosphere! I would definitely recommend this Martial Arts academy to anyone! It's also great that it's 2 classes a week, and there are plenty of options of days and times you can attend! It's very flexible!

They have a Kendo class here and Master Lee is an amazing Kendo sensei. Highly recommend the Kendo class regardless of previous martial arts experience.

They care about their students and the mind frame that is needed to survive successfully in this world is literally taught at their two locations every single day. My daughter started taekwondo in 2nd grade. It has been such a joy to see her thrive at Tiger Koos with Master Lee, and the other great teachers at the LITH location. She has gained a lot of confidence and mental focus. She's always been a sweet, polite, quiet kid, and it's so neat to see her raise her voice and learn to be strong and confident. She's a member with Tiger Koos, and the billing has always been straight forward. We needed to put her membership on hold when she had an unrelated injury that interfered with her practice, and the whole process was easily managed and arranged with the billing service. My daughter feels a strong sense of belonging here, and loves working through the belt colors, and picking up Tiger Koos swag a long the way.

Master Lee and everyone at this location are very friendly and welcoming. My son and I began our journey earlier this year and enjoy the classes. They have a family class where we train together - which has helped create a bond between us. Tiger Koo's really does feel like a family. The amount of patience the instructors have with students of all levels is amazing. Don't take my word for it - drop in and try for yourself. It's never too late to start something new.

Tiger Koo’s Martial Arts in Lake in the Hills is the best. I love the positive and uplifting atmosphere for all ages. (I love earning red tapes for trying hard! If only I earned red tapes at home! “You cleaned the kitchen—here’s your red tape!” “You made us dinner! Double red tape!”) The instructors are kind, knowledgeable and always smiling. Their love for Taekwondo is evident in all they do. I have watched my daughter’s determination to earn her black belt for 5 years, and have drooled wanting to be in the class...now I’m finally doing it, getting into shape in a fun way instead of a mind-numbing exercise gym method...

My son started his journey at another facility and transitioned to Tiger Koo a year and a half ago, and couldn't be happier. He has learned so much and has had so much fun while learning. Everyone here is so nice, welcoming, and helpful!

Master Lee and Instructors Tony, Joseph and Foster have been wonderful in helping my son in moving up in belt rankings and enjoying the art of Kendo. Miss Melissa keeps us well informed and on track. We have felt welcomed since day one.
