😠 Came in last night at 8 sat in the waiting for 3 hours. The triage nurse told us there was no rooms available but after 2 homeless people got discharged came out and said she's lying they have a lot of rooms back there. The triage nurse started yelling yes we do have rooms with 2 nurses turned back... People often mention hospital, Grace, people, time, care, night, patients, Medical, room, medical,

Horrible guest treatment! The hospital is extremely loud and the guests are very ghetto. I did not feel safe here. I was left for hours without anyone checking on me while I was throwing up and extremely dehydrated. I was there for ten hours until they could finally get me better.

The triage nurse told us there was no rooms available but after 2 homeless people got discharged came out and said she's lying they have a lot of rooms back there. The triage nurse started yelling yes we do have rooms with 2 nurses turned back around and went back in the triage room. I became fed up when it seemed like they was only tending to the homeless that walked in. And on top of all that the triage nurse was sleeping. One of the patients took pictures of her also while she was sleeping. Hospitals are here to help us but by the time you get seen here you'll be dead.

There’s not a chance in hell I would EVER send myself or any loved one to this medical center. My grandfather was brought there by ambulance on 7/13 at 3am for hallucinations. Three hours later grace medical called me to come get him saying he just had “dementia”. I asked them to run more tests to figure out why he was hallucinating so badly out of NO WHERE. They called me all day long 7/13 to help them figure out a nursing home he could go to because coming home with me hallucinating that badly was too dangerous. He aspirated and went into cardiac arrest that night in THEIR FACILITY and not ONE PERSON CALLED ME. His ONLY emergency contact and NOBODY called me! He was transferred to a different hospital and died that night. Grace medical is full of incompetence, lazy individuals who only care about getting people in and out without proper care. Grace medical couldn’t wait to call me all day to try and get him out their facility BUT couldn’t bother to pick up the phone to say “hey your grandfather went into cardiac arrest”. I will be contacting a lawyer. Beware of this place and be smart about where your loved ones can go to for PROPER care!

Security spends to much time in ER. laughing and talking to staff. Doctor said he would be back after he checked test. He left and went home. Once I got home and was going thru discharge papers, I realized that I not only had mine but the patient that was in room next to me. All of her medical info. Does that not violate the HIPAA rules?

DO NOT GO HERE. I was a patient taken in on an ambulance and this place held my husband in the waiting room for HOURS with no any updates on my condition. Even when he asked to come see me and I asked for him no one brought him in. The night nurses are unprofessional and nasty except for one old lady. This place treats many people with cruelty and talk about their more difficult or repeat patients with disdain or annoyance within full ear shot of everyone. If you are not actively dying they will stick you in the corner or a hallway because they literally have no room! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The construction has made most of this building unusable and they should have closed the ER with the rest of the building if they can't keep it running right.

When I was at Grace Medical Center, I was there for three days, waiting to be transferred while I was there. There was an old lady next to me who obviously had dementia. The staff was very rude to her and she kept getting out of bed and they got tired of telling her to sit down so they put the mattress. That was on the bed with wheels on the floor while I was also there there was these two women who were making fun of people with intellectual disabilities. The night shift security is the worst. They act like high schoolers and laugh at the psych patients not to mention the psych patients. Are treated like trash. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect and that’s not what I got when I was at Grace Medical Center and now that’s not what that old lady got when I was with her definitely would not recommend this so-called hospital to anyone because it’s clear they don’t know what they’re doing. Imagine if that old lady was your mother or your grandmother

Wish I could give this place a 0, specifically Jean, a rude receptionist who put me on hold going on 30 minutes trying to get an update on my elderly mom who was being transferred. The doctor, nurse and guards were wonderful thankfully. Learn some customer service, Jean, and try some compassion with people trying to find out what's happening to their loved ones in the ER. Unbelievable.

Worst of worst. Changing the name from Bon Secour to Grace Medical hasn't changed anything. I came across a homeless woman in my neighborhood coughing with a Grace Medical bracelet on her arm dated from the day prior that was obviously not treated properly. I took her to Healthcare for the Homeless and during her medical screening they called Grace Medical and were surprised to learn that they had not tested her for COVID. Stay away from this hospital if you want competent diagnosis and treatment.

Grace Medical Center is one of the quickest, nicest, kindest locations and medical center in the of greatness potential. I have gone and will continue to go to this fine establishment and continue to utilize their services as long as I can. Their professionalism, continuous care, and expertise is crucial to the area's well being and assistance. Grace Medical Center sees you almost immediately and their wait time is exponentially quicker than ALL OTHER HOSPITALS. You might have to wait a while once in a room, but I don't know any other hospital that has a quick room time depending on your condition. I have given Grace Medical Center 5 stars and stand by their greatness and over all experience to their whole establishment.

They tried to kill my step father when he was there. He came in the emergency room for shortness of breathe, they gave him a medicine that put him in a coma, and the medicine had nothing to do with his breathing. The best thing they did was transfer him to another hospital. If my step father was not transferred out of there he would not have made it. I don't recommend no one going here.

My Daughter's Father was brought in from the cold. He lives with a severe TBI and he has but ONE person that IS ( by law) to make decisions on his behalf. His Daughter. He is unmarried and has but one child. When she went to investigate. The Nurse assigned was short, rude and undoubtedly insensitive. PLEASE be more kind to Family members of Patients. Strangers don't just walk in to express extreme concern for folks!!!!

I had the worst experience with the director Tami Olumoko. She is un professional and very in sensitive when it come to patient care. Dr. Dauda Mohamed is a great doctors but his staff makes it very un comfortable. Tami Olumoko not only lied on me but she proceeded to tell me that my doctors can no longer fill out my disability forms because the office is way to busy and he doesn’t want to fill them out anymore. She also lied and told the doctor that I never received my prescription , which I Stated that I had to come up the doctors office a second time to remind the MA Bernice Holland to fill my prescription i asked for the last time I visited the office. Keep in mind the MA Bernice Holland lost my paper work twice, which means my disability claim was denied. Tami then proceed to tell me I threatened the front desk when i was simply upset that my paper work was not done. This is not patient care and Tami Olumoko mad me feel like I wasn’t suppose to be upset .. like it was my fault. I am so disappointed and I hope she doesn’t do this to anyone else. Now I have to find another doctor because she lied on me . Not happy at all.

I got picked up in an ambulance to come up here. I was having a panic attack and I suffer from depression and anxiety. I got the worse treatment here these people treated me like I was nothing. All they did was judge me the whole time, give me looks and act stank. The service was terrible I will never come here again. I am a Cna/Gna and I would never treat my residents like that. Some of the people only care about money not patients. Don’t waste your time going there because they do not care. These people only care about money; they have no idea what humility is.

They like to move/transfer patients without notifying the family and also hates answering questions with full answers. Just irritating.

👍 I honestly want to give Union Memorial a good rating, I sincerely do. However, it's so challenging when some of the doctors are just not that good at their job. 😠 I have never received such poor care. I regret not going to Patient First, as I typically do. The PA who saw me basically dismissed me. I was having symptoms from a medication change. The PA asked, "do you have someone who can drive you to the ER?" and when I responded "NO, my family is out of town"...
