My doctor had requested that I get an MRI and CAT scan on Friday afternoon. I currently live about 120 miles away from his office so they were kind enough to see me the same day within minutes of my arrival. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen customer service like that. To say they were outstanding is an understatement

From start to finish the folks at the Columbia location did everything to make me feel comfortable. I had a CT scan with contrast injected and my unreasonable fear of needles was put to rest by the two techs involved. Lovely people with a gentle smile and a very good hand.

I can't say enough great things about Charter Radiology. They got me in for both a ultra-sound & CT scan in the same day. The staff is wonderful. Christina helped me the first time I was there and then remembered who I was when I came back. She is caring, compassionate and so willing to help make your day better. Milek helped with my CT scan, she was kind and made sure I was good during the entire procedure. The entire staff was wonderful and I very much appreciate the care I received.

The staff is very friendly and organized. The office is very clean and presentable. The workflow is very efficient. The radiologist is exceptional and good at getting timely detailed reports. I highly recommend getting any of your imaging needs here. I have had many doctors tell me that the quality of the images are the best since they only use the best technology.

Front desk staff was very nice. The gentlemen that did my MRI, he was Asian, I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but he was very kind, made me feel very comfortable and my appointment was on time. I DID NOT have to wait!

I was given a time estimate that was accurate to the minute! I did not wait for anything. The entire staff from reception to tecnical staff was efficient and friendly. I needed an IV and usually am a difficult stick, but honestly felt nothing. Very skilled people here. Highly recommend!

Having come directly from my doctor’s office, Charter Radiology was prompt to serve, X-ray my damaged ankle, and on request provide me with a disc of the images. Within 24h they emailed me the digital imaging and provided my doctor the same. I commend and thank them for their prompt collaboration with the health care providers in our community.

I went to Columbia branch. Customer Rep were great, the person accompanied to the Scanning did not explain instructions well and was not that responsive. The stop/start breathe instruction was not clear. Got the report/images in a day, Overall they are good in my opinion.

I had a great experience at the Columbia office. I showed up with a stat order and they were able to accommodate me right away. The staff and tech friendly and professional. I had my results emailed to me within a few hours.

I go to this facility for all of my scans. The staff is always engaging and friendly. I had no wait. In and out in 15 mins.

I’ve never experienced any place so efficient, friendly, and professional. The facility is top notch with all of the latest equipment. I left after getting all my scans and immediately told everyone I know how this is the only place to go . I love Charter radiology, I would never go anywhere else for MRI, x-rays, or any other scans. Really, these people are so nice , I should send them a thank you note.

Not that anyone looks forward to diagnostic tests but the staff at Charter Radiology in Columbia was better than expected. Everyone was pleasant, from the call to schedule the appt to getting ready to leave. I was so thankful for the tech who performed the test, he explained every aspect and made me feel comfortable. I arrived and was greeted with a smile and warmly. I had all my cards saved on my phone but was unable to forward copies. The front staff pulled up each picture (card) and took pictures from their phone so they would have all the required cards. I appreciate the effort, some people would not take the time but they did. I had a great experience at the Columbia office. I didn’t have a long wait. The tech was friendly and professional. He was careful to explain things and made sure I was comfortable. Not only was there my choice of music playing but there was a lovely breeze blowing through the tube which really helped me relax. I highly recommend Charter Radiology.

I have used Charter Radiology twice in the last two months, and I have been very satisfied with their service. Both times required minimum paperwork, and I had my X-Rays and was out the door in about 30-minutes total. The staff in front were quick to manage my orders and paperwork, and the X-Ray tech was very friendly and considerate. I would use Charter Radiology again and recommend to others.

I went in for a CT and MRI in the same appointment. I was met by a friendly staff who immediately admitted me in for the CT scan first. I was given scrubs to wear and the CT machine room was clean and seemed state of the art. It only took a few minutes and was easy. Then I met with the MRI technician who took me to his room with another nice machine to do a long scan of my lumbar spine. I had some music and it was no problem to complete. Afterwards I went out front and within a half hour I had a CD made of my 2 scans and an email link to their image portal for immediate viewing. Overall I am super pleased as they were able to schedule me within a few days after rushing my insurance authorization and were conveniently located near me.

Professional organization all around. They told me my results would be ready in 2 days but my Doctor called me that very afternoon to discuss the results. And… my insurance company told me I saved $$ by going to a non-hospital imaging center and that I should return there again next time I need imaging done. Overall i was very pleased with Charter Radiology.

Front desk friendly and professional. MRI went as smoothly as expected. Enjoyed my choice of music while the loud machine did its thing. MRI tech was personable and I knew I could trust her with any request.

In the past few days, I have been a patient at Charter Radiology twice. Seems a bit much right? I can tell you that I’ll never have any future radiology exams anywhere else. The staff at both locations I visited were phenomenal, especially Brittany at the Columbia office. I too am a medical professional and it was heart warming how well I was treated when I arrived and during my exams. Brittany treated me with compassion, warmth and sincerity and put me at ease as now, it’s my turn to be the patient and I could sense she saw the anxiety in my eyes. I will HIGHLY recommend others to receive thier care from Daisy and her staff at Charter Radiology. Keep up the great work folks Chris Rogers

I highly recommend Charter Radiology! As someone with health issues, I have been coming to their office since they opened. The offices are very clean, the equipment is top notch and the staff/techs are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Uppal is amazing!! From my first visit where I had issues and was told to return the next day, she gave me her cell number and told me to call her if any issues. She takes the times with patients and shows she really cares. I won’t go anywhere else.

10/10 would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! Charter Radiology in Columbia is very professional and efficient. From the moment I scheduled my appointment over the phone to when I walked in, I was greeted very politely which made me happy, considering how nervous I was. When going back to do my procedure, the doctor/nurse made sure that I knew exactly how my procedure would go and what jewelry I had to take off. I was in and out within 15 minutes and they made sure that I was taken care of while I was there for my appointment. I have always been kind of nervous about CT scans because I got one when I was younger and it freaked me out, however, when I went into Charter Radiology and back for my procedure I was less nervous based on the atmosphere that I was surrounded by. Also, they made sure I was comfortable which made me more relaxed. If you have questions they know how to respond effectively and accurately. There’s another Charter Radiology in Clarksville, but would definitely recommend using this location if you have any problems that require a CT scan or MRI.
