CAUTION - Mice at EzStorage in Elkridge. Would have given 5 stars up till the last day as a customer. Our unit on the 5th floor had mice. Photo was taken upon move out in the elevator. There's mice poop on the top of chair and mice were inside the chair. After move out, we put most items in our garage and now have a HUGE mouse infestation. We've lost some designer furniture that was stored in our unit, along with other belongings in our garage including a refrigerator where they chewed through wires. Losses are totaling thousands in damage. We had storage insurance but this isn't covered. It took EzStorage about 15 days to respond and I had to follow up twice. Our unit only had furniture and storage containers, nothing perishable that would attract mice. I'd avoid unless you're willing to risk a mice infestation. We are lucky that they didn't get into our house.

Vonshay was amazing! She took her time and explained the whole process to us. She was very patient and made sure she answered all our questions. Moving things in to a storage can be stressful but she helped make this process go as smooth and simple as possible. You can really tell she cares about her customers. This location is hands down the best in the area. I would 100% recommend public storage to my friend’s, family and everyone! Thank you Ms. Vonshay!

Wow. There is literally NO ONE HERE during business hours.

Very clean kept area, however, good luck with needing any on site assistance, been here 4 times and no one is ever at the office & locked as if they are closed. Also in the summer for temperature control 80 degrees is what your stuff will be sitting in… 80 degrees is hot , it would be great if y’all could bring the temp down to make it cooler for the price we pay. At least 75 degrees.

I personally can’t recommend this location. I was unable to access a unit I pay for monthly, despite arriving well before closing. This is unacceptable.

Avoid this place! THEY ARE RUDE, UNHELPFUL, UNRELIABLE, and UNREASONABLE! I give them 1 star only because 0 stars is not an option. Aside from the hidden fees, the service is less than mediocre. I called multiple times with NO return call. I left several voicemails and never got a return call. I came to the location multiple times and no one answered the door. when I was finally able to catch someone in the office, THERE WERE MORE HIDDEN FEES AND I LEARNED THAT MY LOCK HAD BEEN CUT OFF. I asked for the contact information for the District Manager and the cashier refused to give me his own information or the information for the DM. When I was inside, there were 2 other people who were also having issues with hidden fees. The cashier seemed nice when we started talking and provided me ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITHOUT CHECKING MY ID. When I let him know that I was recording our interaction for legal purposes, he then asked for my ID but refused to provide any of the other information I requested, such as the contact information for the DM or explanation for the additional charges. He became visibly uncomfortable and asked me to leave the facility without providing any additional assistance or information. I’m highly dissatisfied with my experience on all levels and will be perusing further action.

I came to the storage unit and T helped me out. Some of the BEST service I’ve gotten in a long time. He was so patient with me while I was trying to decide the type of unit I wanted. He went over prices and details with me until I was comfortable. Literally, he was SO patient. He walked us outside to make sure the codes were working (while it was raining might I add). All with a smile on his face. Amazing service and amazing guy! 10/10!

I split the difference here, as I would give Public Storage 3 stars as a company, based on the fact that they increase rates significantly and frequently once you're in. What makes it worth it is the service at the Elkridge location on Washington Blvd. Titus has been an immense help since the beginning. He's always super friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions I might have, or offering further assistance with any issues. He definitely goes above and beyond, so he gets 5 stars! Scott has also been helpful, in my experience, so wanted to give him a mention as well.

Titus gave incredible customer service! He was kind and patient. He took the time to show us the unit in advance, and walked us through the entire rental process as we were first time storage unit renters. He even walked us outside to the gate to ensure that our code worked to get in the property. Excellent service and I’m glad we chose to go with this public storage!

Easy checking in. We work with Titus. He made the process very easy for us. Walk around showing us multiple units and explain everything to us. Units are pretty clean.

I absolutely lucked out with this storage unit. It is in a safe location with lots of space. You need a code to get in and out of the building for extra security. I’m renting a unit on behalf of the company I work for and am very pleased by the service. Scott is an incredible manager. He is very responsive and able to assist me when very possible. If you’re looking for a storage unit, this location is a must.
