Stayed for five nights without any problems. Front desk personnel welcomed me and assisted with my every need. Room was nice and clean, bed comfortable with clean sheets and pillows. Bathroom clean, plenty of towels and hot water. TV could of been bigger, pillows were a little too soft for me personally but nevertheless were fine.

We stayed here long term from Phoenix so my husband could care for his uncle. We liked our experience there and think they provide excellent service especially the manager and the employees. The rooms are kept clean, any issues corrected promptly and they also have a hot breakfast downstairs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. A++

If I could give this place a 0 star, that would an appropriate rating. We came for shopping and a good nights rest and we’re disgusted with this hotel. Our room smelled of urine, the carpet in our room was worn and torn, the toilet paper holder had bugs and hair, the shower head did not work at all, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on, squeaky floors and so noisy. We had booked two nights but left early morning free the first due to the condition of the hotel and when we checked out we were told we are still being charged for two because it’s their policy. We were happy to be charged for the two nights just to go elsewhere. We found a hotel very close by that was the same price but was very clean, quiet and in very good condition. Do yourself a favour and book anywhere else.

My new job put me up here for 11 days while my new house was getting ready. The best thing about the hotel was the bar. They have table games, and offsale. It all goes downhill from there. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in my back all night. The sheets smelled funny and had a small blood stain, and cigarette burn in them. The other hotel occupants were very loud and rowdy most nights. The TV had basic cable and was to small for the room. I am leaving tomorrow two days early, my experience was a great disappointment.

We had an amazing experience here . The staff was fantastic. The lobby was so nice and inviting. The rooms super clean and spacious. Their breakfast was delicious and many options available. Plus at night between 5-7pm , they have food out for their guests too and drinks. I have never seen that in any other hotel and it was awesome!! I would definitely stay here again. Another plus was having a short drive to Fargodome for wrestling tournament. It was also 5 min from the beautiful mall as well. Our overall experience was cery pleasant. One thing to note, the housekeeping is done every 3 days ([if you have a long stay).

This place is great if you simply need a place to crash while traveling. We made a last minute stop here, but it's a busy location.

The staff was very pleasant and courteous. Location is right off the interstate with easy access. The room was clean and perfect for a one night stay. The sports lounge was decent size, pizza was great. I'd recommend having a password protected Wi-Fi.

The bed was too hard and there was no mattress protector. The hallway upstairs was very noisy and I wouldn't have wanted a room next to the bad areas. The hallways were also very narrow and a little confusing to navigate. The stairs were steep and I didn't see an elevator, so you'd have to make sure to get a first level room if you have mobility issues. Seemed pretty clean but they forgot a towel from the previous guest behind the bathroom door. All in all, not terrible but I won't choose to stay there again.

There was hair in the bed on the pillow and in the bathroom. In the bathroom there was feces smeared on the side of the tub. Front counter staff wasn't friendly. The breakfast would've been decent had it been stocked, the attendant was too busy chatting to fill the breakfast. I find it hard to believe that they were out of food at 8am. The parking was horrible. When I walked into a dirty and cold front lobby, I should've listened to my gut and found a different hotel. STAY AWAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The location of this Motel is great. But I stayed there for 3 days. Thursday, Friday, & Saturday. In my room the cable TV service was out. They did have a Fire Stick , but there internet always froze the picture on the TV & kept buffering. I only got $30 off my bill for no cable service at all. Ouch !

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Entire surrounding area and inside of our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Weird stains on bed sheets. The air conditioner made an incredibly annoying sound when turned on. Walls are incredibly thin and able to hear conversations through. Floor above is ridiculously noisy and heard creaking all throughout the night. Halfway through our stay, somebody started to use some kind of machinery outside our window that made very loud noises. All in all, a terrible experience.

Sink took forever to drain. We werent sure if the toilet was even going to flush every time. Im all for having a good time, but they are non smoking rooms, and ppl were smoking pot in their rooms and the doors arent sealed good, so we could smell it in our room. The halls smelled so bad it hit us like a wall when we stepped out. Hotel staff was great, but staying here was not a good experience. Im just glad we didnt have our children with us

I was okay with the room, even after checking the window and the window lock fell off in my hand and the air conditioner cover was barely hanging on. We went to the bar to have a drink and a snack before we went to sleep and we had a couple of drinks and got forgotten about once the important people left, AKA a birthday party or something big going on in the tiny little space they had. We get back to the room and the bathtub is filling up with water from the drain! Thankfully, we let the girl at the desk know what was going on and she took care of us and got us another room... But... Stairs... And knees... And age... Oof..

Not a bad place. The rooms are a bit dated and a faint smell of smoke. Service was good location was good don't really have any other complaints except for maybe the beds were not very comfortable

Room was very clean. Comfortable. Lady working the front desk was very sweet. Would definitely stay again.

My room was clean, I'm here for 10 days. On the 4th day, I'm in my room mid day sitting down watching TV half dressed when someone opened my door. I said HELLO. The lady responded," I'm sorry, my list said this room was empty." There are a lot of people staying here for the wrestling tournament in the Fargo Dome, and the staff knows the guests are at the Dome. My son happened to finish early so I went back to my room to relax. This felt very suspicious to me, so I'm now looking for another hotel to stay in.

My wife and I will never book a room here again. The room was barely clean. No coffee pot but plenty of packs of coffee....who does that? Had to keep the blinds closed because the MacDonald drive up was right outside the window. Enough said.

The front desk awarded a cheaper price I found online, which is why I went to this place. It is clean, but outdated, so it looks old. The unfortunate part was when I got into the room the toilet would not flush. I was tired so I did not care, and I let the front desk know when I checked out. Also, light from the hallway was coming into the room and from the windows, which for a traveler made it hard to through the night. But I love dark rooms. This hotel though might be the only hotel I know of that has a restaurant/bar that serves food until 1 or 2 pm (can't remember the time), but that is rare.

The staff was very nice and the room looked okay until I got into bed and there were ants. Killed several throughout the night. Also was charged twice for the pet fee.

Probably our worst hotel stay ever, staff was rude like nothing was their problem, smell of weed through the whole building, no maid service, and to top it off we woke up with our room floor covered in ants. Talked to the front desk and they said it’s a booking issue, obviously it’s a Fargo inn and suites issue that they don’t clean enough to keep the ants out. Save your money, better off sleeping in the car.

Reserved Dakota Suite and when we arrived was told it was occupied and they would give us a suite on main floor. Charged same price for a smaller suite with a layout that was different and didn't work at all for us. I filled out their comment questionaire. Haven't heard back. Won't stay there again after staying there many times in the past.

The hallway to the rooms had a funky smell. The room itself had a weird smell to it. Did not feel real clean. A/C did work but we are thinking that is where the smell may have come from. The base board heater did not work as I was trying to take some moisture out of the air with the a/c running and heater. Hoping to get rid of some of the moist bad smell air in the room. The bed felt okay just the sheets did not feel very clean. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless it's a last resort type deal.

Hotel is very dirty and smells moldy. The first room they gave us the bulb of the bedside lamp was broken and pieces on the floor. Staff was kind enough to give us another room. The second room phone that was not hooked up as was missing the phone cable. The shower room is very small. There was no towel to place on the bathroom floor just an extra big towel was left on the tub, it was too big and we couldn't use it and close bathroom door. There was a DIRTY TOWEL left hanging in the bathroom. The SAFE couldn't lock as it was lacking batteries. They rooms says non smoking but they all smell moldy and of old cigarette smell. Overall cleanliness is lacking. Staff starts to pack up after breakfast before 10:00 AM even though it says breakfast from 6:00 AM to 10:00AM. Please save your money or go somewhere else, RUN from this hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night and will never go back. Location and service were good but the room was disgusting, as soon as we went in the room, the smell was disgusting so we went to buy a disinfectant spray. The sheets were good but the blanket on top was gross. And the pillows were filthy, stained and one pillow had a hole in it. We wont be going back to this hotel !!!!

Great didn't work. Mildew on shower curtain. Blood on pillowcase. No phone. Smoke alarm pulled off wall. Workers not the most friendly but nice enough. For sleeping it was fine. Anything more would've been horrible

Room dirty, pillow case had mascara on it, toilet leaks, wash rag in bathroom dirty. No coffee cups, but had. coffee & coffee pot. Could write my name in the dust on the table. Breakfast eggs were salty. Only good thing was the bagel & orange juice. Will never ever stay there again.

I had signed up for the Park and Fly package. I made my reservation directly from their website, instead of Booking.com where rates were significantly cheaper, because I wanted to make sure parking and airport transportation were provided. The only positive I have, is that the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Also the breakfast in the morning was good. The room itself had a horrible odor. To the point that I double checked there weren't dead bodies under the mattresses. It was also crazy noisy, making it near impossible to sleep. The airport shuttle was just a taxi that they had called.....a taxi I still had to pay about $25 for. This is the part that made me livid, because the airport shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel and the rational behind the steep price tag for a less than stellar stay. I personally don't see myself returning to this location, by far the most disappointing stay I've had in Fargo. I thought I would give a heads up to any other Park and Fly participants that you should try ANYWHERE else.
