Carol was so nice, made me feel so comfortable, she knew I was overwhelmed with it all! we told her what type of material that did not suit me and she asked if we were sure it wasnt the dress rather than the material.. and she was right I got my dress in the material I was previously told did not suit me!! Carol made my the experience.

Cleo bridal are beyond helpful and accommodating. I was getting married in a nearby venue and needed my dress steamed. Carol responded to my frantic request late the night before and arranged for my dress to be steamed first thing the next morning. She even offered to drive to my venue to save me travelling. Very kind and a beautiful store.
