Came in today a little after 4pm. I ordered at the register. I ordered the jumbo Supreme pizza, 25 wings which half were hot, and the other half garlic parmesan, and a meatball sandwich. I asked the lady at the register if my pizza could be baked well done, and square cut. She said they would bake it well done, and that they don't do square cut pizza but she would tell them to do mine for me. Well we got our food and the pizza was all soggy. And it had no flavor. I had to put the pizza in my oven at home to bake it more. And it was not hot. Mind you we waited there for the food it should have been hot. And it was not square cut. She should have just said no they don't do square cut instead of telling me that she would have them do it. The wings OMG no flavor whatsoever 😩 the hot wings sauce was not spicy at all. Not a good hot wing sauce by any means. And the garlic parmesan wings were so bland I couldn't believe it. No flavor smh. The meatball sub was very small but my husband said it was decent for the price he paid for it. There is no picture of it becuase he ate it quick LOL Giving 2 stars for these positives: the food was ready when they said it would be. The cashier was friendly. And they were not skimp on the toppings for the pizza. But We won't order from here again. And this was our first time trying this place.

Whether it’s been pickup or delivery, they knock it out of the park EVERY time! Best pizza in NA for the best price. The thin crust and white sauce are just to die for. Love the salads and sandwiches too. Everything we have ever had from here has been delicious.

Gosh I cannot say enough about Zack’s Pizza. Since they opened here, the owner is amazing and selfless. I live 5 min away and one time he was short on drivers. He delivered our dinner himself! I was blown away! He knows my twins and I, as we order at least 3x a month there. Fresh ingredients always and I love their gyros!

I simply judge pizza by how likely I am to eat it cold in the middle of the night or heating it up for a quick lunch the following day. This criteria has served me well so far in life. I would eat Zack's in the middle of the night or even the next day, however I found the pizza lacking an IT factor or something special to bring me back. As of now I have not found IT yet. Pizza was beautiful and topping a plenty. A little over priced. Pictured below was a small 3 topping and 5 bbq wings. $ 22. Again nothing special. Service was fine and the inside was clean. Only take out or delivery option available. Will give it another try .

This veggie pizza is soo good! One of the best places to grab a pizza! I don’t like saucy wet pizza and this place makes sure the pizza is well done like I like it … very delicious I will be back !

I have tried just about everything now and I have to say Zack's is amazing!! The wings are some of the best I've ever had but they don't stop there these Stromboli things and the Pizza are just as amazing!! I even had a salad the other day and it was pretty darn good as well. Can't say enough good things about this place! I am thankful door dash services them, I just wish I could take them back to Texas with me!!

Excellent pizza with a really clean shop. I also liked that they have signs posted for shopping a small business. Wife thought it was incredible dough. One of my granddaughters who never eats the crust ate all of her crust. That to me speaks to itself.

Apparently don’t order within an hour of closing, because the quality is horrific. Food is great normally, and they have a good sized menu, but the dough on my Stromboli was more liquid than solid. It was like eating flavorless gum. And while the Stromboli was undercooked (even the cheese hadn’t quite melted all the way) the mozzarella cheese sticks were cold. I don’t mean they weren’t piping hot, they were actually cool to the touch. They were also paper thin like they had been made hours ago but put under a heat lamp. I’ve worked pizza joints in the past and I know what old food looks like. Definitely not fresh. Took 3 bites of one and tried to dig around for a warm one but no luck. Really feels like someone was trying to just get an order out the door. Would’ve been better time spent to just light $30 on fire.

This is by far one of the best places for wings and pizza! When they said 15 minutes it was actually 15 minutes so that was super cool, too. Hands down best pizza we've had in a LONG time.

We absolutely love Zack's! The pizza is delicious and they even offer gluten free pizza! Employees are always polite and cordial.

Not bad, but not great. Honestly probably won't get again. I ordered take out, I got the carryout special with the XL pizza and 10 JUMBO wings, and a Stromboli. The Stromboli was my favorite, we did Pepperoni and black olive, flavors were good with the seasoning on top but the red sauce overall is lacking. For the pizza we did pineapple, ham, and Jalapeños with a white sauce. It felt lacking in toppings and the sauce I don't think they put the sauce on it but did Ricotta cheese instead, so that heavily took from the flavor. The wings we did BBQ and mild Buffalo. The wings were over cooked, like the meat was barely there because of this. And the sizes for "jumbo" was very sad. The flavor was good but size, and doneness was not good at all. I really wanted to like this place and maybe it was an off night?

I am very late in posting my review for Zack's Pizza and for that I apologize to the manager/owner. I can't remember his name but he's just the best! It was Super Bowl Sunday and we ordered a pizza and Door Dash was going to deliver it. To make a long story short, I had never used Door Dash before and did not know they would leave your order at the door. After 2 or 3 phone calls to the manager/owner and him getting his cook to bring us another pizza, we found the pizza on the porch and he told us to keep both....plus he refunded our money for the first one. Throughout the whole ordeal with me thinking they just didn't bring it, the manager/owner (wish I could remember his name) was super nice and very helpful. I was at fault but he was still so kind to me. I appreciate his kindness very much and would highly recommend Zack's Pizza. Thanks again to the manager/owner for everything you did for us. We truly appreciate it.

My family enjoys Zack's Pizza. It's take out or delivery only no where to eat inside. The best is the best in the area and we have tried them all. My kids love pizza. There is not much parking just street parking but I have always been able to park and grab my pizza without any issues.

I heard this was the best place in the North Augusta area for Pizza. They do not disappoint. I ordered 5 jumbo pizzas and some wings for my shop. (16 mouths). The pizzas were larger than expected, and delivery was faster than expected. The pizza was fantastic, and the wings were great too! There was enough left over to feed a few customers, and for an employee to take home to feed expected visitors. Great value and quality. Easy ordering on the website. Got a calzone and an Italian beef sandwich the other night at my house. Both were hot and delicious. Getting more tonight!

Always the best. My family loves their pizza. They are the only ones that deliver to our location as well but I'm glad because no one else compares. Always fresh and hot. Taste amazing and very friendly service!

My favorite local pizza place! Super affordable and delicious! Their customer service is A+ as well, they ran in to delays with my delivery and the pizzas still arrived piping hot. Absolutely worth the wait, and has been very fast delivery every other time!

Just wonderful. Everything was amazing. The service was quick and the atmosphere was perfect. The gyro Stromboli was great.

Ordered a large thin crust double pepperoni with extra crispy pepperonis. Was ready on time. I checked the pizza before I left. It didn’t appear to have DOUBLE pepperoni. I showed the girl at the register if it was in fact double pepperoni. She looked and said yes that’s double. I thanked her and went on my way. She either just didn’t want to deal with it or their double is just other pizzeria’s normal pepperoni. Lol. Tasted fine.

Fantastic food, fast delivery, and impressive consistency with near-weekly ordering over the last two years. Easily the best wings in the area - smoked, spicy, and massive. Pizzas are great, but don’t neglect the delicious gyros as well.

I think pizza dough is supposed to be cooked on the Stromboli but the rest was good. We got a calzone like this one time before from here and when I called to let them know the guy told me that’s how it’s supposed to be cooked…Probably won’t venture back here even if it is local.
