I've been a patient for quite a few years and have always been very satisfied and impressed by the thoughtfulness, professionalism and great attitude of every member of the practice. I recently experienced a minor dental "emergency" on a Friday and called the office at about 11am. They found a way to work me into an already full schedule and three hours later I was in a dental chair getting a needed repair. I really can't give enough praise to explain how highly I regard this dental practice. They're the best!!!

On the recommendation of a fellow "nervous Nellie" at the dentist, I booked an appointment with Dr. Carroll. The whole experience was excellent. Completing my health forms online at home before my visit was easy and convenient. Dr. Carroll's kind and caring demeanor was greatly appreciated. It was calming to know that if I wanted to take a short break that all I had to do was raise my hand. I need some follow up work, which I anticipated, but I don't think I'll struggle to go back like I usually do. I felt like he listened to my concerns and respected my thoughts on how I wanted to proceed with treatment.

The ENTIRE staff were incredibly kind and patient when taking an older family member into the office to establish care. I was humbled by their compassion as well as their ability to engage a more challenging case of dental concerns. My family very much appreciated the time given to her care within the office as well as the many options for treatment that were presented.

I've been going to this dentist office my whole entire life and i'm now 36 and live about 40 minutes from their office. Not to mention nearly my whole extended family continues to use this office as well. I always joke with Dr Heim that once he retires I might never see anther dentist again. I've had quite a few cavities in my life from all the mountain dew I drink and I've not once had a problem with any of the work performed by these professionals. One visit here and you'll never want another dentist again.

I was referred to this office by my wife before we had gotten married, From Cathy in the office to anyone of the hygienists even to Dr Heim and Carroll they all make me feel like a member of the family. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dentists and they have 100% changed my mindset of Dentists. Patient for life!!! Soon enough my son will have the please of going here too!! After thorough examination and discussion of options, it was mutually decided my tooth could not reliably be saved. Dr. Carrol explained everything carefully as he proceeded, taking care to minimize my anxiety. Post op procedures were thoroughly explained, with written instructions for my frazzled memory. When I got home I discovered, in addition to the extra gauze and ice pack in my take home bag, there were also containers of delicious chicken noodle soup, and applesauce to insure I had suitable nutrition that evening. Very caring, and comforting.

My wife and I have received excellent professional care since first becoming patients in 2010. We have the utmost confidence in Dr. Carroll's expertise and have enjoyed the warmth and care and laughs with the entire office!
