If I could give this zero stars I would. Since Dr Sharma left the Windsor office the care is absolutely abysmal. I scheduled a visit after experiencing extreme pain in my tooth. The first thing I noticed was the sink was taped over , and the instruments were not packaged /sterile. When I inquired I was assured they were cleaned. I was seen and told I would need a root canal as my tooth was badly infected. The dentist set up for the procedure assuring me I needed this — after checking my insurance , stated he could not proceed unless I paid cash upfront . When I told him I did not have thousands of dollars to give him on the spot, he insisted I sign up for care credit. I have dental insurance. My insurance company said the dentist never even contacted them for a pre authorization. this appears to be a Medicare/Medicaid fraud scheme where they demand cash upfront and submit the insurance claims on the back end. This is not the first time this occurred. When having a prior treatment I was told I would have to pay cash for pain relief for a root canal. When I inquired I was told it would be $120.00 cash for any type of pain relief during a surgical procedure. I also called the on call line over the weekend during an emergency and no one called me back. When I inquired as to why the receptionist copped an attitude and lied stating they did not have an on call line/emergency . When I asked her to call the # she did , then admitted she’d never heard the message and did not have access to the phone system. 0/5 . Fraudulent practice, unsanitary, and incompetent care. Will be filing a formal complaint with the State of Ct and the health department as well as my attorney for medical malpractice.

Everything went great untill i went back for adjustments then i found out they dropped my in. And sold the practice.. Then dr sharma wouldnt even come in the room to talk to me about what my next step was or anything! Speaks to his character since he pulled 27 teeth out and promised me hed see me through which he did not now i have to look for another dentist just to have my dentures fit right. DO NOT GO HERE... Couldnt see going back to a place who belittled me and clearly only cared about how they would get paid instead of caring about the patient like they so proudly claim now i cant even get them fitted untill next year because you maxed my insurance out and didnt even finish the job! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE

I understand the policy on rescheduling to many appointments. But what am I supposed to do when I'm sick. I was told to stay home and find a new dental office ... If you have kids or are tough schedule. Don't go here.

I was very VERY nervous about wisdom teeth extraction. The doctor was reassuring, confident and kind. I did not feel anything during the extraction. The assistant, Ilene, was amazing with supporting comforting me. Without her, I don’t think I would have made it through. And then the whole office staff was so pleasant and cheerful. 100% would recommend.

I have had nothing but good experiences, Dr Brown did my root canal, my bridge I have been going to her for years, when she was at Columbia Dental, Dental Art, and now at Signature Smile. I follow her to every practice she goes. She gave me the confidence to smile again, I have gotten so many compliments, thanks a million Dr Beason Brown.

I had an appointment with the dental hygienist yesterday 12/12/23. I had just converted to a new medical/dental insurance. And wasn’t sure of my options let alone my benefits. I was not made aware of any copay’s at the moment and I had left work early to be at my appointment for my cleaning. I met the office manager Carmen who had assisted me and allowed me to be seen and also make payment today for my cleaning. Alongside getting news of fixing my teeth and making sure to have a healthy smile. I was given options and Choices on making payments. Carmen had assisted me with all of that I highly recommend this dental office. They take pride for their patients and want to see you succeed. Best decision I made in changing dental offices

If you're as nervous as I was about getting oral surgery, I had two teeth that needed extraction, then I hope this review will help calm your nerves. Because Dr. Beason-Brown is awesome. The numbing needle is always such a painful experience, but the doctor made it absolutely PAINLESS. I never felt the needle once. That helped me a lot. And throughout the procedure, she kept checking if I was okay. Before I knew it, the surgery was over and I was ready to go home. I highly recommend this office, hope someone reading this gets some peace of mind as they decide where to go for their next dentist visit.

Unprofessional no one speaks English correctly!!!! Waited a whole year for X-rays that the dentist messed up just to go back and they tell me no one from last year is there and they played the blame game!! I had a cracked tooth and a much needed crown and no one could give me a prescription for the pain I was in I had to go to the walk in!!! Don’t waste your valuable time at this office. Carmen the so called office manager is the WORST!!! They don’t care about anyone
