The crew from Junkluggers, led by Mr. Norman, were professional, easy going, respectful, funny and very efficient. They arrived on time, spent time walking through the house before starting and made very good use of their time. They took one 5 minute break in the 3+ hours they were here! I highly recommend their service and this crew to anyone who is looking to cleanout their home!

The crew showed up right on time, provided an accurate estimate, and got straight to work. They did an excellent job removing several large and heavy items from the basement, including a refrigerator, quickly and carefully. I would definitely use them again!

We used Junkluggers of Suffolk County Recently and were very Happy. Two young men showed up with two small trucks to take away a couple of bedroom sets, two couches, and a wall unit. They worked very hard, were friendly and professional. We received a donation certificate about a week later for the items that were donated. The price was reasonable, maybe a little more then expected. They do give you an estimate based on what you tell them, when they arrive they look it over before they start and confirm the price. I called because we needed assistance with clearing out our father's home after he passed. The home was full of heavy furniture, mattresses, sofas etc. On top of those items , the garages,basement and shed had items and junk that needed to be taken away.Our experience with JunkLuggers was amazing. They sent 4 trucks and 5 men to handle the job and in 2 hrs had the entire house emptied. The crew worked so well together and there was real comradarie among them.The crew was very friendly and professional. Bernard was a pleasure.All of the belongings were treated with respect and care. Before leaving they even swept the garage and basement floors. I am so pleased with the work they did and would not hesitate to call upon them again in the future. I also love that usable items were donated to charity and were not just brought to a dump. We cannot thank Junk Luggers .enough.!

I can't even review the junk removal process because they never showed up. We scheduled a Saturday 10-12 appointment. 15 min before the appointment, they called asking to postpone it to 6 hours later after calling us the evening before to confirm the appointment. We politely explained that we could not change since we traveled from afar to meet them. They returned a call saying they would be there at around 11:30. We waited there until 1 o'clock and in that time we kept getting calls from the dispatcher and the driver telling us completely different time frames and eta. The driver was lying over the phone as I could clearly hear he was driving while he's telling me he's there looking for me, following with "I'm gonna need about 25 more minutes." That was almost two hours after they were supposed to be there already. The company respons you ask? We'll give you a $25 dollar discount on a $900 job. All of this could have been settled if they were just truthful about their timing. But they gave us the runaround, wasting half of our Saturday instead of just canceling or rescheduling the appointment. Lying and dishonesty is not how you get business. We reached out to another person through task rabbit to get the job done faster and cheaper. And clearly more reliably. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

I’m happy to share my experience with the Junkluggers! I never had to get rid of major junk at once & upon researching You Got Junk, I found the Junkluggers website. I decided to call you guys & spoke with Kat who was very informative & patient in explaining the process and pricing & set up appointment for the next day. Got prompt confirmation from Mike via text and email. Wednesday, Mark calls to reconfirm and give me his ETA. Mark and Alex arrived promptly, assessed what I wanted gone & gave me an estimate. Truthfully, it was a little higher than I expected, but I had ALOT of pieces I needed gone. Mark was willing to work with me to edit & with no pressure allowed me to decide whether to continue or not. Well, I decided to go ahead and OMG I’m so happy I did. Mark and Alex were so efficient and so much fun to work with!! I was shocked at how quickly they got it all done!! They were respectful & took care not damage my space. They worked very hard! When all was done, the price was as agreed with the itemized receipt immediately emailed to me. Mark & Alex made a daunting task pleasantly doable! I definitely recommend Junkluggers & am a satisfied customer!

Slow, Rude service. Over heard, They have minors driving the vehicles. Instead of donating the items they sell them for more profit. Liars! Unfair.

Really impressed! From booking to the actual pick-up, The Junkluggers were nothing short of friendly and professional. The two gentlemen that came to pick-up our construction debris were quick and efficient and even swept where the pile of debris had been sitting. Seriously cannot recommend these guys enough!

Recieved a call 1/2 hour efore their scheduled arrival time, and arrived o. Tume. They did a walk thru and gave me an estimate for price X. When all items were loaded in the truck i recieved a lower final quote since the items took up less space then previously was quoted. Junkluggers staff were professional, courteous, and respectful of my home while removing the items.

polite, efficient and couldn’t have been easier. great communication from time of booking to arrival of the truck. may be a little pricey for some but personally 100% worth it as they took away much of the stress of moving for us. would absolutely recommend and/or use this service again!

Quick and efficient, the two men got our estimate and removed our old sofa immediately when we agreed to the estimate. The whole process took about 15 minutes from when they arrived to when they left.
