The service here is absolutely ridiculous due to the fact that we waited at the counter for a while before anyone really served us and the fact that every time we ordered something she would type it in wrong. We had to correct the cashier on almost every item. My wife and I just ended up walking out.

I stopped going here months ago due to the way the employees act being rude in conversation and last time they took 23 minutes to serve drive thru. They gave me wrong order and just would not stop talking so they kept making me wrong items. I figured I'd try once more because they are closer to my house and the experience was worse than before. On e again women kept talking over me and 3 times of reading order back had it wrong. Then I order roll ups and you can see what I got cracked wraps with cheese falling every where and stuck to the batch as t I can't eat it all. The latte was not what I ordered. This location is so badly ran they should really be ashamed of themselves

I went to Dunkin at this location 4 times. 3 out of 4 the employee had a attitude like I was bothering them. I am very friendly and I appreciate everyone that work’s especially in the food industry! The employees that are not happy should find a job somewhere else because early in the morning, who wants to deal with a attitude. I rather go without! Owner take heed because numerous customers complained about this. I am a fair Goggle guide but the 2 stars were just because the coffee was hot.

Worst place to get hot food. They are completely incapable of making 1 hot sandwich. I even specifically asked for it "HOT!", it came to me cold. They took it back and reheated it. It came back cold.... good place for a donut....

My food was burnt like they were out of their mind when they were making it. Watch out for the young fat Mexican that works morning shifts she's just rude and greeted me by mugging me... what a joke this place is

Best selection of baked goods of any dunkin I've been to since I was a kid. Too bad the service is so bad. Not sure why they even take your order at the drive thru, since you have to repeat it when you get to the window and then it's still a struggle to get the order correct.

They're food companionship is in the negative. Customer service is terrible. Did I mention THEY ALSO HAVE ROACHES..., like roaches ? You gotta be kidding me.. disgusting.. not a place where I do business at.

Everytime I come here they somehow always mess up my orders. But this time they tried to give me salmonella by serving me raw french crawlers, then they deny me of a refund and the option to swap out the items.. mention I've worked at Dunkin donuts before I know it's not supposed to be straight raw in the inside.. fat Mexican girl that works morning shift shouldn't have a job.. I took only a bite and get 8/10 sick right after

I'm a CDL driver and I've been to millions of Dunkin donuts and I've never been to a place so disgusting and dirty. Never again will I come back

Ordered two sausage, egg,cheese croissants, 2 hash browns, 2 medium coffees. Hash browns were burnt like they came from hell.croissants seemed cold& hard. I’m upset 🤮🤬😡😡😡😡😡

My food had dirt and hair in it.. watch out for the wraps, donuts and muffins.. watch out for the incompetent young fat Mexican worker, probably like 22 yrs. I will no longer waste my money here.

Excellent! They have the nitro coffee taps. Coffee is perfect everytime. The donuts are just so fresh, soft and delicious! The staff is amazing and quick.

Very unprofessional!!! Night crew is LAZYYY! It’s 7:00pm and they say they’re not making any food when they close at 9:00pm VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! VERY LAZY!

Good AM coffee spot. Their service does decline after 10am.

They sell coffee and donuts and bagels and other morning food. Yummy in the tummy, go get ya some!

One of the nicer Dunkin Donuts in the area. It’s the cool to see they draw the coffee out of taps. I really enjoyed the Nitro Cold brew. The staff is also super friendly and although they don’t have a lot of seating, the seating that they do have is very work friendly with wireless chargers built into the table and outlets as well.

Has ice-cream and milkshake options. Friendly staff. Also they have an EV charger in the parking lot. Paid charger.
