I wish I could give them negative five stars!!! The workers in this store are horrible!! Went there for Black Friday and was treated so rudely by at least 4 of the store associates including the manager!!! I WILL NOT be patronizing this forever 21 again. Even though it is closer to me than some of their other stores, but I'm willing to spend a little gas for good customer service!!!!!

I used to love going to the old forever 21 with my cousin, but ever since they reopened a new one I was disappointed due to having one floor instead of two and NOT HAVING A MEN SECTION. It’s not the employees fault but them thinking I’m going all the way to Trumbull just to get like a t shirt and a pair of jeans is completely dumb. Even though i love the Trumbull mall I’m not taking a far trip on a daily basis.

Manager literally yelled at me from across the floor. I’m was very upset cuz excuse me who the hell are u? But 1st and for most education before anything not everyone is raised the same. I was goin to shop more but just payed my 2 things and left. And when I was leaving he had the audacity to say have a great day. Very disrespectful and unprofessional will not be goin back and it was my 1st time.

I’m sure it’s not the employees fault. They are probably overworked by a bad manager. But this store is frequently disorganized and staff seem overworked.

Staff and manager were very pleasant to work with, they helped me with an online purchase and I was able to exchange them With no issues. I even bought a couple of extra items. Thank you so much for making the experience in the store a great one. The total upkeep of the store was amazing, super clean and I was able to find things very easily!

I'm giving Forever 21 a 5 star rating because that day was a me and grand daughter day and that's where she wanted to go which made her happy, and made me happy. I reallly enjoyed my time with her watching her shop. Thanks Forever 21.

the only reason why i go here is to get cute clothes for cheap because why would you not, but the return policy is annoying considering I never wore the product but that's whatever. and the people that work there are rude..if you're going to be working with people, wouldn't you at least try and act like you like your job? I'm just here to buy clothes i'm not buying what kind of bad vibes these people give off

This is the worst forever store, i was there buying a shirt (literally i just passed by i saw the shirt that i really wanted), the cashier was so rude and refused to help me becaused its was a 2 pieces set (which i noticed like a hour after payment) so i returned just to see if the other pieces had the supposed matching piece (none of them) so the caishier was just ignoring me like (what do you want me to do? ) and she did nothing and didn't even returnd my money or offer me an apology (and yes i looked at the website for the item i purchased and the whole price i paid for a simple shirt was a 2 pieces set).
