Wish I discovered this place sooner. They have such a great menu and know how to make solid gluten free and vegan desserts (most can't get it quite right). Service and regular rotation of specials is solid.

Not a great start. First time eating from here. I asked them to add chicken to my breakfast sandwich. The only other accommodation was no bread. I asked lady to repeat the order to make it was correct. They still managed to forget it. I understand it gets busy, but I ordered a whole hour early.

Little bit of Portugal in New York💕 It's beautiful place with lot of homemade products, honey, spicy Portuguese sauce... Big up for lot of gluten free option. I got the jalapeño tuna Mel, all made fresh, it was very good. Thank to the lady who was sweet, welcoming. Seat are confortable and colorful.

I pop in here nearly every lunch for a coffee drink and the occasional sandwich. The chai is my solid go-to order and is always good. I typically get the turkey pesto for lunch. The turkey can be a little salty, but the sandwich overall is really tasty. What really makes this place special is the owner, Debora. She takes immense pride is her product and is always more than willing to listen to feedback, even to the point that she requests opinions from her regular customers. She strives to make a lasting impression as well by getting to know you, learn your name, learn your order, and recognizing you from the point you walk in the door.

Hands down my favorite place for breakfast and lunch. So many options for vegan, gluten free, and really great meat dishes, something for everyone / every mood. The drinks and lattes are amazing. And the staff is probably my favorite part, they are incredible and so nice. I visit weekly and highly recommend!

Loved the tuna melt (with jalapeños and ricotta, what an interesting combination), the grilled Brie cheese with peaches sandwich… and the almond flour cake. Wasn’t a big fan of the veggie-bean burger (a bit dry, until we asked for more mayo and the staff kindly gave it to us) nor the peanut butter brownie… but still worthy of 5 stars for the overall experience and kindness of staff. Will defintiely be back

Cute little café! Love their coffee, breakfast, lunch, and treats! Everything is so delicious and fresh, and the owner is so lovely and personable! There are options for everyone, including gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan! I honestly cannot recommend this café enough!

Nothing like it in the area. Friendly staff and delicious and nutritious options. I always ask about the specials because they’re so amazing (jalapeño bacon grilled cheese anyone? Peach and brie grilled cheese?).

One of the best finds of my entire life in CT. Amazing homey vibe - incredibly fresh food with a Portuguese flavor and the nicest owner. Highly recommend coffee with almond butter and the jalapeño tuna melt.

I keep trying this place hoping to love it, but each time I’m underwhelmed. Twice I have ordered beverages & the lids popped off. Once at the counter, once in my car - tea EVERYWHERE. Not a big deal to most people I’m sure but I travel for work & a secured lid is important to me. So I won’t order drinks here anymore. The açaí bowls are pre-made so what I ended up with was a big frozen chunk of smoothie & nothing that looks like the pictures online. I will say though that the sandwiches are pretty good & made to order with fresh ingredients. They get super busy around lunch time so prepare to wait. So busy that they forget to take the produce stickers off the food & then slice them into your sandwich 😂 (see pic). I have tried a couple of the baked goods as well. You can’t go wrong there.

Disappointed in this cafe. The place itself was adorable, small but cute. I ordered 2 iced chai tea lattes. The woman at the register must've been new because she was very confused. I waited a while for my order. The cashier kept coming over to me to ask for my order again. Not sure what was so complicated about it. It appeared that someone else came to the front to help out the confused worker. Finally we got our drinks and they were awful. It tastes like cinnamon water. I'm down for supporting local businesses and I understand new staff may be overwhelmed, but with prices increasing for everything it's hard to return to a cafe that makes disappointing drinks. I wish the cafe all the best, but I will not be returning.

Stopped by here for lunch yesterday because of all the healthy options they offer. When I walked in I was even more excited about all the Portuguese items! Being Portuguese this place was the best of both worlds for me! I ordered the cod sandwich special which was very tasty. Will definitely be stopping by again when I am back in the area.

I am delighted to have found this cafe on the way up to a hike with some friends! The atmosphere is as friendly and peaceful as can be, the staff are all sweet, professional & very hospitable. I’d called ahead with a big order, and everything was ready when we stopped by. And it was all DELICIOUS. Healthy and just what my crew wanted, menu is spot-on, smoothies and baked goods are brilliant, plenty of sandwich options for every (healthy) dietary style. I fell in love with the place, it is special!
