This is a really nice LA Fitness location! I was out here for work and was able to get a great workout in here. The equipment is well maintained, very clean gym, friendly members and staff and an all around great experience for anyone looking for a nice gym to workout at. I would definitely come back here for sure!

The best gym i ever worked out at. A professional staff helped me when I joined. The facility is clean and a lot of equipment. A lot of amenities including a pool basketball court weights cardio spin and aerobic classes and so much more. The price is great also.

Have not been in a while. Some improvements were made to the main area and pool is wonderful but air in the pool area is far to hot and shower/changing rooms are too cold. Needs to be balanced.

Today in Milford club, 3 kids were playing around the installations and no one was taking care of them, while I was doing my workout the “green” area the almost hit me 3 times with one of the balls, you can verify the cameras this happens Saturday 4th around 3:50-4:05pm. I asked the guy in the front desk to do something and later I asked to talk to the manager and the girl that was there she said that her shift was over, then the guy replied that in that case he was the manager, with a disrespectful tone, I asked for the manager contact info and they said no. As an active member of this club, this kind of actitud shows the lack of professionalism of your employees, they didn’t care about anyone’s safe, not even those kids, and prevented like this was a joke.

Dude at the front counter is blasting obscene rap music, full of profanity andsexually explicit lyrics. I don't pay $50 a month to listen to that garbage. Have some respect for your patrons. If it happens again I'm cancelling

Worst LA Fitness. To make member, they talk all sweet and they charge you unnecessary fees and if you want to cancel membership, it is so complex. You have to mail to cancel or, visit to gym. They are still in 19th century. Avoid this LA Fitness

I just tried out this gym and I had a great time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in losing some weight!

No hidden cancelation fees, straightforward membership plans, low-key, not too busy! I used to have The Edge membership and they were so awful with so many hidden fees and gave you trouble if you tried to cancel or downgrade.

Basketball courts are awesome and Alex the general manager is doing his thing and making people feel welcomed and appreciated and accepted. He has great staff that follows suit like they are playing spades

The jacuzzi is always broken, goes down weeks at a time. Faucets in men’s room water is cold , usually no hot water. Overall the Club is clean but they need to step up their game and get things right!

I loved the environment. The staff were super friendly! It's worth joining the club. They have a pool, basketball gym, a sonar, a hot tub, and a dance floor. If you're into boxing. They have heavy bags to beat up on.

Nice updated gym , well organized. Has a good vibe to it Having the court and pool are such a plus

Not usually so busy you can’t get a machine or a piece of equipment; a huge issue I’ve had in previous gyms in the area. Same goes for classes—usually zumba classes in other locations are hard to see the instructor and follow along because if the amount of people in the class, but their instructors make it fun with a good class size and space!

Chelsea was great! Very energetic and peppy made the time fun while keeping the body moving! So happy to have discovered her class!

A nice clean gym. I love the Zumba class. The staff at the club Alex and Jada are great. Best place for Zumba love Ginas class.

Beautiful modern facilities and sweet decore. jacuzzi + sauna are lovely! Basketball court with fantastic atmosphere huge plus. Conveniently located right off the 95. Highly recommended!!!

One of the better la fitness' clean, well taken care of, and the people who go are much better than trumbull all machines work as intended

Love this gym! They have everything you could ask for in a gym and then some! The facility is always extremely clean, the lockers are spotless and the staff are always very nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

Went in for a tour of the place, the manager that works there names Alex was super helpful showed me the amazing amenities they offer. I got my new membership started immediately after was super easy!

This gym experience was absolutely fantastic and I plan to recommend it to friends and family. Go here for sure if you want to grow in a clean efficient environment.

Omg I absolutely loveeeee this gym!!! I was just visiting and literally didn't want to leave!!! I like that they have the pool and the sauna!!!! I am even more excited to continue to my weight lost journey!!!! Going back tomorrow for sure!!!

Gym in the mall. Had sauna, swimming pool, and I didn’t see any broaken equipment. 👍🏼

Been enjoying this gym for a year now, just wish they would have basketballs for the guest.
