I don't know where all these great reviews are coming from. Maybe people who don't know what they have think they're getting good money? Went in and they offered $130/oz BELOW SPOT for gold eagles. I can get spot price from various buyers on the internet. Plus I saw some reproduction colonial currency in the display which wasn't marked as such. The display cases were mostly empty. How does this place stay in business? Very disappointed. Store does not live up to these reviews.

I tired to go to sell some jewelry I have and nobody was even there. I waited in my car for 20 minutes then left. I then called to see if anybody was even there and got no answer. They call back minutes later and they ask me to send them pictures of my jewelry to their store phone number and so I did. Waited about 30 minutes and no call back or answer to any of my phone calls. I’ve delt with this place in the past and they have been great but this is just unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

Tyler was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. He was patient and educated me throughout. I would definitely recommend this establishment and Tyler’s services to anyone looking to sell.

Just was walking around and happened to notice the store. Let me first start off buy saying the store is spotless very clean and neat. The associate was very helpful and immediately greeted me with cheerful smile. I didn't have any intentions on buying anything but they had wonderful and rare collections in great condition and the prices I couldn't give up! I ended up spending around $500 that day but it was well worth it! Best place in NEW YORK! Recommend it to any one in the area.. If you live a little further it's worth the trip. Extremely friendly and polite staff. I'll be back soon for sure.

Not only did they offer more than what I asked you feel as if your at home when u walked in. I went to three different jewelers before this one and he offered the most for the same chain. Will be doing business in the future and highly recommend this establishment. Overall more than satisfied with our deal thanks again.

Wow! First time visiting this location and the staff was very knowledgeable, professional and had excellent customer service. I had my grandmothers collection just sitting around and I didn't know how much it was worth... They gave me a great price. They were very patient , honest and trustworthy. I'll defiantly be coming back in the future

i received the ad in the mail the other day and today i brought some jewlery that was passed down to me from my mother that passed away. i originally brought it for appraisal but ended up leaving with cash . defiantly most highest paid. amazing staff there .

Had a couple jewels from when I was a kid. Just wanted to get rid of them. The worker was very helpful on letting me know what it was and what they were worth. Now I can get my purse I've been dreaming about for months!
