A very nice apartment complex. The landscape is nicely maintained with flowers and foliage. It has a recreation room with BBQ facilities, a pool and jacuzzi. A mini playground and laundry facilities. The apartments have various views some looking over the Griffith park. The townhomes are nice too.

It's been quiet and peaceful. The staff always willing to help or answer any question. The tenants are really friendly too. Having tenants with animals reflects that feeling of friendliness.

My experience so far has been nice. The Team members are very courteous and helpful .

It’s nice cause of the pool and tennis courts, but management and security aren’t reliable for repairs and assistance. Laundry room dryers barely work. So for the high leasing rates that go up yearly, doesn’t entice you to stay long term.

It is an exceptionally well managed property. I was told this and now I have personal confirmation. It is not surprising so many have lived here for 20 or more years. It is a special place.

My wife and I have been living here for over 4 years. The office and maintenance staff are great but the owners are questionable. They moved our parking to make room for ADUs. My wife who is 5 months pregnant asked if they could not remove her parking as this will be our second child and it’s hard for her to maneuver with the car seats being so far from our home. The office staff said there was nothing they could do. We’ve spoken to many of the residents and they are upset at how they are being treated. Woke up this morning to banging and construction at 8:30 AM. My 1 year old was still resting, my wife is pregnant. This is ridiculous. If you’re thinking about moving here please do us all a favor and don’t. There’s no parking, it’s loud, the owners are just greedy for money, they tack on extra fees. If you could only hear how loud this construction. It’s supposed to go on for 6-8 months! Oh the joy!

Fantastic! The complex is kept clean and well-maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond and very efficient. Very pleased with my living experience here. Highly recommended.

Great prompt service by the maintenance team. I was home when they came and they kept me informed of their repairs every step of the way. They even asked if there was anything else I needed, which there was! and it was handled at that time as well. So there was no need to return.

It seems like every other day something is broken, either the elevator, laundry machines, power outages. And paying about 2,800 for broken equipment just isn’t acceptable.
