After trying so many different locations, finally I found SounaBar in my nieberhood and this location change my whole body and even more my emotion too. Trying this treatment helped me to tolerate my back pain and feeling more positive. The staff are professional and knowledgeable who explain all the details and answer questions in the simple word and understandable. Warm location with its of respect and passion. Listen up! I cannot say enough good things about Sauna Bar. I had been going for some time before covid, closures, yada yada and then it fell off my radar when I moved to the valley. I have found the relief I was looking for at Sauna Bar! I am menopausal and was searching for overall mental and physical well being. I have several symptoms and have been to many places... Sauna Bar, surprisingly, has been a ONE STOP SHOP for me because they have been able to help me with many of my menopausal symptoms. Joseph really listens to you, then offers suggestions, all you have to do is try... and let the treatments speak for themselves. I started with the Infrared Sauna, then tried The Lymphatic Compression Massage, Vibration Machine, Magnesphere, and a few supplements. I have been going for 1 month and feel so much better! *parking is easy and they validate.

Wow! It was my first time at SaunaBar and I wasn't completely sure what to expect. Unfortunately like many, I suffer from tension and extreme stiffness which is caused by my own anxiety and stress. The tension sometimes takes a tole on my shoulders, neck and jaw that even prescribed medication cannot solve. After I let them know what my intentions were of my visit (relax, de-clench if you will), it was recommended that I try the vibration machine (20 min) followed by an infrared sauna session (40 min). After my sessions, my body become so relaxed (jello state) that it even had my sinuses draining! Great place to de-stress and I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you SaunaBar!

I am frequently at Brentwood Gardens and have walked by Sauna Bar or have seen their placards with dueling reactions: one of skepticism and one of wishfulness. I am now a client and my new reactions span from I can’t believe I waited so long to I will always be a client. The entire team demonstrated to me they are completely invested in my program, my goals and my well being. If you have not experienced an inferred inferred-sauna before, Sauna Bar is the place to go. The staff is very attentive and insures every visitor has a great experience. I have tried several other Sauna places in the Los Angeles area but Sauna Bar consistently the best service and result. You will feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated after your visit.I highly recommend booking a secession for yourself and experience the feeling!! You will not regret it!
