Holy crow! This place is VERY GOOD! The food is so delicious, FRESH, and AFFORDABLE! This place checks ALLLL the boxes. I ordered the Chicken on Rice bowl and it was absolutely delicious! What did it set me back? A paltry SIX BUCKS! WOW! That’s a good deal. I planned on taking a picture of my food for this review but it was so good that I accidentally COMPLETELY CONSUMED it before I had the chance to. I guess you’ll just have to trust me on this one, pal.

A decent spot for to go dim sum in Westwood. Satisfies the dim sum craving. One of the few spots that sells pineapple custard bun, so i’ll be here often for that.

I usually order from or dine in at the Sunset location, which is better. Ordered some of the usual dishes, this time trying the cucumber salad which wad disappointing and below average. Rest of the food was typical for ixlb, only cold for the most part.. Tables were dirty from previous diners which meant I had to ask a staff member to clean it. Generally speaking I think staff was performing below standard, whether recruitment or training or both. Not stopping at this location again.

The food was so tasty and quick! It’s really nice for that hate talking to waiters and servers. There’s a kiosk where you order what you want and you sit at a table and wait. They will bring you your food and you chow down! It’s great for dumplings and dimsum! Would recommend the bun!!

I liked the xiaolongbao, har gow, and the scallion pancakes. Egg tart was a bit too firm for my liking. They were pretty busy when I was there, and it took a while. Prices were reasonable. Will be coming back!

Service excellent and good food! So, I can't complain much, except for two things. First, the PLASTIC. If you are ordering dine in-or even dine out, you should be able to pick between cardboard or plastic containers. I felt like I killed at least 5 penguins alone with the three plastic containers for the dishes I got. Second, more veggie dishes would be great...

Dim Sum has been my absolute favorite food for the past 2 years so I’ve tried several places and this is my new favorite. I literally went back the same day 2 hours later. I recommend the shrimp har gow (my favorite) & if you like sweet- the French Cha Siu Bao (sweet bread with the bbq pork inside). Great prices, good for a quick bite & also has a cute little outdoor seating area.

Loved everything about the Westwood location. Tony was very friendly and clearly passionate about the food. I've been to Bao Dim Sum, Capital Seafood in Monterey, and Din Tai Fung, and I'm saying this is the best out of all of them. Radish cakes were my personal favorite. Everything that was supposed to be hot was steaming hot, not lukewarm. Dumplings were perfect. I will definitely be back! $10-12 would be more than enough to be satisfied for me and can get 2-3 dishes depending on what you order.

We went there one lunchtime with a friend. We had the sesame balls, spring rolls and pork buns and really enjoyed ourselves. The service was top-notch, we were very well received and the dishes arrived very quickly despite the number of people present. The restaurant is clean and conveniently located in Westwood. Don't hesitate to drop in, you won't be disappointed.
