You will be back. The flavor was everything you would want. It only seats 6, but most people come for the takeout. I tried 4 dishes...all out of this world. The salad was something different...mixture of corn and mint.

The inviting, kind staff accommodated our family for lunch. Don't let the small space detour you from trying Vedas! We have no suggestions because everything from the appetizers to the lunch specials were beyond our expectations and delicious, noones plate was sacred at our table. You will end up sharing because it's just that good! (The restaurant sat 10 people today with ease.)

Searching for places to eat Indian food and this place popped up. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food was delicious. (Keema samosa) be the best snack here I’ve ever had, Whole food was fresh, awesome and tasty. Thank you!

We got the lunch special and it was a good portion for a great price. The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. The place is very small so I think it’s better for take out. Highly recommend it.

Tasty, flavorful Indian cooking, great staff and great prices! Vedas Indian is one of my favorite takeout spots in Norwalk. Their curries are the perfect comfort food for a cold day. And the portions are great!

First time ordering here. 4 of us in total, several appetizers and 4 entrees. Was wonderful. Naan had been our go-to place for Indian locally but Vedas is now THE place. We had heard good things about them but they seem to be under the radar. Will be spreading the word!

Never dined in, typically order out. The food is fantastic. Fresh and tasty as Indian food should be. Good spice when you don’t say how you want it, but not “hot” spicy. The Chicken Tikka Marsala is unbeleviavle. Good sauce to dip your Naan which is great as well. Everything we’ve ordered is just as good. For takeout they pack your food well. Highly recommended.

Best Indian place i've been to!! It's so underrated there's barely any costumers but the costumer service and the location of the restaurant is great ! The food was delicious and the portions are pretty good too. The vibe of the place was nice it was very formal and the view was great too. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and are looking for new food to try.

I love Vedas Cuisine, they always take care of us and have such top quality Indian food. The flavors and spices are so rich and balanced. They prepare the take out very safely and carefully. Have known Them for a while and they always are so nice.

I had been craving Indian food for so long, but holy cow am I glad I found this place!! It's in a small little area, but definitely feels like a hole in the wall, but that just means the restaurant spends more on making good food! The flavors were all just so strong and impactful, which is pretty much everything I want from Indian food.

Nice place but workers need little more experience food is delicious very nice I am recommended for everyone dry Indian spices chicken 65 is great, or you can try something spices like Curry spices or any spices do you like it from Indian choice try and take your friends and your company recommodate for everyone to put the delicious so if you like Indian kitchen you need buy food here you'll be like it trust me;)

Thoroughly enjoyed the tomato soup on a cold day. The food was good. Their lunch combo seems very reasonably priced.

Food was delicious!!! I Googled best Indian food in Norwalk before traveling from FL this place came up & I was not disappointed. The atmosphere rating is only because they have a very small area if you wish to dine in. But the gentleman there was very nice & put 2 tables together for us.

My boyfriend and I LOVE Vedas. They are so kind always and cook the BEST indian food i've ever had. we order takeout multiple times a week. they are the best truly!

I placed an order for Eggplant Tamarind $9, Chicken Biryani $18 and the Mulligatawny soup $5. The taste, flavors, tenderness of chicken and biryani were very good however we were disappointed with the small portion of food. And inside the Biryani there was 1/2 of an egg. For $18 there should have been way more rice, chicken, broth and a WHOLE boiled egg. The Eggplant Tamarind was missing most of the yogurt which should have been provided on the side. The Mulligatawny soup was very good.
