Stayed here during my cross country trip. Booked through there official website. On arrival front lady tried to charge me 167$ instead of $50 deposit. There were cockroaches in the room. I stored all my juice, cut fruit, and breakfast items in refrigerator for breakfast and when I woke up for my own breakfast (no free breakfast available) in the morning everything was spoiled because refrigerator was iced over and no longer cooling. I talked to the front desk lady she told me the manager will give me a call. I called again after two days again she said manager will give you a call. It’s been a week no call or message. Avoid

I had the worst hotel check-in experience due to the extremely bad attitude of the two front desk staff. The first staff member was spraying perfume on herself and then told us another person would help us. Her facial expression at the time was as if she had just lost a lot of money at a casino and was very unhappy to see us in the hotel lobby. The smell of the perfume was as strong as her expression! The second person who helped us check in also had a very unfriendly face and did not smile at all, as if they had both experienced the same event (losing a lot of money at the casino). Why would the hotel hire such employees? It directly affects the overall image of the hotel! I have been a member of this hotel for seventeen years! This is the first time I have had such a terrible and disgusting check-in experience!!! In the future, there should not be any more of these bad-tempered employees serving any customers.

Nice hotel rooms, good service, and great food in restaurants. I had the shrimp linguine, and my wife had the salmon. Some of the best food I have had in any restaurant. Rated 4 stars because they do not offer a complimentary breakfast.

The hotel located in South Jordan and is only 35min away from Solitude Mountain so it is a plus for anyone travel here to do snow activities. My room was a king bed suite. The room was clean but was really small. Body wash bottle was empty. I contacted front desk and housekeeping to deliver me body wash but it took them almost an hour ti bring it to my room. Coffee and hot water pots in the general area were also empty.

Rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is accommodating. No alarm clock in the room. Front desk states that people are stealing them and they don’t have any extra.. The alarm clock itself wasn’t the issue, but I was told that the alarm clock had USB ports for charging. There are no other USB ports in the room. Minimal hot water the morning of checkout and the bathtub didn’t drain very well, so standing in water up to my ankles while in the shower.

Very nice Holiday Inn they don't serve free breakfast it cost $5. The sign in the bathroom said anything you've forgotten we have, give us a call . I gave them a call ,they do not have bandades ,acted like they didn't know what Band-Aids were . Other than that it's a nice place kind of hard to you get too. thank you

This location charged us $9. For the breakfast buffet. They had more people than bacon, sausage, and waffles. The 1 hard-working young man couldn't keep up with keeping food stocked, getting drinks, taking money, and keeping things clean. There were no forks at first, and I felt bothersome having to ask the 1 employee for items. The bathroom fan was dripping yellow water. Staff all seemed very nice and refunded breakfast since the items were missing. The beds were comfortable. 3 weeks later and have never seen any refund after the Manager Miguel said he would refund it. I've even called 3 times with no call back.

Chose to stay here for anniversary, looked like a good location. Checked in, no where on the website does it clearly state you have to pay for breakfast. We were excited for that, nope it’s $9 per person every morning for breakfast. Did No eat here once. We thought at least we will be able to hot tub and swim to relax the thing we were looking forward to the most . Nope, of course the pool and hot tub were closed from the night we got here until the day we left. Their vending machine was sold out and the lobby store was out of any kind of water. Had to go to the store to get water. Staff was super nice, but didn’t any info for us.

The “complimentary” breakfast was charged to our room, lots of hidden fees. The front desk staff was SO rude. For the price you could stay at a MUCH nicer hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but, definitely not for the price. I’d never stay here again.

Its a very nice hotel. I like the lobby and the front desk was very nice and helpful. Lots of space in my room and bathroom and very clean. Think its gonna be a very enjoyable, relaxing night. Then have some breakfast prepared for me at a time I set for myself. Pretty good way to enjoy the evening and start of my day tomorrow.

This is my second time staying at this location. We book a different hotel online and it was so bad we had to simply leave and book at this hotel, which we knew was decent at the last minute (literally almost midnight). When we arrived we were given a clean and nice room both times. The hotel looks and smells great and you feel safe parking there and staying there. The pool is open 24 hours and great for kids and the location right off the freeway and near malls is great also. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

I am a gold member of Holiday Inn an just went in to see if they would let our family take care of their customers with nutritious products like Swedish chocolate keto bars with 14g protein, waters with hydrating nutrients, the women in charge was so nice to me, it was my 1st time going door to door. She gave me a ton of encouragement and really liked what our family offers. She wished me luck and said she would certainly talk to the main decision maker. BoxedFares.com my name is Dan Thank you so much for making my day I will be back just to say this in person.

Got here early, was denied check in at 11 but front desk didn’t even try to be accommodating. It’s not like they’re at capacity — the hotel is a dead zone — there is nobody here. There is a hotel just a block away, Embassy Suites, which is far superior at the same price point and was allowing early check-in. Despite making her aware of this, she told me I’d have to pay a half day rate just to get access an hour earlier. Despite many friendly attempts at pleading (I told her I just quickly needed to change and wash my face to head out for a business meeting — but she didn’t care, and even went as far to ask me if I had a car… ???? I didn’t need to go kill time I needed a few minutes to prep for an important meeting) This place looks like it was renovated in the last 10 years or so, but you’ll have a very low ROI if customer service sucks. In the business of hospitality, sometimes it’s in your best interests to make concessions for friendly (not overly demanding) customers, ESPECIALLY when it costs you nothing to do so. I’ll have to come to South Jordan for business often but will most certainly choose the Embassy Suites over this Holiday Inn next time and will be advising my company to stay away from this place.

The hotel rooms were spacious, clean , and comfortable. There are only 4 usb chartering ports in room and 2 were on the microwave. The only thing that was a bummer was the hot tub was out of order and they were waiting on parts. Otherwise I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a nice place. Holiday Inns are good value for what you get I think. We had a two room suite with a pull-out couch. Free coffee and tea and very nice and helpful staff!

The pillows were incredible, the blankets were phenomenal, and the AC was great. They had Tesla chargers (could use more of those, they only had 2) which we appreciated. The breakfast was decent, but not excellent. The service at breakfast was above and beyond though. But the BEST part was, when my 3 yo left her special bunny and I called asking after it, they went directly to find it and got it shipped to us as quickly as possible.

We just stayed for one night when we came to town for the soccer match with the CO Rapids supporters group, but it was a great hotel! Staff was friendly and the rooms and common areas were all very clean and well updated. We were nearby the stadium so that was also very convenient! The hot buffet breakfast we got (specifically for our group) was also much better than the typical pastries and cereal options at other hotels.
