Got
here
early,
was
denied
check
in
at
11
but
front
desk
didn’t
even
try
to
be
accommodating.
It’s
not
like
they’re
at
capacity
—
the
hotel
is
a
dead
zone
—
there
is
nobody
here.
There
is
a
hotel
just
a
block
away,
Embassy
Suites,
which
is
far
superior
at
the
same
price
point
and
was
allowing
early
check-in.
Despite
making
her
aware
of
this,
she
told
me
I’d
have
to
pay
a
half
day
rate
just
to
get
access
an
hour
earlier.
Despite
many
friendly
attempts
at
pleading
(I
told
her
I
just
quickly
needed
to
change
and
wash
my
face
to
head
out
for
a
business
meeting
—
but
she
didn’t
care,
and
even
went
as
far
to
ask
me
if
I
had
a
car…
????
I
didn’t
need
to
go
kill
time
I
needed
a
few
minutes
to
prep
for
an
important
meeting)
This
place
looks
like
it
was
renovated
in
the
last
10
years
or
so,
but
you’ll
have
a
very
low
ROI
if
customer
service
sucks.
In
the
business
of
hospitality,
sometimes
it’s
in
your
best
interests
to
make
concessions
for
friendly
(not
overly
demanding)
customers,
ESPECIALLY
when
it
costs
you
nothing
to
do
so.
I’ll
have
to
come
to
South
Jordan
for
business
often
but
will
most
certainly
choose
the
Embassy
Suites
over
this
Holiday
Inn
next
time
and
will
be
advising
my
company
to
stay
away
from
this
place.
