Dr. Roundy has been so awesome to work with! She is great with my kid and will squeeze us in last minute if there is an emergency. I love that I can call and get a same day appointment if needed. The nurses have all been really good at getting back to me quickly and are always really friendly and patient with all the many questions I have. I also love the themed rooms that they have. It's a great way to pass time (for you and the kids!) if you do have to wait a bit for the doctor .

They are great! Every doctor we have seen has been kind and knowledgeable. Meghan McDowell is our pediatrician and she is awesome! She takes her time and has always given us good advice. We are able to get in the same day for sick visits and they are easy to schedule with.

I absolutely love Cami Goff! we switched over to the office after my son was in the ICU and Cami has helped us on getting our son strong and healthy. I feel so confident with my children’s health with her. She is great with the kids and great with being non judgmental. We love her!!

We have been going here for three years now and have only had good experiences. The facilities are very clean and I love the murals on the walls, they keep both me and my kids entertained. The doctors and nurses are great, they are thorough and very personable. Recently, I’ve had to go in for a couple same-day visits, and they always make sure to get me in. Also, I have utilized their after hours nurse line on a couple occasions when I wasn’t sure what to do with a sick baby, that service they have is invaluable. I highly recommend this clinic to anybody looking for a pediatrician.

I’ve LOVED all the doctors here for 13 years but in the last year the billing department is an absolute source of frustration. I received multiple bills for an August bill, that I paid and luckily had an emailed receipt. They had quietly applied it to “an April bill” (??? Again I called in November to pay an August statement they kept requesting) but they applied it to something from April that I *never once* received a bill for. It was never explained to me until end of December when I called in to figure it out, that this was where it was applied. They just kept billing me for the same thing and I kept showing proof of payment like a fun game of let’s make this mom go crazy.

We LOVE families first pediatrics. We see Brady Watkins and he goes above and beyond to make sure our kids are healthy and happy. We’ve seen many other providers too for sick visits and they are all so kind and listen to my concerns as a mother. Would 10/10 recommend FFP.

It is so convenient to schedule and take our three kids to their annual well child checkups and six-month dental cleanings on the same day, with back-to-back appointments, at one location. From scheduling to the actual appointment, Families First takes great care of their patients! Thank you!

Dr Witt is not only a phenomenal doctor, he’s a phenomenal person. He is always very thorough and listens to you and your child. I could not recommend him more. The staff is always friendly and always helpful and quick to find an appointment when needed.

All around amazing! We got into the South Jordan office right away. My son needed a lot of tests. The nurse who took his blood was flawless. He needed X-rays and the guy who helped us (X-ray tech?) was super cheerful and upbeat, which helped my son, who was feeling horrible. Dr. McDowell was super thorough and gave us all the time we needed to figure out what was going on with my kid. I have nothing bad to say. I recommend this place to everyone!

We love families first! The receptionist are always friendly and some even remember us. The rooms are fun and interactive. Always clean. We appreciate Dr Swartz has children of her own and can relate to us so much. Appointments are always prompt and efficient. The nurse line and nurse practitioners are fabulous. We have been here 2 years now since our son was a newborn and love it. We now visit families first dentists too.

We LOVE families first! I’ve been taking my kids there for years for sick and well visits. They always make me feel heard and always take the time needed. My daughter got her ears pierced there today and it was such a good experience. It’s a fun new thing they offer!

We've been going to Families First for nearly 10 years. We've seen many providers and loved them all. I love that I can get in quickly when my kids are hurt or sick. No doubt they have the best pediatricians in the valley.

This place is amazing, I could not ask for a better pediatrics office. Currently we are seeing Dr. Williams and she is the best! As a first time mom I’ve had tons of anxieties and concerns but she has helped ease them all. And their lactation consultant Nicki?? She is the biggest blessing!!!! I feel very fortunate to have found a place that I trust. Will always recommend this place to families 😊

We love FFP so much. Been taking our kids since 2014 and never had a negative experience. Kind staff and love our pediatrician who has great bedside manner and is attentive/thorough. Can’t say enough good things

Been taking my kids to Families First since it's inception. We followed Dr. Bean from Cottonwood over to South Jordan at the original location. ALL the doctors here have been super responsive and thorough in how they've helped my children over the years. Tiffany Thomas is a great replacement for Dr. Bean once she retired. And if Tiffany is not available, every other doctor has been just as thorough and kind.

I am a first time mom and I won’t ever take my future kids anywhere else! We love our doctor Chris cook & all the sweet caring staff, they are alway attentive and care for both parents and baby well being💓💓

Every single time I have come into this office, the front desk girls and MA’s are gossiping at the front desk in front of patients, very unprofessional. Not only that, but there’s always so many girls at the front desk and even if they’re not assisting anyone, it takes them a very long tim to even acknowledge or make eye contact with me. I never get the answers that I need about my child’s immunizations and immunization records. I am definitely switching pediatricians very soon!

Dr. vlam is hands down the best, she always takes extra time to make kids feel comfortable,very good at explaining things and isn't afraid to share her knowledge, always finds a way to help every one. We have been seeing her for 9 years and travel an hour each way to do so. Thanks Dr. vlam!

Prior giving birth I looked up for pediatricians and Families First was the top one on my researches. While at the hospital we saw Drs Cook and Witt. They weee both amazing and made us comfortable on going to the Families First. We chose Dr Schwarz and we could not be happier with the decision. She is outstanding! She explains everything pretty well, answer questions and concerns and shows examples for a better understanding. The Bluffdale location is clean, well organized and the rooms amazes me! Each detail was well done and I loved the painting on each room. Thank you for the care of mine and others children ☺️

We have been going here for 3 years and never had a bad experience. All the staff is great and Dr. Roundy is amazing! She did amazing with our soon who was in the NICU and has some health issues. Highly recommend this place for any parent that wants the best care for their kids.

Love Dr Tiffany Thomas! She is 5 starts, but the 4 stars is for the entire office being closed during lunch. I feel there is a way to rotate staff so clients can call during their lunch time if needed, or like in my case see if there is an appointment to squeeze my kid in the same day.
