saw Oppenheimer in the IMAX theater and the movie was GREAT. what was not great was the horribly managed food order experience. whether you ordered ahead via the app or you stood in line to order, the experience was 25+ minutes for all customers. the staff told us this has been going on for 9 months and i've now experienced it 3 times in the last month. the staff recommended we write a review in hopes of someone, somewhere in management getting this fixed. in the mean time they said they give refunds constantly

Lot better than most theaters I've been to. The building alone makes me want to go more often. It is very clean and welcoming. all the lights reminded me of Vegas. We watched the movie in a Large beautiful theater with very comfortable leather reclining seats. Very good sound.

I love how big this theater is but it would be nice if they worked on their pre-paid set up. Maybe split it and have it on both sides since you really aren't preparing the b orders ahead of time. You can feel the excitement the moment you walk in the doors. It's magical especially in times like this. So grand, so clean and so friendly.

The Megaplex Theaters at Jordan Commons is a fun place to see a movie. The atmosphere inside the building is like a city. They recently remodeled a lot of their screens so they only have luxury seats and nice floors. If you are not a rewards member sign up it is worth it.

We love going to this theater. It's clean and maintained. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I would suggest to make sure that you bring a jacket or blanket because it does get a little chilly. I have a large family so we go on Tuesdays. 😉

This theater is a gem and is always a treat to go to. The massive IMAX screen especially was the perfect way to watch a huge action flick like Doctor Strange.

I like this theater but I didn’t care for it being used as a business conference center. The projectors were not properly keystoned, the audio was ok, and seemed like outside our own organizers the staff were not helping all that much. I did like how they gave us access to the Coke Freestyle!

What was once an absolute unique theatre experience has now become an absolute disappointment. They used to have a different atmosphere with great food places to choose from have all closed down. I paid 12.00 for 3 pieces of chicken strips that I could have gotten a whole bag at the local Costco. And 12.50 per movie ticket. There’s no longer anything fun or unique about this theatre that it once had. The magic is gone and they don’t even have anyone helping you buy tickets, you do it yourself at a kiosk. Before you know it, it will be ran by AI robots. Makes me sad, but this is our last visit to Jordan Commons. May as well stay home and stream online and order in.

I did the Living Cinema which is fine by Living Scriptures, the first Monday of every month. Good family friendly movies. Fun experience with the opportunity to meet some of the actors and actresses from the movie they are sharing. Second time of going. So much fun and great movies.

Collin and Jill were the greatest today. I came in with my awesome NFT bucket and wanted fresh kettle corn since my theater doesn't do that. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks you so much!!

I went today to see the new Mario movie. Only one side of concessions was open with no signage indicating what was prepay or not. My friend and I stood in a 10 person deep line for 5 mins to be told we needed to go elsewhere since we didn't pre order. I get to the other side and wait in a 30 person deep line. Only 3 registers out of 10 open, people waiting on popcorn. The money maker at theaters is concessions, it should be running as smoothly as possible to get people in and out quick and happy. Happy customers buy more snacks. After waiting 20 minutes in line I ordered the simplest combo to get out of there as I was about to be late to my movie. While waiting in lines I watch 5 employees walking around with no urgency or even care to assist the over loaded concessions line. Again that is where they make their money but no one cared to assist in the bog down. I finally get my popcorn and drink and imagine that the only open concessions side has absolutely no drink lids or straws available. Like really!? Shouldn't this be a constantly checked and a stocked thing? I go to the other side to find two employees talking while pretending to wipe down the counter top where the lids are. I mention the other side is out of lids and only get "okay" as response. The movie was great. As I leave the theater I stop at the restroom. It was dirty. And two of three soap dispensers are empty and not working both towel dispensers empty. Again another basic customer service severely lacking. This place used to be amazing but has drastically dropped in quality. The management clearly doesn't care and just puts in the minimal effort to open and run. A drastic change is required to improve the quality of service and make this place an enjoyable place to visit again.

Love the whole place! I didn't realize how crazy awesome it was when I got the movie tickets. The only reason we came is because the movie we wanted to see wasn't playing anywhere else. Such a cool spot! Loved the reclining seats and heaters. And the way the theater is set up like a little town blew my mind!

The employees were great, and very helpful. They helped me take a picture, and they pointed me in the right direction for my movie. I will come back, for sure!

Always a festive, fun place to watch a movie. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely our favorite place to go with the holidays being here. Great location with plenty of food options on the grounds or near by.

Friendly Staff. Convenient app! I love that your prices are fair, specially on Tuesday. The popcorn bucket keeps me coming back. Locations through out the valley make it easy to arrange meetups with friends. Lots of theaters at most locations is nice. Loved when your jalapeños were free! I don’t know why people aren’t returning to the movies, but there were a lot of empty seats. Food ordering ahead of time is easy and so is the pick up. We love those seats that recline! Covered parking was helpful since it was raining.

The staff was friendly and the facility was nice and clean and up-to-date. We love the general look of the lobby. It is so fun for the kids.

It was my first time experiencing DBox and I was grateful for this megalex theatre to have me experience it seated in a super comfortable reclining chair. One of the great experience. Very clean environment and big auditorium. I never been to imax in this location, so I cannot comment on that one. Totally worth every penny for DBox seats and recliners. On Tuesdays, there is special discount on ticket price which makes you enjoy DBOX if you are on a limited budget. The sound quality is extraordinary and it was a one of a kind of experience.

Great movie, clean place, good seats. The reason I am putting 4 stars is the following tho. No one works there, seems to only have had 1 person at the food stand which was sad. Ran out of lids for drinks, had to ask for more and restock it for her which I was fine with but really should have had 2 people there at minimum, I honestly am only giving it the 4 stars cuz I felt bad for the lady at the food stand who had a long line there of people waiting on her with 0 help. She did fine, but really not cool of the theater to do that to her.

The staff are always friendly. Great reclined/heated seats. Theatre is always clean. If technical problems arise, I've always been given extra tickets to come back. Even if the movie just delayed, I've received complimentary tickets.

This theater used to be amazing. My kids and I loved coming here for decent food and good movies. Now, as you can see by the picture, this constitutes a $12 movie meal? What used to be a medium drink is now a large…still at full price though of course. They also no longer take cash!? I feel like the quality and service here have gone down significantly.

I like how easy it is to use the app. We are able to reserve our tickets and order our food early. Then have our food started while we are on our way to the theatre. I also like the lower cost movies on Tuesday. The theatres are always clean and the employees very friendly and helpful. All the seats are recliners which makes it feel like home. As long as lower cost Tuesday continues, we will continue to come to the Larry H. Miller Theatres at Jordan Commons

This is my family’s movie theater. We come most Tuesdays bc it’s $5. The place is always clean and the concession staff are always friendly. I love the theaters. The seats recline, heated, comfortable and comes with a swivel tray and cup holder. A lot more foot room. Just freaking amazing.

Megaplex theaters are a Utah staple and this location is one of their best! With lots of food options, theater space, and accommodations for those who need it, it’s a great place to catch the latest flick. I recently had a baby and was nervous to take my little one to the movies. The quiet room available within the Megaplex theater gave me the space I needed to calm them down when needed while not missing out on the movie. It was great!

Visiting family here in Sandy, UT and decided to go see the new Jurassic Park movie. This theater is huge and had a few different options for food and beverages. Plus the theater we were in had the really nice recliners. Makes the movie that much more enjoyable!! Great times
