Wonderful food and atmosphere. Mostly very impressed with their gluten free options. The Garlic Cheese Bread for example is incredible. Will be going back whenever possible.

Really enjoyed my meal here. The food was really good and the portion was more than enough for me. Staff were nice and made sure we all had what we needed.

Fantastic experience. Second time I've visited (first was several year ago). Absolutely fantastic at catering to dietary needs - gluten free, dairy free, allium free were no issue. Great atmosphere and decor, personal friendly service, great fresh food. Highly recommend.

Food was perfect in taste, quantity and quality. Service was very good, I thought the prices were a bit high but worth it for a special occasion. The Fallen Angel Cocktail was delicious and I don't often drink.

Visited for lunch before Christmas 22 and had their 2 course 'special' menu Really nice food .. I opted for the same gluten free choices so staff wouldn't get confused and thoroughly enjoyed it. Prompt service by friendly staff. Worth eating here - definitely recommended.

A spiritual experience. The best Italian restaurant in Liverpool. Lasagna is out of this world. The ravioli is the best of the best. Cheesecake uhhh wow. The tiramisu is the best ever. This is a well deserved 5 stars.

Disappointing food service was polite but staff were not very friendly or knowledgeable poor atmosphere The bruschetta was bland, the pasta dishes were made with low quality ingredients and lacked authenticity. The tiramisu looked and tasted like it had been made a few days ago. They had no idea how to serve vecchia romana asked if I wanted ice and thought I was mad when I asked for it warm. Quite expensive too would not go back.

This was an impulse lunch decision, food was nice, we ordered from the lunch menu and we didnt have to wait too long for the food, service was good and both the waiters were friendly and professional.

Great gluten free Italian food. They do all the penne pasta in gluten free with gluten pasta and some weird substitute like beans like a lot of places. Gluten free garlic bread (get the cheesy one, it's banging 👍🧀). Service was great staff is very knowledgeable about the gluten free. The restaurant decor is quite nice and fancyish. However the atmosphere was a bit weird coz it's going for fancy vibes yet they were playing LMFAO Party rock in the house tonight music which wasn't the vibe.

Amazing restaurant. Slightly rustic with the bar and deli at the front but modern when your dining in. Good use of photos and colours as the decor and plenty of space. Good was amazing. Good portions. Very good staff and nice and helpful. 1 starter, 2 mains, and 1 desert cost less then £48. With no tip. Was well worth it and can recommend again to anyone for romantic or birthday treat. TIP: Parking is a bit tricky, with limited spaces, so best searching elsewhere before arrival. P. S I mentioned it was my wives birthday but nothing was done. 9/10

Enjoyed a lovely meal here. Service was friendly and efficient. We had calamari and haloumi to start which was delicious, then we both had a pasta dish which were generous portions, desert was very lovely too. We will return next time we are in Liverpool.

The perfect spot for lunch with friends or an evening eating tasty Italian food. Dined here a couple of times and highly recommend the pizzas! Overall this place is great value for money. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is relaxing and the staff are very friendly. Such a great place to eat when in Liverpool city centre.

The food came quickly and tasted incredible. The service was great with a funny waiter. There was no rush or pressure to eat quickly as the staff weren't waiting for you. Overall a great place in Liverpool that is worth the visit. 👍

Really nice venue and food really nice. They was a large group of us and they accomodated us upstairs. Had a sharing platter to start, I went for the special pizza and cheescake to follow. All the food looked good and was tasty. Apparently the lemon posset was amazing.3 courses about £21.99. Great value, would recommend.

My fiancee and I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant and we had a mostly enjoyable experience. The venue was clean and nicely decorated, though there was a bit of a queue at the front door which caused some inconvenience - I ended up standing right by the door and got hit in the back when it slammed shut. However, the fast and friendly service made up for it. The atmosphere was bustling and lively, which may not be to everyone's taste, but we enjoyed it. The alcoholic drinks were a highlight - they were expertly made and hit the spot. I ordered the 20-ounce special steak and requested it to be cooked medium rare. While the presentation was impressive and the taste was enjoyable, it was disappointing that it was cooked just shy of rare. On the other hand, my fiancee's spicy pasta dish was not as spicy as expected but was still delicious. Overall, our experience at this restaurant was pleasant. Despite a few minor hiccups, the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere made for an enjoyable evening.

A brilliant place to eat, with accommodating staff. Me and my partner went just before closing time and waited around 15 mins for a takeaway pizza.. 2 of which were made vegan friendly.

Amazing Italian food! We have the focaccia nduja & fresh burrata as an appetizer, pizza 51 and seafood linguine. The pizza was amazing!!! I would return for the pizza alone, although it was all very delicious and well seasoned!

If you're a pizza lover, skip this one! I've heard lots of good things about this place but I was bitterly disappointed - my £13 meat feast arrived looking like something my niece made in food tech in school. The base tasted like the cheap Iceland pizzas, with a kind of soggy biscuity texture. Genuinely the worst pizza I've ever had in a restaurant, and yet more expensive than most of the city's best pizza places. The Nduja pizza my friend ordered was even worse too - it had 3 little dabs of the stuff on one side of the pizza and that was it! Couldn't believe how stingy the toppings were. Drinks were reasonably priced and the cocktails were lovely, and looking all the glowing reviews I'm wondering if I just went on an off night? It feels like it's supposed to be a casual, family-friendly Italian-ish place, so I wasn't expecting authenticity or anything too fancy, but for the prices they're charging they need to up their game.

This is by far the best Italian not only in Liverpool but also in Manchester. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The food is absolutely delicious. My husband had the prawn linguine 51 and I had the goat cheese ravioli, and they are as good as dishes we ate all over Italy. The customer service was excellent. I got a crab ravioli by mistake first and within seconds the manager was there, he apologised and swapped the order and even offered us to eat the crab ravioli for free but we didn’t. We came across this restaurant by chance but it was the best find in Liverpool and we will definitely go back. Thank you

Wonderful food, would recommend to family and friends. They were so helpful when I explained that we were in a rush and for this we were really grateful. We'll be back for a more leisurely meal in the future.

A rocky start with a seemingly ill-tempered barman taking our drinks order. With apparent irritation, our plates were clanked and drinks plonked on our table. BUT, management soon took over and redeemed the image of this restaurant. We had a great time from hereon out until our departure. Proper Italian service from Management. We will definitely return. Good food, well priced, good housekeeping and good customer service. Thank you for treating our party of four well.🌷

If you are gluten free you need to come here first time I've had pasta and garlic bread in months. Absolutely delicious and lots of options on the menu.

Good place for a reasonably priced meal. Lots of Italian favourites on the menu with an assortment of interesting additions. I'm still not sure why my steamed sea bass was served on a plastic bag on a plate. Good service.

Had the best Gluten Free pizza I’ve ever had here last night, as well as great pasta and meatballs. The service was friendly and food arrived promptly, would definitely visit again

We loved eating here, the food was special. We've visited Italy and this was the most authentic Italian food we have tried in the UK. Not too pricy either.

Found this place by chance when visiting a University Open Day. We got a friendly welcome when we got there and the food was excellent. My partner said it was the best pasta she'd ever had. The service went a bit slow at the end but that was around 5 pm when a lot of big groups arrived at once. I guess this could also be because of change of shift. They charge a 10% service charge too which I was happy to pay and it saves faffing about trying to sort out paying a tip at the end. They seemed to have a well stocked bar too although we were driving so not interested in exploring further. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area.

We found this restaurant by looking on Google maps it was pretty close to our hotel, the staff are so helpful, and the food was amazing.. When we next return to Liverpool I know we will definitely be visiting again. Pizza was amazing! Carbanara was a delight Thank you

Booked a table and arrived early we were fitted in no problem. We were given time between courses which we like. Staff were lovely. The chicken was a bit dry so overcooked but preferred that to under cooked. That is the only reason for 4 stars. We would certainly use again if we lived in Liverpool.

Have been coming here for years since it first opened. The level of service and food hasn't changed in all that time - it's still spectacular. Nothing is too much trouble. We recently had a small family reunion meal planned and one of our guests is vegan, but the staff made a fuss of ensuring their food was perfect for them. This is a perfect family run restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone. It's a real hidden gem.

Food was great service was extremely slow. Took a lot of time taking our orders, then another more then 15 minutes for the olives and bruschetta to arrive. After the starters mains took a while as well and no checks in was on us at all if we were happy we the food or not. Staff was too busy taking care of the table next to us which had all the food issues. Getting another round of drinks were finding only bartender taking our orders. Good experience since the food was really nice but steps of service were not on point at all.
